I cannot get the lancet device to work. The ONE thing I needed to see was how to actually use the lancet device, and you didn't show it! Once you follow the instructions, then how exactly do you lance? If anyone reading this thinks it is obvious, it is not if the device doesn't work! Somebody please tell me how to do this? Have I got a faulty device? Help!

I found it quite hard to work out how to use this. The blood needs to go on the very end tip of the strip. There needs to be plenty of blood otherwise it reads error 7.
