Speaking of Pierro’s “the sages think themselves to be all-knowing” could refer to the sinners in retrospect so I wonder if he wants revenge on them as well as Celestia
I'm pretty sure its the elites of Khaenriah who started this mess when they broke the ley lines, making a hole out of Teyvat, causing the kingdom itself to fall through it and thus Abyss and its creatures to spill out in its place. Celestia reacted to 'plug' the hole as best as it can.
Since I did the "kvarena of good and evil" quest, I always had the feeling that the cataclysm was an attempt to break the "eggshell" that The Primordial One created (to break the shackels of fate or whatever the sages of Khaenriah wanted to achieve with that). Like, thats my best shot because why else would the presage of Apaosha appear? That's right above Khaenriah! And, if I dont remember wrong, it was some kind of portal to somewhere else because the monsters and the "filth" kept coming from there till Rukkadevata sealed the hole with the tree. So, we dont really know who tried to do it but the only logical answer would be someone among the khaenrians because why would the heavenly principles want that? And I havent even mentioned the archons because they were only called to deal with the disaster after it happened, or that's what we've been told till now
3:20 Well the Eclipse dynasty is known to have existed at the VERY least 3200 years before the Cataclysm, since Guizhong's private domain has the advanced ruin golems in it. Add on however many centuries before that when the ruin golem's were invented. Let's say 3500. And then assuming that was when the Eclipse replaced the Crimson Moon dynasty then you have to add on however long the Crimson Moon dynasty lasted - say 3000 years more. Add on the original 500 years to the Cataclysm and that's Khaenri'ah founded 7000 years ago, with Sal Vindagnyr founded centuries before that again. Note that at a minimum Khaneri'ah tech was using power cores based on Abyssal energy from about 3500 before the Cataclysm. Even the ruin golems used those cores. They just had a few Azosite elemental block batteries for emergency power. The later smaller models (with no pilots) didn't bother with those batteries. Presumably Azosite powered Crimson Moon dynasty technology. Point is, if Abyssal screwing around caused the Cataclysm, it could have happened 4000 years ago instead of 500.
Early Khaenri'ah, yes. Presumably the Ancient Civilization relied on elemental energy and not the Abyssal energy. But why? If for thousands of years Khaenri'ah was using Abyssal energy with no problem? Of course it could be because the Abyss literally didn't exist until the 2nd turned up. @Markuri22
Personally I think, the HP were well meaning when they destroyed the remains of khaenriah (and the forbidden knowledge in khaneriah) and wanted to punish those that brought chaos to teyvat, assuming the Sinners themselves were also cursed by the HP. We hear it time and time again how horrible the cataclysm was, how many people had to sacrifice themselves to stop it and how even now, the after-effects are still felt through teyvat. So they had to use all they could to stop the cataclysm from destroying the world, the problem is that just like the Fatui and the Abyss, they dont really seem to care about "collateral damage", meaning to stop the cataclysm and punish the sinners, a lot of innocents were targeted and punished. Worse is that the HP havent tried to fix their mistakes and forgive/un-curse the innocents people of Khaenriah in 500 years. This is kinda their Modus Operandi. for example, the only people guilty, of the original sin, remaining were Furina/Focalors, the rest were dead when the Prophecy happend. Meaning that the Prophecy would only punish innocent people while the last remaining guilty person was to be sparred.
I have a Crack Hypothesis; What if The True Ruler of the Abyss (The Night Mother) hacked Khaenrhi’ah’s Fate as Punishment for their Repeated Attempts to Usurp Her Authority over The Abyss, Leading to Khaenrhi’ah’s downfall? Like, if the Khaenrhi’ahns didn’t meddle with the Abyss would they still be a Functional Nation in the current time frame of the Games Story?
another reason why I never believed Celestia to be the initiator was actually the Nails, in Nahida's second story quest we learn that the Nails stabilize Abyssal corruption. Yes, civilizations and entire biomes and climates were destroyed from the impacts but Celestia sent them down to save Teyvat from getting destroyed by Abyssal shit in its entirety. That doesn't sound like an entity that would nuke an entire civilization by their own hands for no reason.
Literally everyone dogs on the heavenly principles for no reason because all the issues where either caused by humanity or by the abyss. We need a national day apologizing to the PRIMORDIAL ONE for all of this.
