If you are going to do Wembley 2015 then may i suggest you do a bit of prep work beforehand, you're going to hear a song called "the Poet and the Pendulum" it's an incredibly dark and deep song which relates to the events at the "End of an era" concert in 2005, there's an open letter from the band to Tarja (the original lead singer and from Tarja to the band.

Floor just fits to these songs more then Tarja in my opinion. Her agility to sing almost everything, not just operatic, is amazing. One of the greatest female singer ever.

It's only when you see this concert in it's entirety that you can truly appreciate the performances you've already seen in isolation, I saw these guys live at wembley last year trust me nothing you react to will ever prepare you for experiencing Floor's vocals live in person

4:52 As with my comment on the other video, that is precisely why Wacken 2013 is a fixed moment in time. It was, in effect, the perfect concert, at the perfect venue, as the major headliners of the biggest metal festival in the world. This is when the world as a whole, not just metalheads, sat up and paid attention to this little Finnish phenomenon called Nightwish ;)

Watching tracks from this show was my introduction to Floor (love at first sight) and reintroduction to Nightwish - hadn't heard any of their new stuff since 2005.
Even though they're all on-line, I've bought a few of their concert disks to show my support for a great band.🇬🇧🤘🤘

The only thing i regret is that i wasn't at this concert, because i discovered them in 2015. Since then i'm hooked. Not only this concert is fire, also Wembley Arena 2015, Tampere 2015, Buenos Aires 2018 and Hellfest 2022 are fire. I saw them myself in the Decades Tour 2018 and it was a night i will never forget

Love Nightwish so much I'm glad I found them last year and got all the albums to date and dvds (watch Wacken the most) was in a dark place personally Nightwish saved me and went to see them for the first time in Birmingham in November last year with my dad for my birthday what a night :) 🤘🤘love your reactions keep it up

26:00 Emppu is, in my opinion, one of the top 5 metal guitarists currently out there. What sets him apart from most is that he is extremely subtle in how he plays as unlike in most metal bands, he ISN'T the most prominent lead instrument... the keyboards are. What that means is that the roles have been flipped, in that the keyboards are usually used to supplement a rocking riff or to bring in harmonies, but it's Emppu that is the one harmonizing and backing up the keyboards. But when he gets the chance to show just how technical and fast he is, it is nearly unbelievable. There have been some videos where he alternate picks so fast his hand becomes a blur, and he hits. every. single. note. with. the. frets. on the other hand.... while not even looking down at the guitar and with his trademark goofy grin on his face. Absolutely a class act, superb and subtle, but can also shred with the biggest names you can think of.

If you have not yet watched their tribute to Pink Floyd's " High Hopes" please do it. It is the last consert of the 2005 End "Of An Era" tour in Helsinki. David Gilmore praised that 'cover' saying it was the best he ever heard. Marco's vocal range is amazing.

For those who are just getting to know Nigthwish, I recommend watching or reacting to their first DVD (From Wishes to Eternity) recorded in 2000. Initially you will find it strange because there is still no presence of Floor and Marcus on vocals and the songs have a more PowerMetal rhythm. There you will see the roots of this great band that has become. Watching Jukka play is sensational.

26:49 you said earlier on in the video for people to point out their favorite part, and for me it's Marko right here. Not because he's singing, or playing anything particularly difficult, but look at his face, watch his body, and he is just absolutely one with the music at this moment. There are parts in other songs where they focus on him and his eyes are closed, head is back, and he's just in the pocket, jamming away and just living the music through his every movement. Marko is a one in a million combination of skill, pure passion, a great voice, and a true musician, as he shares a heap of composition credits with Tuomas on multiple albums, cowriting the music

It is not a surprise you saw many videos pointing to this concert. Floor is the third and current Nightwish signer and she join Nightwish on this tour. So, being the "new" signer, Nightwish had produced many "official live video" from this concert. Also, you may choose to react, or only watch it for yourself, to the video they produced about this tour they called "Please lean the setlist in 48 hours". And the setlist is the entire show you just reacted and of course it was Floor that had that learning task! She was not working for over a year due to a burnout, but was going better, when she received the call to join Nightwish on their tour. She already knew Nightwish and the importance for her to join them, so she jump on a flight to USA. You can see her with headphones beginning her learning journey on this plane. @@joelyjamz and yes - please do yourself a favor and check the story behind the song "The Poet..." and the lyrics BEFORE watching. This song is the holy grail of NW-songs and you will be completely blown away. Trust me - IT IS a whole different experience knowing the story.
Joely, hi, this is one of the best gigs i have ever seen. the sound mix is second to none, Floors first gig with the band & what a gig. she only had 48hrs to learn the set list which in my opinion is a feet in it's own right it certainly is one hell of a show.

It was HER introduction as a lead singer for Nightwish into the European Metal-World.
In north and south America had been some concerts before.
In one of HER vids SHE stated that Wacken 2013 was the biggest audience SHE ever had at that time and that SHE was a little bit nervous.....

@joelyjamz I too learnt about this band through a reaction video of Ghost Love Score. I'm a proper fan now and also struggling to find a favourite song.
Question: As a drummer, how fit do you need to be??!! Jukka just seems to bring so much energy and charisma to these performances. All of the band members are legendary though.
Depends on your style. If you play with intensity then yeah you would need to be fit.

My only disappointment ( and it is a small one) is that the only time Jukka plays that bar chime you can see close to him, they have his microphone level so low that you cannot hear it.
