Even if you proved she knew he going to the house you need make argument she knew he attended to kill him. She could argue you needed to know about dog etc because you planned to burglarise the place.

    Who moves in with a man within 6 months of dating, exposing their children to some guy she barely knows?!

  • @jenk.6196
    @jenk.6196 2 месяца назад +9

    “He moved me and my kids out of his house.” Pathetic. These single mothers that expose their children to all these different men, including moving in with them is just freakin selfish. It’s hard enough for these children to be a product of divorce (which I was, and so were my children), but these women only add fuel to the flame, by treating their children as “accessories” to their “love” life.
    They seem completely oblivious to the emotional damage they’re inflicting upon their children with their revolving door of boyfriends. Boyfriends that in most cases seem to be pretty subpar. These children didn’t cause these divorces, so why should they be punished for it?
    I was a single mother but I had a no-dating policy until my two girls were old enough to move out. I did that because I refused to bring in all these different men into their lives, thereby confusing them and causing serious psychological harm. Even if I thought it was a serious relationship, we all know how easily even the most committed relationships can go south. Why can’t these women wait until their children are out of the house before they date again? In today’s world, especially, you’re just playing with fire. In fact, I think every person (man or woman) should do a background check on any and every person they date….and definitely before they decide to bring that person into their children’s lives.
    My children have only one father. They never had to be exposed to numerous “father figures” who came in and out of their lives like neighborhood tomcats through a cat door. And, I’m happy to say, my daughters turned out pretty well for being from a single-parent home. My ex-husband isn’t perfect (and neither am I), but I kept on good terms with him because our children were, and are, far more important in the ultimate scheme of things. Once you’re no longer married, your children become Priority #1…not satisfying your need for romance and security.
    As an aside, there are two words I detest, which is why I didn’t use them: “kids” (children are not baby goats) and “boyfriend”. Unless the person you’re dating really is a “boy” (meaning you’re a teen dating another teen) stop calling him that. Of course, so many men these days are just boys (largely due to absentee fathers),so maybe I should stop objecting to the use of that word. Ha!

      She probably thought he was a "good" one because he probably made good money and was purportedly a hard worker, but he had serious personality flaws and treated people like crap. I do think it's asking a lot for women to go without a partner because of the possibility of them having flaws...why should they deny themselves love and intimacy for years/a decade or more because of the possibility of a boyfriend having flaws? Dating someone away from your children for a little while until you vet them as decent before introducing them to your children is always an option.

    I'm confused on the motive. The victim had broken up with her over a year ago. She gets her new boyfriend, who also has beef with the victim, to kill her ex? Am I understanding this correctly? So it was two people who were obsessed with the victim and they wanted revenge? It just seems so dumb. Not that I'm saying any other motive would have justified this man's murder; I just don't understand the point of this particular murder.

      There a massive difference between proving someone was involved at the margins and that they knew he planned to murder. All the texts show, at best, is that she knew he planned to visit the house. She could plausibly claim she thought it was to perform a lesser nefarious act. It could easily been to steal something etc. Murder quite a extreme way of getting at someone.