Litterally even the prophecy of fontaine wasn't fault of celestia but of khaenri'ah again a prophet its not the cause of a prophecy is just the one who see it
With great power, comes great responsibility. And from what we see, Celestia has been less responsible than Venti. There are basically 3 ways to reconcile it: either Celestia has less power than we think; or Celestia has been subtly helping here and there and we did not notice; or Celestia is evil. Of course, some combination of all 3 is also possible.
@@kotarouinugami1745 i mean istaroth is still tryng to help without her inazuma would have been gone and we must thank her for venti and the abyssal sibling itself say that celestia its BADLY injured
@@kotarouinugami1745 it’s pretty much confirmed that they don’t have as much power as they wish. Specifically after the war with the second who came. Because of that they can’t enforce order as cleanly as they would like
I think the twist will be that the Abyss Sibling secretly caused the disaster by giving Khaenriah the knowledge of the Abyss itself; with everything He/She is currently doing a way to deny their responsibility in the fall. I really do love those portrayals of the Primordial One
Maybe Cataclism was Abyss + Khaenria'ah traitors(sinners) vs surface world. Khaenri'ah was main battleground and it's citizens were collecitvely punished by HP for bringing abyssal corruption and destruction to Tevywat. in Raiden story quest it was something about Rifthounds that during Cataclysm they were some sort of "cavalry" - they have been opening portals for othere monsters and were quick strike force bc the were first to emerge from portals. Rittendothir created hordes of Rifthounds which took part in invasion on Teywat, logical explanation why did she do this is: she was on the side of the Abyss and was mass producing invasion army Worth to note is that Khaerni'ah people were fighting against abyssal monsters, not alongside them. In big mechs in Sumeru, there are notes in which soliders are describing their fight against abyssal monsters( and not surface gods) while suffering from emerging wilderness symptoms
Well... For me, the term "heavenly principles" refers to an initial idea, from the creator Pahnes, who possibly Asmodeus saw herself as responsible for continuing this idea, or as we know "the sustainer of heavenly principles". It's not necessarily Pahnes thinking. We may have a real usurper who acts in the name of "the cause". We have 2 opposing forces acting: Celestia and Abyss. If we stop to think, the tree is the true supporter of the planet, which brings us a 3 force acting. Phanes is an external force. The tree and the abyss inherent to the planet. The question is: What is the external connection that each element has with the "multiverse" and the primordial forces? Is Irminsul a representation of the imaginary tree? The abyss to Honkai power? The primordial waters refer to the Sea quanta? There are many references to the external world, such as the sea of stars and outlanders. I believe that there is not just one culprit, but a series of forces that act on each other to try to destroy and prevail. Kaenriah was just in the way, and apparently by choosing one of these "forces" they succumbed to whoever had greater power and control at that time. We cannot forget that at some point in the past Kaenriah had a dynasty possibly linked to one of Pahnes' shadows. Kaenriah was not always without protection. Everything seems to indicate that the Abyss took advantage of the Kaenrians, with the idea that they were somehow oppressed, which made them seek knowledge that would free them. If we assume that the tree is responsible for people's destiny, studying it, as Alice does, may have made people discover more and want to take control of their destiny ( arrogance of humanity). At no point can we say that this is a primordial thought. The speaker is the "sustainer", the one who does not want people's destiny to be under other control...Are we f talking about Phanes and his ideal for humanity, or for the one who is really responsible for the loom of people's destiny? Sybilla had warned Remus of the destruction of his kingdom yet not created...Wouldn't the same have happened to Pahnes when he arrived on the planet?.....Wouldn't Irminsul be the true "supporter" of its own principle, controlling Asmodeus? If the abyss tried to corrupt the tree during the war, it was because they knew very well that by controlling the tree they would control everything....The Kaenrians just didn't know that the abyss, like the tree, had your own plans....
@@DawitsLookingforEmilia We are not sure, as it is not clearly mentioned, but we are based only on the "clear potential interest" in the planet which is an active force that, if not inhabited, "surrounds" the planet. What we do know is: he's not that strong on his own, and it seems to need "live" support to take action. The abyss acts like a symbiosis.....
