@@legion1188 I visited in that area years ago; I know she doesn’t represent everyone. (I think she’s trying to be amusing and she is succeeding!)
That rice so special, it's so raw and crispy.
For the sasa seasoning, we used it all the time since it’s very practical to use. It has salty and could be bit spicy for those who don’t eat spicy food often, but you can just adjust how much of the seasoning you can put into. You should give it a try and have a taste 👍🏻
Her fried rice broke uncle roger
Her meatballs broke pewdiepie
Her meatloaf broke cinnamontoastken
Kay brings us together with how she butchers every cultural food. Yet also unites people with her personality.
Her spaghetti bolognese and pizza broke me, and I'm not even part Italian 😂
I really like this channel because Mr. Yuya seems much more humble and less judgemental than Uncle Roger. I also like the way he speaks from his own Japanese experience rather than trying to speak on behalf of people from a whole continent which seems weird to me. Thank you Mr. Yuya for showing respect while adding your own experience/ideas/expertise to the mix:))))
When uncle yuya said :"The place she took video like shower room", i'm laughin out loud 😂😂
Yes, Yuya, she speaks with a very strong northern England accent. Even I have trouble understanding everything she is saying.
Not so strong (I grew up there) but yes an accent obv makes more difficult for non native English speakers!
@@helenswan705 Some English accents, e.g. scouser, are hard to understand even for native English born speakers.
@@aabidamn I know - I am English! Hardest for me to understand are strong Scots accents . and of course, that is not an english accent.
@@helenswan705 I find kays accent quite plain (as in clear) and easy to understand. I come unstuck with fast Irish accents especially southern Ireland (obviously that's not part of UK). We had drivers where I used to work in North Wales and at first it was OK but once they thought you had it, they spoke at normal speed. If you focus on one bit you've lost the rest and that's it - i was totally confused haha!
I found you through Uncle Roger and now I really look forward to your reactions everytime Uncle Roger puts out a new video! Subscribed! 😊
I found your channel while watching reactions to uncle roger and im so happy I did! You have awesome content!
Her egg fried rice is so bad Jamie Oliver would throw up!
“It’s time for thomas to leave. He had seen everything”
I'm here early, I couldn't wait for you to see this honestly. When I watched it for the first time it was on cinnamontoastkens channel, you should review them too! And yes I'm Indonesian and sasa is our best brand so good! Gordon Ramsay approved
Haiya sasa isnt good anymore, use TOTOLE.
@@lunascomments3024 I'll have to give it a try
@@domstout3460 also use 2 packs seasoning for 1 serving.
Same here lol!
@@lunascomments3024 Haiya.... Never heard of TOTOLE use Sajiku or Masako
I did not think i would say that but this is the day you want back Jamie Olivers wet fried rice :D
Food poisoning or death? (Oliver's food poisoning disasters or Kay and her creations of death) Hmm... I'll take food poisoning.
I think she must have been used to cooking Rice-a-Roni which is rice, vermicelli pasta, and seasonings that you prepare the way she is doing now where the rice and pasta are browned in butter, and then water is added. She must think all rice is cooked that way.
The way kay's cooking egg fried rice is more horror than any horror movie in the world
12:08 It definitely does look a bit like a bathroom! I can't unsee it now!😂
It's because of the frosted glass in her back door, I think.
Oh! I think you have a set of kokeshi dolls in the background that I have admired on your website! Muhitsu Miyajima "Sunbeams?" So lovely!
Everyone should go check out the website because you will absolutely fall in love, guys!
Also blue marbled tiles. It's just more common for a bathroom.
@@kadda1212 maybe so. 😊
I've seen a whole lot of blue tiles kitchens lol
Possibly a northern England trend at one point?
Nephew Yuya great reaction video🙏 Your English is great & you are a very nice nephew.
1:56 this made me shock about the meaning of "amateur"
I really like this channel. It's just a japanese man with genuine questions and reactions. I love it!!
Unfortunately, this woman believes, with all her heart, that she is a good cook.
I can't cook for shit, but even I'm not this bad!
You picked up Uncle Roger's latest fried rice video! 😆 Yuya, Malaysia also has fried rice powder flavouring. There are a few types. My favourite is the Maggi nasi goreng kampung powder. Yummy!
Raw rice..." Rice is bit cruncy" 😂
"tHe RiCe iS cRuNcHy"
Really enjoying your videos in all their formats down here in Sydney. Thanks for your great content.
Happy 100k Uncle Yuya-san!
this video is just a meme to be honest he didn't lie when he said the worst egg fried rice
Fun fact: laurel and bay is the same thing, laurel is the Latin derived term, so technically, you were right. Love the content, btw.
I've been tried for Sasa Javanese Fried Rice spice and it's really good tbh, not too salty, really savory,. It was good for beginner. My mom always use that if she wants to make fried rice
Howdy Chef Yuya! I am one of Uncle Roger’s fans & after watching 2 of your reaction videos, I am becoming a fan of your channel as well. ありがとう
Hi, I live in indonesia, just found your channel this night. If you still wondering javanese fried rice, its taste kinda spicy because in javanese fried rice it's contained 'sambal terasi' or 'sambal belacan' in malaysia, which is chilli sauce with shrimp paste and that what makes it unique.
Its nice to see chefs react to other chef's reaction.
8:42 its like oyster sauce in the Philippines but the brand was clara ole . the clara ole fried rice seasoning sauce mix in the Philippines discontinued last 2019
Hi Yuya, i'm from Indonesia
I've tasted Ajinomoto's msg and also have tried my own country msg, Sasa.
They both tasted identical for me, and both of them were delish, of course 🤣
While the Sasa's javanese fried rice seasoning, it also tastes good and i think most of indonesian will use those seasoning for fast cook. My mom used to cook fried rice using that seasoning for my box lunch when i was in hurry back when i was in highschool
She is genuine, because I have met that exact British mum several times over. The kind you have to try and politely eat their food.
Love your commentary! So nice and insightful
Hey Yuya, YEP you got your 'Amateur' reference correctly ;)
I think Kay is legitimately try to make a cooking channel. The funny thing is she is very positive on the whole thing (even though the cookings are disastrous and it is obvious that she is clueless). And how her kid just keep eating her food and keep saying it’s “alright,” made her channel hilarious and funny. She has stopped making videos though since two years ago.
It's so cute and adorable the way he says k, also is it just me or does he not have a nice smile?
i love these reaction videos, you deserve so much more subscribers. Love the videos, keep it up
