Pain is multifaceted and includes a social component. Being able to share your story with someone willing to listen without rushing you to a conveyor belt of treatments can be extremely helpful.
What I see is that she went through a conveyor belt of diagnosis and oppressing treatment from her young life. She fought the pain like a trooper, but it took her to a suffering and confining existence that no one should really have to endure. I've had to live without insurance for most my adult life. But looking back at it now, I can say it was a Godsend because I had to learn the old methods of homeopathy and herbalism. This chiropractor is a diamond in the rough. And this field, and the angels working within it, are finally getting the true recognition they deserve. I applaud you Dr. Cipriano, and this lady, who can perhaps for the first time have hope and rise above the corporate engine that siphons health of so many, and live a better life that she and her family deserves. Thank you Dr. Cipriano!!! 😉👍💕💯🌟
What i like most is that she was able to speak for 20 mins and he was just listening. Most of the time this is the most important part and already gives a huge relief...
@@joannesmith9180 Perfect Point. 5 days ago i spoke to my doc and i started explaining and she didn't even care and handed me the papers and only said : exercise more , buy a better pillow and take some pain killers if u need to. :(((
Not medical advice...but wondering if she has had MRI's of full spine. Damage to The Cauda Equina nerve bundle can cause fecal incontinence. If she has not had an MRI since that symptom started, that would be a crucial step. Blessings.
I had a spinal injury when i was 18. It healed but i was still in alot of pain. Drs said they could not help me. Gave me muscle relaxants and pain pills and sent me home. As last resort, went to a chiropractor. It only took him 2 visits to fix my problem. 60 years later and im still pain free! Chiropractic treatments work!!
A lot of times For profit heath care isn’t there to cure you. It’s there to put you on meds for the rest of your life. Remember it’s ok to be a drug addict as long as your getting your drugs from your doctor lol
I'm a medical massage therapist. Just seeing how this lady is holding herself, knowing she's in excruciating pain, breaks my heart. If I could help her, she would get free treatment from me for the rest of her life. She's been through more than enough. Thank you for helping her!! ❤
@@kapussfloyd4501I highly recommend seeing a chiropractor who does this type of work and not one who wants to sign you up for multiple sessions. 3 months ago I saw a chiropractor in NJ who does this same type of adjustments and he got rid of my knee, neck, back and ankle pain in just two sessions. I was told by an orthopaedic surgeon that I’d most likely need surgery on my knee. I hope you’re able to get yourself to a really great chiropractor and feel youthful again. ❤
@@kapussfloyd4501See Dr Cipriano. He DOES help and our bodies require mobility and stability. A new start. The worst case scenario, you're going to feel much better ❤
I remember getting the middle of my back cracked. For years I had my friends bear hug me to try and crack this one spot. It never worked. It affected my breathing it felt like. When I finally went to a chiro and he cracked it, I instantly starting crying and not on purpose! All the emotion that was released out of me was wild. But it was so amazing. It’s a blessing to have chiros like you. You change lives for the better daily! Thankyou!
anything we have not digested through a life experience is stored in the body, and one day we get to digest bits of that stuff, and pain becomes healing, and healing becomes learning and wisdom.. Beautiful to witness, glad you are doing better, keep loving yourself and getting help x @@Joey-hd6lh
Chronic pain, like most invisible illness, is something folks will never get until they see a loved one go through it. And really don't fully understand it until they go through it personally. Good luck on your journey, truly.
Wife has ehlers dahnloss, and I've been injured in about every way possible. 7 years ago I had a major fall accident and tore every ligament in my left knee and re-tore 3 in my right knee. Then 2 Octobers ago I had to have surgery on my shoulder. Died during recovery, then fell 2 weeks after and tore my bicep. That's just the most recent stuff. My wife is dealing with multiple dislocations almost daily on top of scoliosis. Now she's dealing with chronic migraines. Long and short, we know pain. Pain sucks. Pain is an insidious, infectious monster that just sucks all life and joy from you. You wouldn't believe how much mental fortitude you need just to wake up and move let alone work. I've been to war, and have had almost every injury possible without losing a limb from that. Yet, I think my wife is stronger than I am. Pain disables people, and others need to know that.
I was a bad car accident almost 20 years ago. My very first massage felt like she was taking a knife over my skin every time she touched me. I could not stop crying and I have a high pain tolerance. Going to the chiropractor was the exact same as what this lady went through. I had a 2 year old that I couldn't even lift after and she was tiny. It took years to get reasonably back to normal. This lady though walks better than I do currently. I felt every one of those cracks I heard in this video. People don't realize how much pain or chronic pain affects a person's life and mobility.