I am really interested in the timeline of Teyvat. It's clear that Liyue/Mondstadt and the other 7 nations as we know them today are 'new' civilizations, but what about the old ones, how do they rank from oldest to newest? Aside from the Era of Envoys and the Unified Civilization, I think Deshret's civilization was the oldest/first we know about? If Khaenriah is 6000/7000 (the red moon dynasty) years old it must've been a contemporary to Remuria? Since Remus was basically pushed out of Sumeru by Deshret and founded Remuria a little bit after... The Chasm civilization was pretty old as well, but they got nuked by the Divine Nail and had to migrate from The Chasm to Chenyu Vale and that happened around 'the descent' of the sun chariot, aka Zhongli, so again around 6500+ years ago.
Honestly the 7 nation are not nation of state or at least didn't started because they were the territory of the sovereign the 7 nation always existed even before the arrival of the po
Knowing that genshin is based on gnosticism is pretty obvious why celestia does what it does, simple to keep hummanity under them locked in this world, as the demiurge
A lot of perspectives when learning about new things on figures like Rhinedottir, Vedrfolnir and other prominent figures, you also get a lot of mixed signals like on Albedo's story Rhinedottir is portrayed as a loving "mother" who wanted to create the perfect being, but then you have other characters accusing them that they are the ones who let Khaenri'ah get destroyed and now you get the Sustainer blaming the arrogance of ALL humankind and then we have the Fatui who just absolutely hate Celestia and wants to create a new world order. Like, regardless of who actually was the cause of the Cataclysm, better yet whom is to be believed here??? A lot of perspectives and contradictions that just doesn't line up. It doesn't help that the Sumeru Archon Quest + Inversion of Genesis quest proved that even memories and in-game information changes when Irminsul is involved, and finding the truth, we all know that Irminsul is heavily involved. Though, I commend Hoyoverse for keeping up the Unreliable Narrator perspective we've been getting. It does keep me hooked in the story on finding out the truth.
@@DawitsLookingforEmilia Agreed. So far though, we are just only knowing fragments of what happened back then. We're not completely given the full picture so we don't know what really happened despite dropping important information to slowly piece things together.
I get the impression that the sibling doesn't have all the info about what happened and only sees one side of what's going on. I'll bet there is probably another player or character hidden within the abyss that simply used Khan ria to still up trouble until the time was right. Something like that. Just a guess
@@DawitsLookingforEmilia it's also not like they laid much guidance on on the humans or what to do when Khan ria/Abyss threatened the whole world. But they only stepped in when things wents real bad. You almost think with how dangerous forbidden knowledge is the HP be keeping a close lookout for any signs or usage of that stuff.
I think that it was a mix of the abyss, celestia and khaenriah since khaeriah was dabbling in forbidden knowledge and even made those machines for helping that just became warfare and that they were swimming In hubris with the stuff they were using forbidden knowledge on. I heard a theory from somewhere that khaenriah was fighting the abyss and somehow they abyssal forces became to much that it became a full on war with the region of khaenriah and celestial saw this and went "nope no abyss on my doorstep" and summoned the archons and used there powers to destroy khaenriah because it would actually became the equivalent to a weed parasite that would destroy all of teyvat (and yes I am referencing what dainsleif said when khaenria was destroyed it was like taking a weed out of the garden of gods or something like that).the whole not preventing the destruction of khaenriah was most likely about what was happening to khaeriah before the gods appeared and destroyed it all to stop the abyss and the reason why the gods were blamed the most out of the incident is because they literally destroyed a entire nation and cursed it people which in celestia's eyes needed to punished since they literally almost brought the thing that wants to destroy everything in the light realm in the light realm. and the reason celestia problem didn't bat a eye to khaenriah to them after the whole ordeal might be do to them sensing or finding out somehow abyssal energies and monsters were there. so yeah that's what I think
About the resounding question in the middle of your video, I think the answer lies on Seirai Island. Specifically, the Asase Shrine. Long abandoned by its priestess (who has probably died), long abandoned by human visitors too. But the acting priestess, Neko, maintains it as an idyllic haven against the storm that engulfs the rest of Seirai Island. That, I think, is a model of Teyvat in miniature. Neko (the Heavenly Principles) has a pretty good idea of what the world should look like. But unlike the real priestess (the Primordial One), she does not have a deep understanding of what makes it possible. That's why the visitors would never come, and would never fill the donation box with offerings. That is why the Heavenly Principles can only do superficial repairs, and can only react when it's too late. And unless the Traveler does something heroic to restore the world outside of that safe haven, Teyvat will continue to be a fragile place that requires constant sacrifice to sustain. And perhaps, people like Hexenzircel and Five Sinners will be instrumental in restoring the world outside of Teyvat.
