Sure, Dain wasn’t the Prince himself, but he turned out to be the only Pygmy who remained by the Prince’s side till the end, and his power very likely stems from the Prince. As far as I know, you were the only one back then who even suggested a link between Dainsleif and the Prince of Light, and you were remarkably close.

She "destroyed the Moonlight Forest and cursed its people", which is implied to represent Khaenri'ah ("people with fair skin, blonde hair, and bright blue eyes", every khaenri'ahn we've seen so far has had bright blue primogem-shaped eyes, and fair skin and blonde hair are characteristic of northern people, whom khaenri'ahns are based off).

I think it’s relevant that the Khaenriah chapter name glitches. We’ve seen glitches in a few trailers (most notably Albedo’s) and select instances in the game since the start, but it really came to the forefront with Arlechino and now a few scenes in the bedtime stories chapter. If I had to guess, the glitch means rewrites occurring. Another example is the glitch effect in Rhukkhadevata’s golden image we see in one of Sumeru’s archon quests, again hinting at a connection to reality and Irminsul. This is just to say that I think that’s how we’ll get to experience Khaenriah: through a glitch, a rewrite of sorts. The fact that it takes place after Shnezhnaya, which should bring the story of the gnosis to a close, might mean that one leads to the other in some way.
It's kinda funny that the pale princess book 'only' took 4 years to finally have a concrete link to the game after being called important by the game. Bro mihoyoverse really 1st disguised the visionary as 1 big bad Sinner, then name dropped surtologi and the visionary while linking them to gold in the archon quest so it's not that confusing, and then linked all of them together and expanded with 2 more and linked all of it to the pale princess. Theorizing is fun and hard when books can appear important but suddenly be very important with new info.
thats why I don't like genshin lore theories. Hoyo just manipulates the lore and introduces new info left and right that connects with existing lore but the original info had so little detail (done purposefully by hoyo) that any theories formed using the shrouded info turns out to be hilariously far from the truth. Think back on all the theories made using this book, all of it sounds like absolute bs now.
and the other 6 volumes are still being held for no reason by hoyo. It only appears in this video because of data mining. There’s no reason to not release them. It’s open to interpretation. Note that Pale Princess and Six Pygmies was probably written by Andersdottir. Now I'm imagining her showing off the new volume, with the 6 pygmies, to her witch friends in Hexenzircel. And Rhinesdottir recognizing herself in one of them. Their friendship must have been really tested that day.
I've been thinking of the possibility that the deformed pygmy was Rhinedottir, and so Albedo is how she has hidden the prince's body. And it made me think that the Light Prince may be not a person at all, but knowledge. Knowledge that Pale Princess of the Crimson Moon dynasty wanted to use to escape Teyvat, and knowledge that Eclipse Dynasty repurposed for lesser, practical, purposes. Possibly knowledge of alchemy in its undiluted form. It would certainly be easy to hide knowledge in Irminsul's "tree hollow".
Venti saying to us that " we meet again" is living rent free in my head. If loom of fate can play on the memories , what if our memory in khanreiah is wiped? and we met istaroth there? hence Venti knowing us . idk xD it is maybe all wrong.
If the Pale Princess and the Six Pygmies was an allegory, that suggests that it might be telling a story of events that were (or will be) erased from Irminsul (or the Loom of Fate), which could also be why the Khaenri'ah chapter has no number.
I can't help but feel like the pale princess is Lumine. The prince of light is Aether, who, in truth, is actually being reawakened from veing shattered once before. Hence why Lumine is so cold to Dain and calls him a traitor just like how the night mother warned Dain the pale princess would react to the truth. The Abyss sibling is trying to protect their reformed sibling. However the reformed sibling doesn't know this and the Abyss sibling is in danger of meeting the same fate once their own powers are unsealed.