@@DrJosephCiprianoI wish you were in Maryland! I do really well from chiropractor treatment but I have never seen anyone do it how you do it especially with that strap.
Thanks for your support and kind words. In less than a year, I have lost both parents and my ESA dog. They've crossed over but I am still struggling but I choose "Faith Over Fear" every day. I believe there's a BETTER WAY TO PRACTICE MEDICINE and when I am blessed enough to be in the presence of greatness, as I have, you NEVER forget it. Dr Cipriano is one of a handful of providers I can trust with my life.
@@kristie2759hello! I've just watched your treatment. I too have so many back & neck problems with so much pain. I have a really good Chiro, but I am very financially unstable with this awful, awful economy to continue going to him. I would love to have the Y-strap done. It looks like it feels good to me, but my doc absolutely refuses to do that. He feels it's too dangerous. I know how much pain I am in every single day. I can only do my job with my pain management meds. It's a vicious circle. If I try to get off the Tramadol and Gabapentin then I hurt so bad and I have a very hard time at work. I am a CNA & Medical Assistant and had to switch to a housekeeping position at my job because I couldn't lift patients securely anymore. I have Degenerative Disc Disease, 3 herniated discs, sciatica, neuropathy, arthritis in my hip, lower back, neck, and knees. I feel like my quality of life has been extremely compromised. I've had these issues since 2004. It has been worse though since 2009. My fiance' also has severe physical issues. Watching this video made me cry. You, my dear, deserve to be well and healthy. You've been through so much. God bless you and continued success with your journey.🙏🏼🫶🏼
If you compare footage of her talking at the beginning and end, the difference is amazing. She was carrying so much pain and emotional trauma. The treatment was very healing for her. I wish her a continuing recovery.
I can't thank you enough for your support. YES, this is my video and speaking as an educated RN who is HLA B27 POSITIVE w/ AS can be debilitating. Dr Cipriano restored more than words can say. He's one of the good ones. Let us remember that our health care providers, have families just like us. Health issues and doctors appointments and we can all respect a healthy work life balance. I feel that patients don't always understand what our doctors sacrifice in order to help others. Dr Cipriano genuinely cares and listens to his patients concerns. We need to clone him! I'm getting my sense of humor back.
Do I follow this channel? No. Do I tend to watch videos longer than 15 minutes? Rarely. Did I sit here and watch the full hour intensely and root for this woman? Hell ya. I would love to be a chiropractor.
I feel so sorry for her. I’ve had numerous back surgeries and there is nothing this painful. I can see a huge difference before and after her treatment. I wish her continued relief.
When compression fractures don't allow adjustments, muscle relaxers with toradol and breathing through the spasms sometimes is the only way to bear the days unless hospitalization and narcotics are given. I just finished 7 day visit I wish I never had to go through.
Look, coming from someone that had an arched back and going to the chiropractor twice a week for a year and a half, my chiropractor got me straightened out and the arch is gone. He even got my confidence up enough that I started going to the gym and bodybuilding. The cracks and pops he got out of my body was insane. It was a love/hate relationship with him but in the end, it was all worth it. So people, until you’ve walked in her shoes, you will have no idea what she is going through. Be nice!
This is EXACTLY why I get so surprised by people saying “give it a day, pain will come right back. The person has to get to the gym and diet”. Sometimes your body is so effed up that exercise is barely even possible. Even just one night of sleep after chiro is adding to a healthier overall human. People who have been in chronic pain would go to a chiro every single day if it meant less pain (and if they had the finances). Chiro isn’t an overnight fix, just like going to the gym once isn’t an overnight fix. So happy you are feeling better!
@@kristie2759 that positive attitude is exactly what will get you through this and it will help define you. Do not let the negativity on here get the best of you. You’re better than that and you will come out stronger and better than ever!

Every time you told her to breathe through it, I took a deep breath with her 🥹 when you told her she was going to have a love hate relationship with you, I completely understood that you would take care of her. Great work!! I pray she continues to heal 💜

She’s so right!! You literally have to beg the US health care system to do what you know they need to do!!! And 89% of the time YOU ARE RIGHT AND THEY ARE WRONG bc we know our bodies!! And then they don’t want to admit they are wrong bc they’re doctors and of course know more than you!! All the doctors that listen to their patients are a blessing and that’s actually pretty sad!! So God bless you if you’re a dr and you actually listen to your patient!!!
