If you're wondering how does it taste, I currently live in Java, and yes Javanese Fried Rice is like my favorite kind of Fried Rice out there (We call it Nasi Goreng Jawa). It has the every aspect needed for a good nasgor (an abbreviation for Nasi goreng), from the 'umami' taste as how Uncle Roger likes to describe it, the sweetness, n the savory-ness of it is just a perfect balance.... Well, depends on who's cooking of course but I hope you get the idea.
