Dough Ingredients
4 cups of AP flour
1 1/2 cups cold water
1 cup of butter
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar
If baked use egg+ water for an egg wash
Oil for frying
Filling
1 to 2 pounds of ground beef
2 potatoes
3 roasted Anaheim epper
1/2 medium onion
2 garlic cloves
1/2 Tbsp Tomato chicken bouillon
1 tsp black pepper
Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes
Then adjust temp and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes

I’ve learnt something alota people don’t realize I have seriously warm hands and was messing my dough up so what I do now is stick my hands in ice water quickly dry my hands and then do that extra hand crumbling part now that’s a great tip for us seriously warm hearted cooks❤️🇨🇦

I figured it out. Lol sorry I'm a skipper in videos. It's either or. LET ME TELL U PPL. I just made this and have never made such heavenly dough! It's incredible. I don't have a stand mixer so I did everything with a hand mixer. It came out so so good. All the picky eaters in my house ate these! I did the fried version and saved the other half of the dough to do the baked tmrw. Ty for the recipe!!

I honestly mest up on the crust but came out great! I even added on so many seasonings,first time making them it was awesome! :)
I love making empanadas I just buy the Goya pre made disc because I make homemade sofrito to go into my meat and I use potatoes as binder to keep the meat from falling out all of that is time consuming maybe one day I'll get a mixer for homemade disc I'll make sure I'll use your recipe when I do 💯❤️❤️❤️
