Excellent conversion! One addition I have recently seen in other conversions is the use of an extending tap on the sink so that it can be pulled outside and used to shower with.
Shower is a good idea but a decent shower needs decent pressure which generally camper sink pumps do not provide, you would also need a decent size water tank unless you want a 60 second shower
@@microcampersukvanlife4810 ciao. Or maybe those kinds of combo sinks are common in the UK, but I have yet to see them as a feature for camper builds in other countries. Yours is my first. Hob for me, too. And the toilet is ridiculous 😒😒 The housing is much too tight, no way to lift out, and not enough room to sit down (yep, I'm a woman 😁).

Very nicely designed. You need a small chest fridge under one of your seats, accessed by a pull out drawer. Edit- i also think the toilet should be in another pull out drawer under seat too. Easier to access. You give up clothes storage under your seats, but maybe you can put some kind of light stacked storage, to put on front passenger seat for clothes. Like those plastic drawers. Also the most important thing is a fan or screened vent in the ceiling. For fresh air when you sleep. Because it doesn't feel safe to leave a window cracked open at night. Some kind of nice window coverings like curtains or pull down shades too. A couple solar panels would be nice too. If I had a car like that I would love it, because sometimes I need to make overnight trips for work, and it sucks to have to pay for a hotel. I could just sleep in this instead. Plus it's not too big that it would use too much gas. This would be perfect. I wish the car manufacturers would just make them that way lol.

I saw something similar to this today as I wS out on my travels but it had an extended hard top roof and a different back door like a conventional van.
Those two vertical electrical sockets won’t allow for both of them to be used at the same time. Try it! You will need to revolve the top socket so it’s upside down. Or turn them both 90deg.

Nice conversion conversion only concern for me if I was using it (no problem as I'm not😅) would be the bed. Those inserts don't look strong for a big bloke like me and the cushions not very comfy so I'd probably get a roll out memory foam mattress to put underneath if it fits.
thanks anamaria object of what I was trying to do was see what you could fit into small vans , obviously it’s personal choice what you would leave in and take out etc
I agree with Annelise, micro's use far too much electricity to run and a small fryer is far superior if you can find one that has a small level of oil supplement for cooking.
I don't really like the toilet, laveo dry flush toilet would be a better preference for me The hob/burner is to small to fit any sizeable pot, an electric portable one that is stored away after use would be much better. Above all, it's a nice build for a solo person who has a gym membership 👍🏾

found a problum with these type of vehicals, the rear door, a few months ago, was camping, weather nice and hot, sitting in back with side doors closed, having a coffee, but rear door up, a rain cloud came over , left it open, after a few mins, water started coming though door, , found out it was collecting were the number plate is, running into gapes, so pulled door down to 45', fixed, not not ideal, now got a tarpaulin that goes over rear door, that stops water going though door were number plate is, door can stay open,
@@microcampersukvanlife4810 it was a hot day, and just a shower, that is why the door was open, just pointing out some think, for other people to take note, when back door is open