You're right. 30 years ago, I went into a doctors office, suspecting I had diabetes. Unfortunately, as soon as I mentioned diabetes, the doctor decided there was no way I could be right. I had an A1C done, and she said no, it wasn't diabetes. After I lost my job because I couldn't concentrate at work ( I was a small engine mechanic) I went back to the doctors office a year later, saw a different doctor and was told I had diabetes when I was there a year before.
Her body was releasing trauma and pain. I could almost feel her releases and discomfort but also knowing the relief it also brings. I love my chiropractor! Truly angels on earth. ❤❤❤❤

@@DrJosephCipriano it is true. We don’t have good chiropractic care in our area. The methods that they were taught or maybe the fact that they don’t want to spend the needed time and discern what pts need is just abhorrent. Last time I went I was told that I could only ask for one extra area to be adjusted besides my spine, and I can’t even get adjusted on my lower spine. I asked if they were only familiar with one way of doing adjustments and my answer was, “ we accept your stupid Medicaid and require a $8 co pay so I only get paid $8.” I explained what she was full of and if she actually decided to keep up with the newest chiropractic techniques and enjoyed her job and not lying about the fact that I have receipts for what the govt pays her then maybe I would think of coming back. It is not a new story, I believe that if we help our bodies then it helps us all. I worked in the medical field and gaslighting is the norm and sad. The only blessing I’ve realized going through this journey is my compassion for others who are suffering! May God heal this beautiful soul!
I have to go myself to the chiropractor because my lower back is quite messed up. It helps. The biggest deal is to know that you are going to hurt like hell for the next day when you first start your journey. It's just like getting a massage you must drink lots of water to avoid being so sore the next day but once you start the journey that will ease up and you'll feel so much better. It truly does work. I really love to see people getting the help they need and deserve in your videos. I wish this lady the very best. I cannot even begin to imagine suffering in pain for years. Thank you to all the Chiropractors who are so good at what they do.
Wow. First, my heart breaks for this sweet woman. I have worked in the medical and mental health industry for 28 years and the system is broken and cruel. Second, doc, the way you see people, hear them and validate them is beautiful. Your empathy and the way you give your clients space to process and feel their way through treatment is so incredibly amazing and inspiring. You have a gentle voice and touch that inspires trust between you and your patients. Thank you for all you do , and for sharing your talents and knowledge with us. And third, at the end she was talking slowly and made me smile and giggle, the endorphins kicking just relaxed her!!
All I can say is WOW! And thank you for helping her. Her face totally changed after the treatment! Just to see her smile after the treatment was so wonderful. Thank you for helping her! 💟
Something that isn't verbalised in these videos but often recognised is our psychological attachment to our pain. It becomes apart of our ego & when you have these sudden significant changes for the better the overwhelm of emotion that comes with it is incredible & as it disappears from the body you can experience the mind trying so hard to find it again as it's been such a big part of your life. And in some cases the results are so clear but you can still recognise the person's reluctance to acknowledge it. So interesting. Just some thoughts :)
Such a deep insight, @davidrahilly5015! Pain can indeed become a part of our identity. Chiropractic care often helps to break that chain. Thanks for sharing.
Bingo! Like many humans around the globe! Wow. Finally, someone talks about heat. I, too, use a heating pad for my lumbar pain and my back now has 2nd degree burns mid-back to my butt. Nothing helps like heat. I don’t even feel burning. I really wish I could see a chiropractor. You could see it in her face how much better she felt. 🙏🏼🙌🏽

Poor lady... so many people bashing her in the comments don't really understand what real pain is... Great job Doc hope to see more from her to follow her journey!
@DrJosephCipriano for sure! A lot of people think you're just repeating the same thing over and over on everyone which for thr most part it's due to the basic/foundation of the care but certain videos do showcase differences for the patients specific problems which is great! Seeing the massage/rub during pain is something very few chiros actually do which is nice to see. Keep it up Doc!

Same thing happened to me, injury at 15, pain for about 10 years, 2 visits, and I could finally sit everywhere without the need of back support.

Chronic pain, like most invisible illness, is something folks will never get until they see a loved one go through it. And really don't fully understand it until they go through it personally. Good luck on your journey, truly.
Thank you for your compassion and understanding. Pain is personal, but treatment can bring hope.
This is so true!!!!!

Be nice!
So glad to hear about your success and growth, Larry! Chiropractic care can really change lives. 💪🏽👍🏽

Something that isn't verbalised in these videos but often recognised is our psychological attachment to our pain. I feel it all, because I've had the treatments. I was bent over to 90 degrees, and 12 visits had me walking upright. I'm so very grateful.
I'm so happy to hear about your progress, @grizzledgranny4600! Keep it up!
