It didnt seem like the best type of speedbag, it was the biggest size i believe those are slower like a level 1 speedbag, i bet if he had the level 3 version it wouldve been better. Plus if the platform isnt sturdy enough it will fuk the bags momentum and it kills your rhythem and fluidity.
I have a channel im starting on facebook...Hellstorm I hit a 150 pound bag...I actually dent it on the other side where you cant see a huge one,i dented the other side within 5 punches thrown....warm up vid about 1:30 into the vid ,only 30 seconds or so...but shows me at 160 pounds how much power I generate if your interested!