On the contrary, I personally see how often the theories on this channel turn out to be wrong and rarely get to the point, and to be honest, most of the theories here are very much a foil hat, stretched and meaningless, for example, here with the "Traitor Wind", although he himself admitted how crazy this theory sounds, literally trying to make out the word in English in a Chinese game and substitute the English word for the sound in Egyptian, or other his theories with an attempt to connect the most random games and shows and to say that Hoyoverse were inspired by these games, despite the fact that there is no evidence of this and it may just be a coincidence (If Hoyoverse are inspired by something, they usually write and say in interviews what they were inspired by)
@@iosis9324 Id have to disagree. Hoyo over time has come out to state certain medias have influenced the lore direction of their games. (Ie the girl and the egg movie). Though they never said this from the beginning, this was later confirmed. Usually the connections to foreign medias are either an example in these videos for a previously established idea or are straight up confirmed to be inspired from the creators themselves. As for Chill with Aster and MNFN, the goal of their videos are completely different. Where MNFN actively uses the lore and their active connections to irl lore to figure out possible story plot lines in the near or far future, Chill with Aster uses only direct lore from the main game to make predictions. For eg, she wouldn’t make a video guessing what Dain’s connection could be to the six Pygmy’s before the recent story quest, which confirmed to us a clear link. That’s more of Ashikai and MNFN’s thing. Aster’s are more like; “Which symbol belongs to the 11 Fatui harbingers?” Or “Is there a missing 10th Fatui Harbinger?” Basically theory videos that are inherently impossible to say yes or no to unless the game gives us an answer. MNFN and Ashikai try to find an answer through lore *and* irl inspirations for said lore (They’ve confirmed and also been shown to read up on countries history. From ingame fictional stories, to nation names. Even character names show the loyalty to portraying one nation to its irl counterpart.) Genshin, a Chinese company, does bother with these kinds of translations. I think it would be unfair to assume they don’t. proof or not. But the fact is they do. Yes they’ll go from Chinese to German to English if they have to. Mondstat is a very very good example as it literally means Moon City in German. Which is perfect for the lore of genshin and the nation as a whole. I’ll admit a lot of theories can be tinfoil ish but I guess that’s the point of them. They’ve always been a sort of entertaining game with some effort to them. But genshin has shown time and time again that they can be very tinfoil-y themselves just with how they reach to the ends of the earth when it comes to in game lore. Iriminsul and all that. (And how the name definitely isn’t a happy accident.) I think at the end of the day, there are tastes when it comes to theorising. Those who don’t like using what hasn’t been stated in a media, and those who prefer to think beyond the scope of a medium. To each their own.
It could be, and it could also be the 3rd Descender. We know for a fact that the gnoses are the "remnants of the 3rd Descender". And if the Night Mother is the 2nd Descender as we suspect, then it all fits together. The Sinners killed the Descender and stole his "divinity" to ascend. Dainsleif took his body to the tree, where he found the Night Mother. After he left, the Night Mother took the Prince's body and, together with the Primordial One, crafted the gnoses*. This makes the Archons and the Sinners basically opposites - The Seven hold the power of the body, while the Six hold the power of the soul. Ironically, it would seem the Sinners have the power of "Dark" and Archons of "Light", when Pneuma (soul) and Ousia (body) would suggest the opposite - so the gnoses being the power of dark/body could explain why they are "objects of misfortune" and probably why the Archons were willing (allegedly) to part with them. Then again, that doesn't necessarily mean the 3rd Descender a person - I just think it fits. As Reneé said, Reason might take any form, be that of a sword or of a traveler from afar. If "Reason" means the power of a Descender, which I think it is given it's importance and the association with the color gold, then technically a Descender could indeed be an object. In Star Rail an Aeon can also be anything, not just a living being - IX is a black hole, a thing of nothingness, and Nous is just a perfect AI; a stellaron seemingly possesses the same powers of a Descender, and it is an object. So I think it totally could be an object as well. * First I though this didn't fit on the timeline of events, because the Cataclysm makes it seem like the death of the Prince of Light happened 500 years ago, but I don't think that's the case. Before dying, the Prince cast the curse of wilderness. We have concrete evidence that this curse existed ling before the Calamity, at least back in the Crimson Moon Dinasty, as Perinheri's friend (forgot his name) transformed into a hillichurl or one of its variants when they left for Sumeru with Angelica. So this means that the sin must have happened a long time ago (and also that the Cataclysm happened for another reason). With that, we can certainly fit this event before the Archon War, when the 1st and 2nd Descenders crafted the gnoses.

