Sharpening a Japanese Serrated Knife (Sandwich Knife)

Serrated knife #3 this is a Japanese Serrated Knife in western knives I often hear them called sandwich knives because they generally work great at cutting them.

Excellent video! But, what do you mean "the scallops go to the outside"? Which side is the outside? Forgive me if I'm missing something here.