that would be a easy option to add in place of the standard tap
Awesome , the wife and myself would like to split , but I've nowhere to go....this would be ideal..me and my dog and a case of whiskey 😀 happy dreams
You can do it! sounds like a plan, since when did you need a destination , it’s all about the journey , adventure on
Nice conversion conversion only concern for me if I was using it (no problem as I'm not😅) would be the bed. Those inserts don't look strong for a big bloke like me and the cushions not very comfy so I'd probably get a roll out memory foam mattress to put underneath if it fits.
bed slats are strong enough Simon as birch under high density foam I’m sure you would wake up in the morning still on the bed lol
Very well done, there is a lot of inspiration for my camper. Good video and thank you!
Thank you kindly remo
Increíble! Me encanta! Gracias por compartir. Like y suscripcion.
thank you , like and share please
Good to have tinted windows, you've done a very neat job
ellis: these a not tinted, these are "privacy" there is a difference.
I know what you mean Ellis , by the way Jo they’re tinted which gives privacy
they’re tinted
These are neat, but it looks like a lonely, sad life.
good for fishing , festival etc
Drive and go away simply awesome
You got that right!, you can literally finish work on a Friday and be at the coast straight from work. it’s a very cool piece of kit to have there
I can just say wow 😅 even toilet .. good job
thank you
Votre aménagement est superbe. Je voudrais le même 😁
thanks
love sink&stove. Drop the microwave. Tiny but clever proportions. very nice
thanks anamaria object of what I was trying to do was see what you could fit into small vans , obviously it’s personal choice what you would leave in and take out etc
I agree with Annelise, micro's use far too much electricity to run and a small fryer is far superior if you can find one that has a small level of oil supplement for cooking.
Yes high power item
I don't really like the toilet, laveo dry flush toilet would be a better preference for me
The hob/burner is to small to fit any sizeable pot, an electric portable one that is stored away after use would be much better. Above all, it's a nice build for a solo person who has a gym membership 👍🏾
thank you for your kind & constructive comments , much appreciated
Youve done a great job on the conversion. The only downside I can see is the vehicle, I had a doblo and the cost of fiat spare parts is horrendous.
really, I’m surprised as I’m sure they use other parts from other vehicles .
Thanks for sharing, I've got some nice ideas for my own project. Although, not sure when I can afford the time to do all that...
lol yup it takes time , lots of thinking and measuring and thinking how one thing affects another. hopefully it inspires other builds which was always my intention. like and share please
Looks very professional! Great ideas
thank you very much , I hope it inspires others to do their own builds
thank you
Really good conversion this enjoyed the video loved that it had a stove and tele
thank you so much for your kind words vince , if it inspires even 1 person to do their own conversion then my work is done here . share with your friends thanks again
Good wee day van for the beach. Need some sort of shower fitting for that use to clean off gear etc. Be fine for a night or two but that’s about it.
I agree , good idea
Impressive. I want one 👍
lol thanks .
Bravo, c’est très bien étudié…
👏😊
thank you for your nice comment
Great use of space
thank you for your kind words. we have just finished a nv200 van build which will be uploaded soon
I like it.
thank you very much
What a verry nice conversion. My favourite
thank you
found a problum with these type of vehicals, the rear door, a few months ago, was camping, weather nice and hot, sitting in back with side doors closed, having a coffee, but rear door up, a rain cloud came over , left it open, after a few mins, water started coming though door, , found out it was collecting were the number plate is, running into gapes, so pulled door down to 45', fixed, not not ideal, now got a tarpaulin that goes over rear door, that stops water going though door were number plate is, door can stay open,
interesting , but to be fair if it was raining I wouldn’t have the back open
@@microcampersukvanlife4810 it was a hot day, and just a shower, that is why the door was open, just pointing out some think, for other people to take note, when back door is open
Wow sehr edel und schön 👍
thank you my friend
Lindo demais, muito objetivo
thank you
Piękna robota 👍👌💪
thank you
Very interesting but can you possibly make a video with the camera on a fixed tripod while you show the features. I found I could not watch your filming as it was so jumpy and confusing.
i would Jacqueline, however van was sold last summer and video was done last year. to be fair out of 50,000 people who have viewed it your the first to day that . you do know I’m not the bbc
Great build 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
thank jo , like and share , hopefully it will inspire others
Hi! Who did this conversion? Yourself or a company? Would really like to try and get my camper converted like this.
it was done by myself. we have just finished a nv200 build which will be online in the next few days
Lovely conversion.
thank you very much for your kind words
That's a great conversion, not sure my 6'3 frame would fit on the bed though...
bed is 6ft long , lol
all them seats r a waist of room, best of just wit a fold up mattress on the floor like i have in the same size van, like how is someone going to sleep comftably on all them diffrent size matts. not me i no that much., might look good but thats about it my friend.
Thanks for sharing!