I used to think that Khaenri'ah was an anagram. I tried googling what names could be formed with these letters, and it gave me Hare Krishna, a mantra dedicated to Krishna, one of the eight avatars of Vishnu... It may have nothing to do with anything, but I find this coincidence interesting ^-^
I think the main plot of Khaenri'ah would be killing the 5 Sinners and maybe we can track them down by going through the siblings memories. After we get the 5 authorities we will probably realise that its incomplete and one part is still missing and that missing part is Dainsleif which is going to lead into the final battle between Dain and Traveller

Exactly. Khaenriah was established after the Unified Civilization fell. And Unified Civilization existed at the same time seelie kingdom existed. And there was a book in game telling about somebody travelling to dark lands and hearing songs in ruins of presumably seelie palaces.

Taking that into account, might it be that the true "betrayal" against Istaroth by Khaenri'ah is somehow related to this hypothetical "mission" Istaroth was given to oppose the HP? That the Sinners' actions against the Pale Princess and Light Prince were an act of selfishness that ended up sabotaging the duo's greater role in Istaroth's last ditch duty of fixing PO's Heavenly PR Nightmare of a situation and that's what their sin is all about? That the Sinners chose the short-term gratification of betraying the Prince in order to become transcendent beings themselves as the great sages for this nation of humanity over the bigger picture of the entire ruling system needing to be overthrown and transcended? Or sth like that, idk, I'm just spitballing here since I really loved the ideas brought up in the Remuria vid even if some of it hasn't aged the best lmao (rip Nibelung = Sinner. but the Contra Mundi thing feels like it's STILL onto sth) Tho should be said that part of me finding this kinda reading appealing would be that it'd kinda recontextualize the Sinners as less like. At the post-Simulanka quest, I couldn’t help but remember your mentioning of Level 61 in Fly Me to the Moon when Sethos’ final question for Cyno and Dori was how many names were circled on page 61. Dori answered 6(?) but Cyno guessed right with 5. Had no idea what 5 could represent but then I remembered this video.

I think the Pale Princess is either Paimon, or Lumine. But considering that the pygmies are the traitors of Khaenriah, and the twins were regarded highly in Khaenriah and integral to their plans...enough to get the prince and princess title...It would be strange if the twins werent in the tale as well in some shape or form. We are missing a large chunk of events...and I wonder....What if the tale is actually talking about what happened after Sustainer/Asmoday captured them? What if the pygmy five managed to beat down the shades, take back the travelers, and proceeded to take the powers of our sibling and Dain then tried to save the twins. That could explain why we lost our powers while the abyss sibling retained hers, why we were knocked out so long, why we arent seeing Asmoday appear again. But it also leaves a big mystery of why the abyss sibling would side with the pygmies after they dismembered the sibling. The pygmy story can also fit in on Phanes... As he/she has the 5 shades and they seem to have "dismembered" a descender and combined the remains with the authority of the dragons to create the 7 gnosis. History sure like to repeat itself...

My theory is that Khaenri 'ah might have worshiped the Dragon sovereigns and the natives of Teyvat, which is why they don't worship the archons or the Heavenly principle because from their point of view their false gods that killed their dragon gods or sovereigns. The seven other nations most of the humans anyway are from another world called Eart. The humans and the archons were created through cloning and genetic manipulation because their ancestors the surviving soldiers from 50,000 years ago sent someone , to repopulate but most of the population was wiped out and had to send out an Ark to repopulate. But had to deal with the seven dragon kings to survive on this planet so the primordial one and it's shades (probably the first archons) kill them, during the dragon war and conquered the entire planet and the ancient Khaenri 'ahans knew that the archons and Celestia are Invaders that killed their gods and replace them hence why they don't worship them at all. Have been holding this Grudge for literally thousands of years. Cuz one they know way too much about the other worlds, they know how to summon people from other worlds, they have advanced technology and they know about other worlds while the other humans from the other nations know nothing. But that's mostly a theory.
Same I'm very much interested in this, I noticed passing lore just from Elden Ring so honestly more would be amazing. I find it fascinating how it all links and their inspiration. On top of understanding Genshins lore and where it might possibly go its kinda fun learning what the devs like. I'd also love some HI3 lore cross overs such as the Cecilia flower and Cecilia the person.