I’m in the exact situation as this poor individual! ❤️🙏❤️ Dr C is a true Patient Advocate!!!
Wow, so happy she found someone to help her. As a person who has severe arthritis and multiple ruptured disc's in my neck and back I was in tears watching how this doctor changed this woman's life. ❤
This breaks my heart, but I am so happy to see her feeling even a bit better. You can see at the beginning that she's holding on to so much. My heart hurts at the mess of the so-called healthcare system this country has, and how horridly it failed this poor woman. I wish everyone who denied her the care she NEEDED could walk a day in her shoes to truly realize how much she needed help. Bless her and bless you for being so kind, understanding, and helpful. This video really made me FEEL.
Bless her sweet soul. Thank you so much for helping her. What a hard but amazing thing to watch. Pain is invisible 😢
Thank you, Jennifer! I truly believe in the power of chiropractic to alleviate pain and improve quality of life. Stay tuned for more.
My months back is also in very bad condition, watching these makes me just wanna save up to take her to Dr. Cipriano, someone that actually cares for his patiences. Watching her reaction make me so happy
Fighting through hard pain takes a lot of strong will, and courage, plus belief. She's a fighter no doubt in my mind.
Couldn't agree more, Matthew! Such a brave soul indeed.
Can't wait to do this interview brother and talk about this story! amazing care for this lady your the best
Looking forward to the interview, @teasystableent!
@@DrJosephCipriano absolutely man!
Because of my chiropractor, I've been able to live with my sinusitis, vertigo, and even through my pregnancies better. Good chiropractors truly are godsends. If you have one that takes extensive notes and takes his/her time during your visits, he's/she's a keeper 🙏🙌✨️💯
I only had one pregnancy and thanks chiropractic care most weeks I had a very uneventful pregnancy and although labor was slow it wasn’t a nightmare.
You are so caring and compassionate for your patient. Something difficult to find in the medical field these days. Great work.
There are so many women who are not able to express their pains and also not even be able to take treatment. Thanks to this lady who reminded their pains and had the guts to take Y-strap for the second time. It's the PAIN that really matters. She surrendered herself for the treatment. Doc handled her really well. I can see the instant change in her words and body movements after the treatment. Thanks for the wonderful video Doc. God bless you.
Thank you for your thoughtful comment, @samuelabhishek3387. It's comments like these that truly make my day. I'm glad you found the video helpful. God bless you, too!
Yes any woman who has went to obgyn and had a iud inserted ,biopsy of cervix and were😢 expected to not want pain medication or need it because supposedly theres no nerve endings in the cervix LOL
It's crazy. I can never really see any difference in these videos but with this one, there is so much difference.
Glad you noticed, Sarah! Every case is unique and some differences are subtle but important. Keep watching!
The hand placements are usually different and the easiest place to see that is on the table lifts
You and Dr. Ian are my favorite chiropractors to watch. You are very thorough with your patients and you actually listen to them. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone to a chiropractor and all they did is bounce up and down on me making me worse than when I arrived. Well done, Sir.
I wish Dr Ian hadn’t been railroaded. He was the most professional and clinical chiropractor on the internet
@@egomaniac247 completely agree.
As a chronic pain patient, her story breaks my heart. So much of what she talks about is absolutely a reality for so many. Being passed from one doctor to another for years, while your body seems to break down rather rapidly is heartbreaking and scary. Bless this doc for listening to every word of her story, validating her pain, and trying his best to help.
Thank you Dr Cip for helping her and thanks both of you for sharing. You give hope to people that have very little. Keep that spirit up lady.
Thank you, Mike! It's an honor to help people regain hope and health.
Nothing is more important than your health I hope she continues to improve ,the pain endured in this session see`s huge improvements hopefully future sessions will see less pain and more mobility the results so far have been amazing.
Life changing work Dr Joe 👏
Thank you for your kind words, CAD6363! We're committed to continue making a difference.
Well, I haven’t seen any negative remarks, just words of encouragement good luck to you.😊
Doc: 40:53 “What did you feel?”
Patient: “Pain” 😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂😂
Haha, it's all part of the process, @justincase4792!
😂😂😂
I died at that one too 😂
😂😂😂😂
Doctor, “what did you feel”?
Patient, “my soul leaving my body”
Great video! I'm happy she found someone that makes a real difference and actually listens. The difference you see when she sits up after the second Y strap is unreal! So happy for her!! Way to go Doc
Thanks for your kind words! I'm glad you found the video informative.
