Love this video as I have the Appartmento. The tour was very interesting and one that I wouldn’t normally get the opportunity to see or experience first hand. I really like the Appartmento, great machine, very happy with it.
Great video... And what a tour.wow. someday i will also visit Rocket factory. Appartamento TCA owner from India. .I admit Rocket produces most beautiful machines.
Again this is the closest I will every get to Rocket Factory, thank you Rocket and Artisti coffee I really enjoy these video's on the Factoies Just having a hard time in my area (city Olympia in Washington State) interested to talk about coffee except my local Roaster and he is a one man show so he is so busy all the time but he did show his roaster and did roast a few different coffee's for me to see, (he makes around 9 different blends) thanks again for the video :)
Interesting tour through the Rocket manufacturing facilities. My first 'real' espresso machine was a very early model of the Giotto (maybe the 2nd iteration). I always thought the shape of the side panels was evocative of a coffin for a fat, chunky person - in my mind, a bit humorous; said a prayer every time I turned that thing on: 'Please make us good espressos today!" I never guessed that if you took the side panels off and put them together, they would look like a Rocket. I can see that now - never would have thought to hold them together. Still would have said a prayer to it. Been in the dark all this time, although I am two machines past that one now. Has the owner changed hands? I recall he was from your general neck of the woods - way east -- a Kiwi bicycle racer living outside Milan, married to an Italian. He was responding to my questions regarding that early Giotto personally, and in detail. I was impressed by the personal touch and excellent customer service of the Rocket company - it was always first-rate.
@@ArtistiCoffeeRoasters The owner when I bought my Giotto in 2010 was Andrew (or Andro) Meo, the son of a NZ immigrant. The family also had a restaurant in Wellington, I believe. Suppose in the past 13 years the ownership may have changed.
Great to see the home of Rocket. I own a couple now. My understanding is that Andrew Meo is no longer part of Rocket. I have a chance to use the Rocket Epica. It is a beautiful looking machine but very pricey here in New Zealand. It is disappointing to hear about the apps as I have an R60V and think the app needs developing.
Great video as always Luke, if possible in 2025, could you possibly go to the La Pavoni factory, I know Artisti doesn't sell this brand but as a La Pavoni owner I'd love to see their factory
This is a one shoot video, without any pre planning. It’s a real as you can get of the experience you would have if you walked with us. We are all about the live moment not a high production film studio performance. Maybe one day we will get a full production team! 😂
Well done guys. Love the tour format of the video. Glad to see some more vids from Europe.
More to come! A huge one for La Marzocco to come 🤙🏻
Love the atmosphere of the rocket factory and office the people are very welcoming!
The Rocket Team and the Factory was so impressive. Well done!
Thank you. 🙏🏻
Great tour and solid team in the ROCKET company.
Can't wait to watch a dedicated episode for Gaggia/Rancilio/Lelit

We love our R58 and was stoked to see where it came from. Thanks team.
Our pleasure! The r58 is and will always be a cult classic! So far ahead of its time 🤙🏻 cheers luke

Haha, rocket is a simple name for a simple shape. Not sure if it’s the same owner, we would have to check some time lines for you. Cheers luke

Best regards, from a specialized technician in Morocco❤
Hello there! Keep up the great work supporting the world by keeping the machines running 🤙🏻
@@ArtistiCoffeeRoasters And you too, thank you very much
Hoping to see the Appartamento TCA with a Rotary pump option soon. Seems an obvious upgrade option. I would buy that! That would be the bomb 💣 💥 🚀
Any chance of a Rancilio tour??

Who knows what 2024 will bring. If they fly us out I’m game! 🤙🏻 #lapavoni @lapavoni 😂
@@ArtistiCoffeeRoasters well if you'd like to pop back to Perth Luke I'm happy to let you have a play on my La Pavoni, and it does have an E61
I would love to go from aerospace to rocket production 😊 and move to Italy.. can you get me a work visa?!
I can’t help with a visa, but it sounds like alike you have some skills, start emailing them now and learn 🇮🇹
Isn’t there any Rocket Biccoca yet in production? When is it expected to start massive production?
Already now started
That has to be the most ridiculous baseball cap in existence.
I wish i buy rocket espresso machine
Hny🎉
テーブルに沢山のタンクを置いて作業すれば必ず落下事故を起こし製品の不良に繋がる事になるでしょう。
Great content but can you hire a better videographer

Nice factory but customer service is shite!
