im using similar device, when i was putting blood on the strip it wouldnt work, only the yellow line should be filled . Try to place the blood only on the colored part of the strip and nowhere alse

I actually use this recently and the reading showed 44mg/dl. I wasn't ok with the result so, I borrowed from someone and it showed 5.6mol/ . What should I do?

It is not recommended; however, I have heard of people using them once expired. Keep in mind the test strips may not be as accurate after the expiration date.
The USB connector is not for providing power to the meter, it used to download results to a computer. You can contact customer service if you would like to get the compatible software.

It sounds like you are getting an error code, be certain you are using the correct test strips, that they are not expired or have been stored improperly and sometimes constant error codes may mean it's time to replace the battery.

It is usually recommended to test 2 hours after a meal.

Yes, the blood is applied to the center of the green area.
This version has good Cass, hard case, good for travel, in other countries we don't have it
I would like to know know what doese-9 mean .the strip is in place evenwith the blood on there there's a E-9
It's not listed in my User's Manual, however E-9 can mean low battery for other Accu-Chek meters.

The blood is applied to the center of the green area on test strip and uses 1 to 2 microliters of blood ( a good-sized drop).

It depends if your meter requires a chip, the one I used in the demonstration does not require a chip.

The ACCU-CHEK Active meter I have does not require a chip.
The older version does. You can buy test strips with a chip.
How do I know the glucometre is changing?
I am using the machine after more than 3 months , inspite of putting new battery, there is no display of blood drop when new strip is inserted.

They are not adjustable, it shows on the back of the meter which units it measures in.

That’s not accu check ..it’s onetouch ..it means there is a problem with the machine system..repeat the test ..make sure you do it properly

It is recommended to use a new lancet each time for comfort and to reduce chance of infection, however some people do use them more than once.