I think the power they took from the prince was the power of the Gnosis, and that the prince is THE 4th decender. The princess & prince remind me so much of the seelie & outlander that fell in love and were separated and had their memories stolen. This would link the Night Mother to the Moon Sisters. Btw in genshin, power = memories (Ashikai credit), so stealing the princes memories could have been the same event as stealing his power, the night mother saw it and let it happen. During the feast the princess was dealt with, and this event ALSO marks the fall of the seelie race and the event that caused the moon sisters to kill each other.

The similarity in the flowers is interesting but we also see those white flowers during Dain's quest in the chasm, where he talks about them and their special properties. They're the same flowers that are in Lumine's hair.
i am excited to learn more about the sinners especially when Genshin does not like Black & White morality or reliable narrators. I am curious on what level of grey they are operating under and what really happened with the prince of light. It's also why I do not fully believe Dains's recounts of events especially when it paints him in the best light. Also, if we do subscribe to the 6 sinners being our true villains, what does that say about the Hexenzirkel circle? Alice? N? I really hope they start giving the traveler some agency and starts questioning everything. At this point, I do not see how any well written protagonist realizes they're a pawn in a chess game started a Decamillennium ago & being completely at peace with it.
Impressive video as always :) So if I understand correctly, Khaenri'ah is located in the Night Realm aka the Abyss and the people there had no sun but a moon. One day, the Prince of Light descended from the Light Realm (elemental realm) and promised the Pale Princess to show her the way to paradise aka the land behind the moon aka the Light Realm. But before they got there, the Prince was murdered by the five Sinners. What I don't understand: There is king Irmin in all of this, because right now we can only guess the identity of the Pricess and the Sinners. And if the Prince truly is from the Light Realm, he must be a descender, an elemental being (a dragon) or a creation of the Primordial One. I'm still sooo confused 😅😂
Because the book is not about Khaenriah, it's about the seelie kingdom that existed before the fall of the primordial unified civilization (we see its ruins marked by triquetra symbol quite a lot). Khaenriah, "a nation without gods" was established at the same time the unified civilization part at Dragonspine was dying.
Oh I forgot about something that has been bothering me for some time now: the number of chess pieces on the board played in the la signora funeral video (the intro to the Fatui harbingers... of dawn): If chess has 8 pieces (counting the pawn), but we have 11 harbingers so much more pieces than are necessary on the classic chess board: could it be that we only have 5 different /special "powerful" pieces ( 5 harbingers or/and sinners) and the rest are pawns? Plus la signora is shown to be a pawn vanquished by a knight. Sooo... Could it be that the Fatui got their comédia dellarte monika from the 5 sinners/ sages? (They couldn't be the same as Pierrot/the fool, because he supposedly wasn't considered wise enough to be part of king irmin's sages. Thus after the calamity he went to the tsarita to propose "his services"... This raises so many questions with regards to the curse you theorized the pale princess put upon kaenrians : like how shneznaya a northern land with boreal auroras, has limited sunlight. (maybe that's how pierrot as a kaenrian can live above ground.) The blind/visionary = columbina? The " timid" may be the Fatui counterpart of Il capitano (just because this silly hollow knight is too shy to show his face😂). This comparison of the sinners' nicknames to the Fatui ones lies on the fact that the Fatui also are collecting fragments of the 3rd descender, possibly to resurect him or gain more power? That separation of the word Khaenri'ah it's in--game too! The paper that the Narzissenkreuz Ordo wrote about samsara cycles, separates Khaenri'ah in 2 words, Khraun-Arya, which might be as if we separate Khaen Ri'ah. So I don't think this is copium.

Going by the story of the six pygmies who are probably scientists, and one of them is royalty I have my suspicions that the sinners summon the twins probably represents the the prince from another world of light pretty much the surface or Another World. But their curiosity got the best of them they wanted to see more of the universe and accidentally created a portal to the rest of the universe pretty much releasing forbidden knowledge and an ancient curse and summoned an army of monsters from another world.
Do you remember where did the golden butterfly existed in Teyvat? The butterflies that shows in Caribert's realm. I remember there are some near the entrance of Sakura Shrine, but I can't remember the other places.

