I disagree with Michael Lombardi on the GM vs Coach portion. Bill is a great coach, but this last half decade he has been a horrific GM. In 2021 he started throwing money at guys in FA just to see if anything could stick because the Pats just couldn't draft an offensive player worth a damn. Even in 2021 when they made the playoffs, it was the most basic run run pass offense ever and only beat bottom feeder teams that the defense could keep under 21. Bill needs to take a group, or at least more group effort approach at drafting.