Thanks for your venerability in sharing this treatment. I pray for healing and sleep for you. Would love to see your progression if your open to it. Love and light ❤
Thank you so much for your kind words and prayers, @gailb43. Your support means a lot. Stay tuned for more updates!
She’s a brave lady; she must have know this would be really uncomfortable but she kept on going 😊
Yes, she indeed is a brave lady. Her grit is truly admirable.
Doc you are saving these peoples lives not just physically but it must be so draining on them mentality to deal with that pain everyday . May god bless you sir
You are the bravest woman I have ever seen! Praying for healing for you! Good job Doc….I wish you were in California❤
Thank you for your kind words! I appreciate the support and am glad my video could reach you out there in California.❤
Oh my word! God bless you! Your kind words, your encouragement, and understanding is beautiful! I wish there was a doctor like you where I live in New Mexico ❤
Thank you so much for your kind words, @katiecarpenter6814! Always here to help and inspire. Keep watching! YstrapDoc.com
I hate being handed down and passed around by DRs ... so happy you could help her!
I'm glad to provide care that makes a real difference. Thanks for your support, @melissawingfield8666!
The first adjustment always hurt the worst but as she continues she'll love and can't wait to go. Blessings on your healing journey. ❤
I have a spinal cord injury called Cauda Equina Syndrome. While my pain is completely neuropathic, and can't be treated with muscular/skeletal treatments, i watch these videos with envy. I often wish someone could stretch out my spine, and imagine it must feel so good afterwards😊 From one chronic pain sufferer to another, I'm so happy for you and I hope your recovery journey continues❤
I have a really messed up lower spine. Multiple surgeries. Neurosurgeon says it looks like lasagna. I have a paper in my truck to bring to the hospital in case symptoms of Cauda Equina appear. Dr said "THEY CANT MISS IT"!! So I was told to never get adjusted because of that fear of cauda Equina.
@@timvanderklok4345 I agree with your doctor's. I've lived with this for almost 11 years and wouldn't wish it on anyone. I sincerely wish you the best on your pain journey ❤️
@@michellestratford9753 I'm a recovering opiate addict. Oxycodone, Hydromorphone, Heroin...... all because of a stupid back injury. I'm 5 years clean now and get nerve block injections weekly. They help me more than the meds ever did!
I love chiropractor services. They are the best doctors. ❤😊
I hope she continues to improve and find the relief that she needs! You are amazing Doc❤
Thank you, we're definitely making progress!
I'm so happy for this woman, man to see the relief is amazing! That chiropracter changed her life! Great Job!
WOW! I really appreciate your respect and kindness, Dr Joseph! It takes humility to really care about how your client is feeling. I could see genuine concern from you, about the results of each procedure and I personally feel that,in itself,is conducive to healing!! And thank you client for being so brave and allowing this to be viewed! I can't imagine the rollercoaster feelings you were experiencing! So many procedures done in the past and so many doctors plus so many disappointments...yet you were so trusting yet still possibly thinking in the back of your mind " is this just another dead end road? I know I would've felt that way! But it was very encouraging to see way better movement after the treatment than before! I hope you have less pain every day and God blesses you with complete healing!!
Thank you for your kind words, @michaelzimmerman7646. I'm deeply committed to helping everyone who walks into my office. God bless!
I'm so happy for your relief of pain. Prayers for you. 🙏☮️💜
Thank you for your prayers, Mary! 🙏
Wow such pain. This video left me in tears. Sending her love and healing. 💜💜💜
@cmichaud105 Thank you for your empathy and good wishes. She's making steady progress.
Pain robs you of life. My chiropractor is a TRUE SAINT and if it cost me all my savings I’d give it to be free of pain. He is compassionate, understanding, reasonable and does MAGIC!
How far chiropractors have come. I went to one around 20 years ago and was told the same thing. Now I need to het to your office or find somewhere that foes this type of work. You are changing people’s lives 😊
I'll be glad to help! YstrapDoc.com
Never take your health for granted, I’m 38 and just got sciatica from a herniated disc, it’s the worst most constant 10/10 pain that doesn’t go away without taking action. If you are young, please stay healthy and strong , back and nerve pain is no joke at all.
Yes I had 2 back surgeries over sciatica it's was horrible I have RA too worst pain ever
@@AliciaCook-l5q today is the first low pain day I’ve had in 25 days, I’m so happy. It’s still there, but the pain is down to a 3 instead of a 10. I’m doing everything I can naturally
OMG… I feel for her! We see such a relief already at the end of the session..
Yes, her progress is encouraging!
She was so happy at the end. So cool, you changed her life forever.
I was very lucky and had an amazing chiropractor like you. That man saved my life.