Not that I think Neko is at fault here. It is unreasonable to expect a cat to understand such matters. It is impressive enough that a cat can talk to us about her troubles. Unlike the Sustainer of Heavenly Principles, who left us with just one enigmatic phrase "arrogation of mankind ends now!", even though nobody present was a human. And neither of the twins was looking for a higher post too. Unless the one arrogating (taking a post that does not belong to one) is the Sustainer herself, trying to do Primordial One's work. And she was looking forward to dumping that job on the Twins.
thats an interesting metaphor if true. i always assumed they couldnt react until its too late for the same reason you cant really arrest someone till a crime has been committed
This man single handedly makes me really rethink who the bad guys are. Lol! As soon as i hear the munks chanting and Gabriel's horn...I know what's coming in these videos.
People been theorizing about dragons in Natlan, maybe Snezhnaya will be full of dragons. I mean we met one dragon in Mond, then many vishaps in Liyue and Inazuma, then a sovereign in Sumeru, then Neuvillette and vishaps in Fontaine. Judging from the pattern, the influences the dragon race has in each region as we go on.
The most reliable source is dainsleif. He vehemently opposes the abyss order, perhaps do to it being led/overseen by one of the sinners. He also shows disdain(haha get it?) for celestia. My best guess is the abyss corrupted the five sinners, turning them into transcendent beings, during a time when the crimson moon legacy was trying for vengeance on the black sun dynasty. This ended up in a huge abyssal explosion and woke the heavenly principles into deleting kheanri’yah and purging it of all abyss juice using divine nails. One more thing I want to add is, if the abyss is like the sea of quanta and divine power is like the imaginary, doesn’t that mean that the abyss would revert the world back to its original order during the age of the dragon sovereigns and is also the reason why chlotar albereich says that who controls the abyss controls the world and why Nibelung seeked the power of abyss AND why the primordial one lost the ability to suppress the world’s natural order?? Damn what did I jut cook.
You know what if the mother of darkness is the sustainer she just comes out of a random portal and she is able to shape things and squeeze them into small spaces like a black hole
could be the arival of one who could actually defy the laws of this world prompted at least the sustainer to react. heaven could only watch the folly and arogance of man as they attempted to bite the hand that feeds them until they brought a threat to their control over the world into teyvat. it wouldnt have been exactly then as one sibling was said to have lived along side the people. their experimentations with the twins could have lead to the sinners gazing further into the abyss. yet if this were true. why were the twins not allowed to leave this world?
If I were to guess: King Irmin caused the Cataclysm, the Archons stopped it, the Sustainer of Heavenly Principles decided to neutralize Khaenri'ah to protect other nations in the future, and the Sinners did not care to risk their life to defend it, and the reason why Heavenly Principles decided to curse the people of Khaenri'ah, rather than offer them the swift merciful death, was either because something went wrong (the Sustainer didn't have enough power and fell asleep) or the Sustainer had to make that sacrifice for some reason, idk, the human soul count can't change this drastically or something. I feel like that's the direction we're moving towards, but I would love if Celestia was simply so ruthless that they thought "you'll exist forever as a breathing warning to those who dare to oppose our divine will."
To me, the Abyss Order is Evil, Do y'all remember how they try severe our bond to Paimon, telling us that she betrayed us in the future, similar to what they did to Lumine & Dainsleft 💢🤬😭 (both having the best companions)
Or...she will betray us. Dainsleif's brother thought he was doing good wanting humanity to transcend the gods. Didn't stop destruction. And there's our twin, thinking they're doing good and harming innocents and Teyvat in the process. I'd call that betrayal.
