In this video I'll be again diving into some of my recent cross stitch, embroidery and quilting projects and showcasing my upcoming WIPs. You'll also hear more about some of the amazing Flosstuber friends that I've met at various trips and retreats.

Just found you! Such a fun variety of items and skill sets. I enjoy them all. Ît is quite a challenge to stitch in the car. I ended up on 7 count. I would love to get the chart but have forgotten if there was a word to use. See you next time

😊Many thanks for another floss tube. You are so pleasant to listen to. And, my, your stitching is so lovely. I stitch many hours a day but never seam to accomplish as much as all you cross stitchers do. I must be very slow and deliberate. I am retired now for many years and have hundreds of patterns and fabric and floss. I really am trying very hard to finish these patterns? Isn’t that a joke? 😅
It is a fabulous summer here in Washington state and our garden is in full bloom. This year we added a white rose and now our garden is quite complete.
So, I love gardening as well as cross stitching and, believe it or not, I love to quite also. I am very busy, and listening to floss tubes all along the journey. Keep your floss tube coming….I will not miss a one.

Karen here, from MD in the USA. I found you through Brenda and Laura. Your talent almost leaves me speechless! It’s like everything you touch turns to gold! You have the most beautiful cross stitch, embroidery and quilting I have ever seen. I am obsessed with your Stacy Nash retreat piece. And I cannot wait to see the completed May embroidery piece, the basket is so lovely. Your Lori Holt quilts are amazing, I can only dream of appliqué, but I actually love the quilt that was in the background of this video on the sofa, with all the little squares and beautiful soft colors. I enjoyed the fact that you stitch 4th of July pieces…my daughter-in-law is British and she married my stepson on the 4th of July, which I always found charming. Ohh, what a treat !!! I love the Ballerina old fashion rose!! It's just a beautiful pink!! You have been a busy girl!!! Wow!! I'm impressed with all of the stitching that you've accomplished since last time!! Loved hearing the birds in the background!! Love your quilt and those colors!!!! ❤❤. It's Wonderful!!!! I learned to embroider as a little girl, then I did crewel and in my early 20s I found cross stitch and it was and still is my true joy. I was stitching some strawberries "shut" while watching your floss tube this afternoon. Tomorrow morning I will decide how to top them off. They are such fun stitches. I have a large silver bowl I plan to display them in! Thanks for sharing all your needlework today. One word of advice, if you are not happy with a color, then change it. I would take out the green on the peacocks and restitch with a turquoise. I agree that it is disheartening when a color just does not show up after all our work in stitching it!

Your quilt is absolutely gorgeous. You've inspired me to have a go at making one. I have a vintage American quilt made by a relatives from Tennessee and was given it when I visited the USA when I was 17. Have treasured it. You are so talented.

What an absolute DELIGHT you are. I love it all - the quilts, the crosses, and the delicate embroideries. You coax stunning beauty from thread! I do cheer for your Charlotte piece - perhaps you can soldier on with that color palette but rearrange a few of the color placements - go ahead and grab that blue for the peacocks and find just the right flowers to shout out in Curry yellow? My word Charlotte really is a big girl. I’m always put off big charts like that. However I do have consider the lilies part kitted. So I’m still tempted. I love flowers and think that’s why I love samplers Rose is my favourite flower and one day my garden as well as my stitching will be full of them.
I really enjoyed your first and second floss tube. Knowing you’re not far away is a comforting thought. We stitchers are a homely bunch but we do like to think there is a fellow stitcher not too far away ❤.