I'm starting to think, and just go with me a bit, that Paimon is the reincarnation of Lumine. i think everything in teyvat has been caught in a loop of the same souls and memories being reconstituted and reborn. And Aether could break that cycle and either restore the souls or let them carry on living as they are. And lumine is the remaining fragments, with irmunsol having responded to aethers wish for his sister and using that outline of a memory of his favourite travelling companion created Paimon. And Paimon and lumine have this shared existence where neither is truly there whilst the other one is as well. This would be after Lumines journey through Teyvat and her eventual demise whatever that might have been

Regarding the name origin of Khaenri'ah, I've always thought of it as being a reference to "Shangri-la" an isolated mythical valley where it and it's denizens seemingly don't experience time.

The Sinner(1)is the brother of Danleif's, the other one is Gold(2)who created Albedo, and I'm pretty much just going to assume the witches that know them probably what knows what happened during cataclysm my theory is they're experimenting with forbidden knowledge, summon the twins Teyvat, and probably accidentally created a portal into the abyss releasing monsters and an ancient curse nearly destroying the world. Cursing most of their people to either turn into Hilicruls or become a part of the Abyss order, and accidentally destroying their own kingdom. I think the Sinner miscalculated about the forbidden knowledge and accidentally doomed their entire nation.

In hindsight, considering how little information you had to work with back then, it's incredibly impressive how close you came to uncovering Dain's connection to the Prince of Light. Sure, Dain wasn’t the Prince himself, but he turned out to be the only Pygmy who remained by the Prince’s side till the end, and his power very likely stems from the Prince.

I think it’s relevant that the Khaenriah chapter name glitches. We’ve seen glitches in a few trailers (most notably Albedo’s) and select instances in the game since the start, but it really came to the forefront with Arlechino and now a few scenes in the bedtime stories chapter. If I had to guess, the glitch means rewrites occurring. Another example is the glitch effect in Rhukkhadevata’s golden image we see in one of Sumeru’s archon quests, again hinting at a connection to reality and Irminsul. This is just to say that I think that’s how we’ll get to experience Khaenriah: through a glitch, a rewrite of sorts. The fact that it takes place after Shnezhnaya, which should bring the story of the gnosis to a close, might mean that one leads to the other in some way.

Bro mihoyoverse really 1st disguised the visionary as 1 big bad Sinner, then name dropped surtologi and the visionary while linking them to gold in the archon quest so it's not that confusing, and then linked all of them together and expanded with 2 more and linked all of it to the pale princess. Theorizing is fun and hard when books can appear important but suddenly be very important with new info.
thats why I don't like genshin lore theories. Hoyo just manipulates the lore and introduces new info left and right that connects with existing lore but the original info had so little detail (done purposefully by hoyo) that any theories formed using the shrouded info turns out to be hilariously far from the truth. Think back on all the theories made using this book, all of it sounds like absolute bs now.

Note that Pale Princess and Six Pygmies was probably written by Andersdottir. Now I'm imagining her showing off the new volume, with the 6 pygmies, to her witch friends in Hexenzircel. And Rhinesdottir recognizing herself in one of them. Their friendship must have been really tested that day.
I've been thinking of the possibility that the deformed pygmy was Rhinedottir, and so Albedo is how she has hidden the prince's body.
And it made me think that the Light Prince may be not a person at all, but knowledge. Knowledge that Pale Princess of the Crimson Moon dynasty wanted to use to escape Teyvat, and knowledge that Eclipse Dynasty repurposed for lesser, practical, purposes. Possibly knowledge of alchemy in its undiluted form. It would certainly be easy to hide knowledge in Irminsul's "tree hollow".

If the Pale Princess and the Six Pygmies was an allegory, that suggests that it might be telling a story of events that were (or will be) erased from Irminsul (or the Loom of Fate), which could also be why the Khaenri'ah chapter has no number.
I can't help but feel like the pale princess is Lumine. The prince of light is Aether, who, in truth, is actually being reawakened from veing shattered once before. Hence why Lumine is so cold to Dain and calls him a traitor just like how the night mother warned Dain the pale princess would react to the truth. The Abyss sibling is trying to protect their reformed sibling. However the reformed sibling doesn't know this and the Abyss sibling is in danger of meeting the same fate once their own powers are unsealed.
But if Lumine is your main and Aether abyss prince, it doesn’t make sense 😬

