Slaughter was capable of playing a wide range of songs. From hard rock to ballads. Theres nothing wrong with that . I think it shows how much talent these guys had. Their debut album, Stick It To Ya, was released in 1990. They are literally a 90s glam band. Just because you met them in 1989, does not make this an 80s song.

it does. I saw them last month and Mark and Dana did an acoustic version of this song and you could see the pain in Mark's face when he was singing as he was having a hard time getting the words out. You can tell that both of them still think about and miss him. I was front row 2 people left of dead center (I lost my hearing for a day because the venue was too small for the show).
We used to have a little assembly at the end of the year for high school seniors and they would put together a video annual. I got to help with choosing a little bit of the music for it. This was the song I sent. I was so happy they actually picked it😁
