We also call nashshasta soak for 7 to 10 days change water every day leave in sun or warm place last day wash several times in fresh water then put in blender with water once has be come watery put in big deep pot or other deep vessel the nashasta will sit at the bottom keep draining the water until you see the nashasta becomes like paste but if you are in Pakistan you can dry easily in summer days or if you are in foreign countries you can dry in oven make oven hot once is high temperature turn off put the wet nashshasta in wide tray leave in and leave the door slightly open keep shuffling around will dry just keep the oven on for until is very hot then put the tray back nashasta is very healthy and good for back pain my mum makes nashshasta at home in UK hope you will understand and good luck