On the contrary, I personally see how often the theories on this channel turn out to be wrong and rarely get to the point, and to be honest, most of the theories here are very much a foil hat, stretched and meaningless, for example, here with the "Traitor Wind", although he himself admitted how crazy this theory sounds, literally trying to make out the word in English in a Chinese game and substitute the English word for the sound in Egyptian, or other his theories with an attempt to connect the most random games and shows and to say that Hoyoverse were inspired by these games, despite the fact that there is no evidence of this and it may just be a coincidence (If Hoyoverse are inspired by something, they usually write and say in interviews what they were inspired by)
@@iosis9324 Id have to disagree. Hoyo over time has come out to state certain medias have influenced the lore direction of their games. (Ie the girl and the egg movie). Though they never said this from the beginning, this was later confirmed. Usually the connections to foreign medias are either an example in these videos for a previously established idea or are straight up confirmed to be inspired from the creators themselves.
As for Chill with Aster and MNFN, the goal of their videos are completely different. Where MNFN actively uses the lore and their active connections to irl lore to figure out possible story plot lines in the near or far future, Chill with Aster uses only direct lore from the main game to make predictions. For eg, she wouldn’t make a video guessing what Dain’s connection could be to the six Pygmy’s before the recent story quest, which confirmed to us a clear link. That’s more of Ashikai and MNFN’s thing.
Aster’s are more like; “Which symbol belongs to the 11 Fatui harbingers?” Or “Is there a missing 10th Fatui Harbinger?” Basically theory videos that are inherently impossible to say yes or no to unless the game gives us an answer. MNFN and Ashikai try to find an answer through lore *and* irl inspirations for said lore (They’ve confirmed and also been shown to read up on countries history. From ingame fictional stories, to nation names. Even character names show the loyalty to portraying one nation to its irl counterpart.)
Genshin, a Chinese company, does bother with these kinds of translations. I think it would be unfair to assume they don’t. proof or not. But the fact is they do. Yes they’ll go from Chinese to German to English if they have to. Mondstat is a very very good example as it literally means Moon City in German. Which is perfect for the lore of genshin and the nation as a whole.
I’ll admit a lot of theories can be tinfoil ish but I guess that’s the point of them. They’ve always been a sort of entertaining game with some effort to them. But genshin has shown time and time again that they can be very tinfoil-y themselves just with how they reach to the ends of the earth when it comes to in game lore. Iriminsul and all that. (And how the name definitely isn’t a happy accident.)
I think at the end of the day, there are tastes when it comes to theorising. Those who don’t like using what hasn’t been stated in a media, and those who prefer to think beyond the scope of a medium. To each their own.

When you started talking about the Magnum Opus, it made me wonder, could the "Prince of Light" actually be an 'Object' rather than a real person?
I actually think it is an object. The reason I don't mention this however is because we don't have much evidence for it yet.
It could be, and it could also be the 3rd Descender. We know for a fact that the gnoses are the "remnants of the 3rd Descender". And if the Night Mother is the 2nd Descender as we suspect, then it all fits together. The Sinners killed the Descender and stole his "divinity" to ascend. Dainsleif took his body to the tree, where he found the Night Mother. After he left, the Night Mother took the Prince's body and, together with the Primordial One, crafted the gnoses*. This makes the Archons and the Sinners basically opposites - The Seven hold the power of the body, while the Six hold the power of the soul. Ironically, it would seem the Sinners have the power of "Dark" and Archons of "Light", when Pneuma (soul) and Ousia (body) would suggest the opposite - so the gnoses being the power of dark/body could explain why they are "objects of misfortune" and probably why the Archons were willing (allegedly) to part with them.
Then again, that doesn't necessarily mean the 3rd Descender a person - I just think it fits. As Reneé said, Reason might take any form, be that of a sword or of a traveler from afar. If "Reason" means the power of a Descender, which I think it is given it's importance and the association with the color gold, then technically a Descender could indeed be an object. In Star Rail an Aeon can also be anything, not just a living being - IX is a black hole, a thing of nothingness, and Nous is just a perfect AI; a stellaron seemingly possesses the same powers of a Descender, and it is an object. So I think it totally could be an object as well.
* First I though this didn't fit on the timeline of events, because the Cataclysm makes it seem like the death of the Prince of Light happened 500 years ago, but I don't think that's the case. Before dying, the Prince cast the curse of wilderness. We have concrete evidence that this curse existed ling before the Calamity, at least back in the Crimson Moon Dinasty, as Perinheri's friend (forgot his name) transformed into a hillichurl or one of its variants when they left for Sumeru with Angelica. So this means that the sin must have happened a long time ago (and also that the Cataclysm happened for another reason). With that, we can certainly fit this event before the Archon War, when the 1st and 2nd Descenders crafted the gnoses.

