Sorry it took me so long to send a message, I was looking daily for your floss tube. I love watching your stitching, and I'm glad you had fun with your daughters.
Time goes by so fast that it’s only today I was able to visit with you and see your lovely stitching. My hubby has brought home some special wood from a local barn which he’s passed on to a friend for turning into a bowl. While visiting with you I’ve been stitching the vine’s around the birds and number four of 12 Days of Christmas stockings,so happy stitching on these. Enjoy your holiday with your girls.Blessings and happy stitching.

Love love love. Maybe an idea for the floral months. Add some sashing for mini quilt top and make it into a wall hanging with all 12 blocks.

I was so happy to see another video from you! What a delightful video from start to finish. I laughed so many times ("I call her Lottie now;" "the rain was enough to drive you to drink ... or to bullion knots!") and I cannot get over how much stitching you got done. (I know, it rained ...) And that quilt by Lori Holt - WOW. I absolutely loved that. Thanks so much for making another video. I hope you have a great time with your daughters (and go ahead and have a long boozy lunch, that is what holidays are for)!

Sian, this video was a delight! Everything you do is so lovely and you are so delighted with all your pieces. Sian, your embroidery is divine!…and your quilts are beautiful! I have limited my multi-crafting until I retire (target date is in 2 and a half years) so I will enjoy your work and the work of others until I have more time. My mum taught me embroidery when I was very young, too. My favorite part was choosing colors from the tin full of floss. I still feel that joy when I look at my floss stash to this day ❤. Currently stitching ‘Gifts of the Season’ - it’s just such a fun stitch! A new friend, who had attended the retreat last Fall, gifted it to me 😊 I can’t wait to get it finished/framed!

Your stitching is just beautiful. I love the embroidery! I originally started stitching embroidery then moved to cross stitch. Love the houses quilt . My grand daughter studying in Wales as got a lot of stitching done this summer also because it has been so cool there compared to here in Texas! She comes home in 2 weeks but has enjoyed her year there. I am looking forward to many more flosstubes from you!!! I hope you have a wonderful holiday.

So much beautiful stitching! You are very talented! After your first floss tube, I ordered from Nicki Franklin. Oh my goodness, the packaging alone! It was a glorious gift I gave to myself. I hadn’t embroidered since I was a child so I was rusty, but finished the piece and am thrilled. I’ll be ordering again from her. That rose bag is gorgeous! They aren't my favorite flower, I'm more an Iris and purple blooms lover. But I purchased rose fabric on black and it is stunning. I've promised myself to make bags❤

Having lived in Sydney for many years now in New Zealand and it is middle of winter here. Being in Wellington, its wet and windy, lots of wind which Wellington is know for. Hi, Sian, Welcome to FlossTube! I have thoroughly enjoyed watching your 3 videos while sewing a the binding on a quilt. I love hand stitching. I'm cross-stitching Antique Rooster Sampler now using CGT Canna Lily red and it is so pretty. Your Lori Hold quilts are beautiful! I have made a version of the Farm Girl Vintage quilts using about 88 6 1/2" blocks and I have made Vintage Christmas, with Quilty Fun in the works. Your stitching and embroidery are so inspiring. I signed up for The Stitchery's newsletter. I can see we stitch and quilt along similar lines. Hope you have a wonderful time with your girls. I have two grown daughters as well. Her studio is on my bucket list, but coming from Australia, it will need some serious planning. Each piece of cross stitch and quilting is divine. You are so talented. I’m half way through the Cherry Garden sampler and would love to see how you finish it. We have an old sandstone barn on our property, which we have as a bed and breakfast. Another wonderful video, your quilt is beautiful. I am in Saskatchewan, Canada and we also have had rain, this week we are supposed to have some heat finally. Did you watch Lori Holt and FQS on livestream last week…I cant wait for her new book. My nanny was a WW2 English war bride, she was from Farnbour, England, and I absolutely miss her, like you, while I crochet or quilt I feel like she is here with me…Thank you for taking the time to share all your projects, very inspirational.