I think it was kanreah (king whatever’s) fault for searching for the abyss and all that. First HP sent either both or one of the siblings as appeasement. When they continued to search the abyss, they stepped too far so they had to step in and all that
It somehow took me until today to get that the primordial one is probably the heavenly princpiple... I somehow always assumed that the Heavenly Principles are the second descender
4:30 OK, calm down, calm down. So there's a 4th choice as to who causes the Cataclysm. We just have to go back to René's comments about the list of things Descenders do. He says they have the will to create the world - clearly a reference to the 1st Descender, a historic event where the PO creates Teyvat. But René also says the will to destroy the world. The world hasn't been destroyed so what is he talking about here? Well if you're René then you're very aware that although the world isn't destroyed YET, it is scheduled to be destroyed pretty soon. He knows this from the world formula, which is a product of the prophecy based on Teyvat's laws about how fate is dictated by the Descenders. Mostly the Primordial One of course, since they're the biggest bad ass Descender who set the whole system up and literally changed how time operates on the planet from how it was under the Sovereigns. Now there's one other point here. René also knows that the same world formula (OK a more primitive version in his egotisitcal mind) was used by the ancients to make the same calculation and back then under the Ancient Civilization when they ran the numbers it predicted no end to the planet but instead an endless cycling. Therefore, in between those times something happened to massively alter the Fate of Teyvat. Before Teyvat lives forever - for some sense of "forever" in terms of cycling, and afterwards Teyvat is dying. How does this happen? Pretty obvious. A descender - a powerful one at that - turns up and applies their will to change the Fate of Teyvat to destroy it all. In a short 8-10,000 years. That might sound like a lot but it's short compared to infinity. Well if you really want to say Zhongli is old enough to have witnessed the Nails (he isn't) then half that estimate. So this Descender that turns up and destroys the planet (or lights the fuse) is the person to blame for that destruction. And the Cataclysm was supposed to be that destruction. Tic-tok, tic tok. Time's up 500 years ago all of Teyvat was destroyed. But it didn't happen. There's two reasons why, depending on what you mean by "why". There's the meta reason of how fate was changed for a 3rd time - obviously by the 3rd Descender - who was the weakest Descender (as such they only managed to kick the can down the road 500 years). And there's the proximal cause of how a massive planet destroying army of ... bug? chimera? intergalactic monsters I guess ... were beaten back by Khaenri'ah and Celestia ... I want to say "working together" but you know that isn't true(*). 500 years go by and it's time to destroy the planet again and... don't you know it the 4th Descender turns up in the nick of time and delays the end again. Big embarrassment for René (he really should have seen that coming - which he does admit, to his credit). Rescheduling it for... I'm guessing about another 2-3 years. Of course that Cataclysm was caused by and stopped by material causes too, in this case a combination of Neuvillette, Childe and Traveler beating up on the narwhal that Skirk had been delinquent in letting out of its cage too early. [Yes technically Childe frees it but let's face it that kid is not responsible for anything he does, and Skirk knows that, plus she admits it's her fault]. But none of that matters. The fate of destruction was the will of the 2nd Descender. And this is who René is referring to when he says a Descender is one who can destroy a world by it's will. Of course when he says "protect and sustain a world" he means the other Descenders (more specifically the 3rd because he forgot about the 4th - oops). (*) OK Tunigi is an exception.
i actually think renes comments each speak to a descender 1. create the world (first descender, remade teyvat) 2. destroy the world (second descender, war of vengeance) 3. sustainer the world (third descender gnoses) 4. protect the world (traveler)
if Dainsleif failed to protect Khaenri'ah and its people it could mean he just gave away the order for his knights to fight and he could've went away to fight some stronger beings like the Five Sinners of Khaenri'ah. i base it on this: there's NOTHING that says Dainsleif actually WAS in Khaenri'ah during the disaster. also in the new Archon quest we didn't see his fight with Lumine which means Hoyo can be keeping his power a secret. since we didn't see him fighting at all that means we don't know yet how powerful he is thus he can be powerful enough to fight agains atleast one or even ALL Five Sinner of Khaenri'ah
Hey, I've just learned something pretty interesting. Zapolyarny is an actual place in Russia. It's a town near the deepest hole ever dug by humanity. Could it be possible that somehow correlates to Khaenri'ah or the Abyss having a connection with the Tsaritsa?

