I hope to see Indy back for multiple years. Bummer NASCAR gave up on the mile (and Wisconsin after leaving Road America 2 years ago) after just 2 seasons. Hopefully Indy can give WI more love than NASCAR did.

Indy cars needs to replace NAStCAR as the US primary racing league
IMSA. IMSA needs to replace NASCAR. I do enjoy some Indy Car racing but (come on, really) nothing beats the ever-changing pace of an IMSA race! NASCAR has turned into a punting league, F1 is a wallet's endeavor and Indy Car is straddling the ground between "relevant" and "irrelevant". IMSA is the budding league, full of promise and Shane Van Gisbergen (SVG!!!) is ready to crack the whole thing wide open, with Jimmie Johnson as his anchor. 🤩

You may want to check which Series has the most Americans, by far, as a US Primary Racing League.
Ironically, that's already occurred. IRL was the primary and only motorsport referred to as a league. Indy racing league circa 90s ish.

I love how they allow the lapped cars to still race, unlike in F1 where they have to get out of the way. It adds such an interesting wrinkle to the strategy.