I used to think that Khaenri'ah was an anagram. I tried googling what names could be formed with these letters, and it gave me Hare Krishna, a mantra dedicated to Krishna, one of the eight avatars of Vishnu... It may have nothing to do with anything, but I find this coincidence interesting ^-^
I 100% believe Kahenriah will be "Chapter 0", and we'll either go back in time or relive Khaenriah through our Sibling's memories.

I think the main plot of Khaenri'ah would be killing the 5 Sinners and maybe we can track them down by going through the siblings memories. After we get the 5 authorities we will probably realise that its incomplete and one part is still missing and that missing part is Dainsleif which is going to lead into the final battle between Dain and Traveller

Taking that into account, might it be that the true "betrayal" against Istaroth by Khaenri'ah is somehow related to this hypothetical "mission" Istaroth was given to oppose the HP? That the Sinners' actions against the Pale Princess and Light Prince were an act of selfishness that ended up sabotaging the duo's greater role in Istaroth's last ditch duty of fixing PO's Heavenly PR Nightmare of a situation and that's what their sin is all about? That the Sinners chose the short-term gratification of betraying the Prince in order to become transcendent beings themselves as the great sages for this nation of humanity over the bigger picture of the entire ruling system needing to be overthrown and transcended? Or sth like that, idk, I'm just spitballing here since I really loved the ideas brought up in the Remuria vid even if some of it hasn't aged the best lmao (rip Nibelung = Sinner. but the Contra Mundi thing feels like it's STILL onto sth)
Tho should be said that part of me finding this kinda reading appealing would be that it'd kinda recontextualize the Sinners as less like. Oh they're just absolute evil (which I find just... clashes w the Gnostic themes yakno) and terrible because Abyss something something. And instead having their deal be just a bit more nuanced. Maybe they distrusted the idea of a divine being like a Shade (or their daughter, pending the Paimon theory) being responsible for challenging Celestia but only ended up helping its rule by neutralizing the Prince and letting HP scoop up the Pale Princess as the last remnant of PO's attempts to stop their rule. I think the Pale Princess is either Paimon, or Lumine. But considering that the pygmies are the traitors of Khaenriah, and the twins were regarded highly in Khaenriah and integral to their plans...enough to get the prince and princess title...It would be strange if the twins werent in the tale as well in some shape or form.
We are missing a large chunk of events...and I wonder....What if the tale is actually talking about what happened after Sustainer/Asmoday captured them? What if the pygmy five managed to beat down the shades, take back the travelers, and proceeded to take the powers of our sibling and Dain then tried to save the twins. That could explain why we lost our powers while the abyss sibling retained hers, why we were knocked out so long, why we arent seeing Asmoday appear again. But it also leaves a big mystery of why the abyss sibling would side with the pygmies after they dismembered the sibling.
The pygmy story can also fit in on Phanes... As he/she has the 5 shades and they seem to have "dismembered" a descender and combined the remains with the authority of the dragons to create the 7 gnosis.

It's not just an overlap, it's the same events. Pale Princess book is basically about seelie kingdom fall, not about Khaenria that was established later.

My theory is that Khaenri 'ah might have worshiped the Dragon sovereigns and the natives of Teyvat, which is why they don't worship the archons or the Heavenly principle because from their point of view their false gods that killed their dragon gods or sovereigns. The seven other nations most of the humans anyway are from another world called Eart. The humans and the archons were created through cloning and genetic manipulation because their ancestors the surviving soldiers from 50,000 years ago sent someone , to repopulate but most of the population was wiped out and had to send out an Ark to repopulate.
But had to deal with the seven dragon kings to survive on this planet so the primordial one and it's shades (probably the first archons) kill them, during the dragon war and conquered the entire planet and the ancient Khaenri 'ahans knew that the archons and Celestia are Invaders that killed their gods and replace them hence why they don't worship them at all. Have been holding this Grudge for literally thousands of years.
Cuz one they know way too much about the other worlds, they know how to summon people from other worlds, they have advanced technology and they know about other worlds while the other humans from the other nations know nothing. But that's mostly a theory.
I really like this interpretation and continued legacy of "what is Truth" and according to whose perspective. Guess time will tell as all is revealed!