I have an idea, i believe that the ol crack head dragon nibulong didn't die or got reincarnated in the abyss and became overpowered buh he couldn't come to the human world because the sustainer cursed him or placed borders strong enough to keep him out. Then he used the sinners as a means to interfere in the worlds affairs by making them indulge in some of that forbidden knowledge buh made a mistake planned by dragon king that would shake the foundations of the world to the point where he will be able to infiltrate teyvat causing the cataclysm so our beloved sustainer of heavenly principles had to step up with the gods to stop the cataclysm buh all 5 sinners were too much leading hercto be injured and the cataclysm rocked the foundations to the point were crack head dragon king nibulong could curse the pure blooded khaenri'ahns to become immortal and the half bloods monsters so that the abyss order could be formed to allow him to continue his plans of usurping the usurper

If so, then the heavenly principles is the most stupidest out of every god in teyvat. She has no less than a bystanders knowledge. She sits there and sleeps, until she notices something that could be detrimental to her rules of life even when means no harm. Yet when the gods of the nations fight back and do something tk prevent the backlash of celestias doing, they get their throwns taken away and even punished for doijg something good for their nations people. The abyss is completely out of the equation because the abyss is straight up the bad guys. But I don’t believe that khaenriah is wrong. I believe khaenriah 5 sinners are in the wrong because they betrayed their nation for the abyss. Celestia with her peanut brain decided to punish every innocent khaenriahn who took no part in the involvement of gaining power from the abyss, yet she placed a curse on every one of the people turning them into hilichurls and giving immortality, and suffering. If she wanted to lock and dispel this forbidden knowledge, she would’ve had the power to mess around with irmunsol. And possibility even just wipe the entire existence of the civilisation, but again with her peanut brain she still leaves traces of the khaenrians forms in hilichurls, not making it any obvious that these people are from khaenriah. And instead of getting rid of the abyss itself she lets them fester the teyvat land. She’s no less than a tyrant of a god who pretends to be all knowledgable. I would like you to rectify your opinion as it’s heavily based just on bias and just on your one sided view on khaenriah. If you know Celestia is all powerful you know she could’ve taken care of it in one flip

@@zelktheinvader7874 This actually makes sense. It would explain why the Khaenri'ahn must lose their intelligence. Since when people in Teyvat die, their memories (or whatever) return to the Irminsul, yes? And it's more efficient than killing them one by one, leaving loose ends.
The Heavenly principle doesn't hate humans, they loves them and protect them BUT (and is a big butt... er but) if they plays in the Heavenly principle rules of the games, if they want to be free they ends up being punished, that's the truth I see emerging. As for who was the cause of the cataclysm and the End of Khaenri'ah well, all of them, was the Khaenri'ans themselves because in search of freedom they tried doing it whatever the cost, was the Abyss because they lent the power and the forbidden knowledge to bring it and ultimately with Celestia becasue in the end the red cubes and the nails was their handiwork whatever the excuses they give that's was weapons of mass destruction and so war crimes. In that I wonder, what the heck is this forbidden knowledge we are talking about, I mean is stated is dangerous but for what? Anyway, gonna come back in some years when you're right
Forbidden knowledge is a hell of a drug...🤡
fuckin good one apprently
Khaneri'ah technologies were based on the technologies of the first civilization (associated with Sal Vindagnyr)
@Markuri22

Like, if the Khaenrhi’ahns didn’t meddle with the Abyss would they still be a Functional Nation in the current time frame of the Games Story?
interesting
Finally someone who doesn't just blame Celestia.
another reason why I never believed Celestia to be the initiator was actually the Nails, in Nahida's second story quest we learn that the Nails stabilize Abyssal corruption. Yes, civilizations and entire biomes and climates were destroyed from the impacts but Celestia sent them down to save Teyvat from getting destroyed by Abyssal shit in its entirety. That doesn't sound like an entity that would nuke an entire civilization by their own hands for no reason.
I do not need to watch the video (I will anyway) because the answer is NO. It is those bastard sinners and king Irmin who are to blame

Another quotes of zhongli why khaenriah fall "salt and betrayal"
Rittendothir created hordes of Rifthounds which took part in invasion on Teywat, logical explanation why did she do this is: she was on the side of the Abyss and was mass producing invasion army
Worth to note is that Khaerni'ah people were fighting against abyssal monsters, not alongside them. In big mechs in Sumeru, there are notes in which soliders are describing their fight against abyssal monsters( and not surface gods) while suffering from emerging wilderness symptoms
worth pointing out though khaenriah was fighting the abyss during the catalcysm, (at least most were)
Nope, the glorious heavenly principles are never in the wrong
lets go nick
If the abyss tried to corrupt the tree during the war, it was because they knew very well that by controlling the tree they would control everything....The Kaenrians just didn't know that the abyss, like the tree, had your own plans....
is the abyss native to teyvat? i know the void realm is and dark currents but idk about the abyss
@@DawitsLookingforEmilia We are not sure, as it is not clearly mentioned, but we are based only on the "clear potential interest" in the planet which is an active force that, if not inhabited, "surrounds" the planet.