On top of understanding Genshins lore and where it might possibly go its kinda fun learning what the devs like. I think the power they took from the prince was the power of the Gnosis, and that the prince is THE 4th decender. The princess & prince remind me so much of the seelie & outlander that fell in love and were separated and had their memories stolen. This would link the Night Mother to the Moon Sisters. Btw in genshin, power = memories (Ashikai credit), so stealing the princes memories could have been the same event as stealing his power, the night mother saw it and let it happen. During the feast the princess was dealt with, and this event ALSO marks the fall of the seelie race and the event that caused the moon sisters to kill each other.

i am excited to learn more about the sinners especially when Genshin does not like Black & White morality or reliable narrators. I am curious on what level of grey they are operating under and what really happened with the prince of light. It's also why I do not fully believe Dains's recounts of events especially when it paints him in the best light. Also, if we do subscribe to the 6 sinners being our true villains, what does that say about the Hexenzirkel circle? Alice? N? I really hope they start giving the traveler some agency and starts questioning everything. At this point, I do not see how any well written protagonist realizes they're a pawn in a chess game started a Decamillennium ago & being completely at peace with it.

So if I understand correctly, Khaenri'ah is located in the Night Realm aka the Abyss and the people there had no sun but a moon. One day, the Prince of Light descended from the Light Realm (elemental realm) and promised the Pale Princess to show her the way to paradise aka the land behind the moon aka the Light Realm. But before they got there, the Prince was murdered by the five Sinners.
What I don't understand: There is king Irmin in all of this, because right now we can only guess the identity of the Pricess and the Sinners.
And if the Prince truly is from the Light Realm, he must be a descender, an elemental being (a dragon) or a creation of the Primordial One.

Because the book is not about Khaenriah, it's about the seelie kingdom that existed before the fall of the primordial unified civilization (we see its ruins marked by triquetra symbol quite a lot).
Khaenriah, "a nation without gods" was established at the same time the unified civilization part at Dragonspine was dying.

If chess has 8 pieces (counting the pawn), but we have 11 harbingers so much more pieces than are necessary on the classic chess board: could it be that we only have 5 different /special "powerful" pieces ( 5 harbingers or/and sinners) and the rest are pawns? I also see how in the Persian and Egyptian ancestor of chess, we can find figures of the 5 sages under animal form. Going by the story of the six pygmies who are probably scientists, and one of them is royalty I have my suspicions that the sinners summon the twins probably represents the the prince from another world of light pretty much the surface or Another World. But their curiosity got the best of them they wanted to see more of the universe and accidentally created a portal to the rest of the universe pretty much releasing forbidden knowledge and an ancient curse and summoned an army of monsters from another world.

I'm starting to think, and just go with me a bit, that Paimon is the reincarnation of Lumine. i think everything in teyvat has been caught in a loop of the same souls and memories being reconstituted and reborn. And Aether could break that cycle and either restore the souls or let them carry on living as they are. And lumine is the remaining fragments, with irmunsol having responded to aethers wish for his sister and using that outline of a memory of his favourite travelling companion created Paimon. And Paimon and lumine have this shared existence where neither is truly there whilst the other one is as well. This would be after Lumines journey through Teyvat and her eventual demise whatever that might have been
it could even explain why lumine is from Teyvat, because shes sort of been reborn in teyvat as paimon.

Six Khaenri 'ahans scientists probably studying forbidden knowledge. The Sinner(1)is the brother of Danleif's, the other one is Gold(2)who created Albedo, and I'm pretty much just going to assume the witches that know them probably what knows what happened during cataclysm my theory is they're experimenting with forbidden knowledge, summon the twins Teyvat, and probably accidentally created a portal into the abyss releasing monsters and an ancient curse nearly destroying the world.
Cursing most of their people to either turn into Hilicruls or become a part of the Abyss order, and accidentally destroying their own kingdom. I think the Sinner miscalculated about the forbidden knowledge and accidentally doomed their entire nation.