It does keep me hooked in the story on finding out the truth.
i think it has a lot to do with biases and everything witnessing different parts of the larger picture. it is being done well so far

Just a guess
yes id also imagine a big part is no one understands the heavenly principles cause no one interacts with them. not even the archons
@@DawitsLookingforEmilia it's also not like they laid much guidance on on the humans or what to do when Khan ria/Abyss threatened the whole world. But they only stepped in when things wents real bad. Bruh I been watching for months and just realized I was not subbed to the channel. Mark that shit cause this man is a treasure.
AWW ILY :d
I need you to know that I _poorly_ imitate THE PRIMORDIAL ONE PROGENITOR GOD at my husband regularly.
AHAHAGSHAGDFA I LOVE IT
About the resounding question in the middle of your video, I think the answer lies on Seirai Island.

I don’t trust Celestia (Heavenly Principles), Abyss Order or Fatui.
I only trust the Traveler.
could be the arival of one who could actually defy the laws of this world prompted at least the sustainer to react. heaven could only watch the folly and arogance of man as they attempted to bite the hand that feeds them until they brought a threat to their control over the world into teyvat.
it wouldnt have been exactly then as one sibling was said to have lived along side the people. their experimentations with the twins could have lead to the sinners gazing further into the abyss.
yet if this were true. why were the twins not allowed to leave this world?
twins werent allowed to leave must have something to do with what the HP have in mind
The HP agenda continues (living for that primordial one bit I'm like waiting for it every time at this point and then giggling like an idiot)
Day by day my faith in the heavenly principle grows stronger still
fanastic
It took you that long?😭😭
4:30 OK, calm down, calm down.
(*) OK Tunigi is an exception.
i actually think renes comments each speak to a descender
1. create the world (first descender, remade teyvat)
2. destroy the world (second descender, war of vengeance)
3. sustainer the world (third descender gnoses)
4. protect the world (traveler)
dude i havent really watched homelander but from what ive seen of him, the way u talk kinda reminds me of the way he talks 😅
if Dainsleif failed to protect Khaenri'ah and its people it could mean he just gave away the order for his knights to fight and he could've went away to fight some stronger beings like the Five Sinners of Khaenri'ah. i base it on this: there's NOTHING that says Dainsleif actually WAS in Khaenri'ah during the disaster. also in the new Archon quest we didn't see his fight with Lumine which means Hoyo can be keeping his power a secret. since we didn't see him fighting at all that means we don't know yet how powerful he is thus he can be powerful enough to fight agains atleast one or even ALL Five Sinner of Khaenri'ah

A resounding not celestia indeed
Greed caused the cataclysm trust me
Idk man looks like Celestia propaganda to me

It was me
Found a sinner.
Human beings and Gods can be evil too
Authority and power don't define morality.
but we literally have Abyss - the evil power. which doesn't do anything good unlike Celestia who created humans and the world itself (which is good)
What good Abyss done? Absolutely NOTHING! It just destroyes everything it touches!
@@olgabutorina4156I never said the Abyss had done good. Also Celestia punished Caribert and other innocent khaenri'ah citizens with a curse, instead of just punishing those who are guilty like the 5 khaenri'ah sages who brought the abyss in teyvat.
Just because Gods creates life, it doesn't mean they can just abuse and force humans to submission.
@@suzumiya_19 what if all of them are contaminated by the Forbidden Knowledge and Celestia didn't want any of them to be in the Irminsul data?
@@zelktheinvader7874
This actually makes sense. It would explain why the Khaenri'ahn must lose their intelligence. Since when people in Teyvat die, their memories (or whatever) return to the Irminsul, yes? And it's more efficient than killing them one by one, leaving loose ends.
Socalnoodle lore when?

Considering that the first bit of forbidden knowledge is what everyone knows now... the sky is fake, was the first step in the forbidden knowledge, when someone discovers the universe doesnt' end with the world and someone is trapping the humanity in that planet, probably for their own good but still, a trap is still a trap and a prison without bars still a prison...
The forbidden knowlegde like the sky is fake its not THE forbidden knowlegde THE forbidden knowlegde is the knowlegde of the abyss
@@massimilianoreali4398 which is forbidden for what reason, I guess? I mean even if Abyss as name is ominous we know nothing about what actually Abyss is and what it can do, just it came from outside Teyvat...
And who is the other beings that came beyond Teyvat here? The Primordial one and the others descenders... they are also the Abyss? Something doesn't fit...
