I love this one. Started with One Minute of Movement and then moved to this one. It got me out of a bad mood and that is huge. I am 83 and love David Jack's encouraging workouts.
I like the way David set up this routine. It helps me work on my balance which I have been putting off. I like the short pauses in between and the help for the brain. LOL. I sure need the cardio too. I forgot I already sent a comment.
I do really love these workout videos. I've tried other fitness series with the non-stop burning and over-working sensitive tissues. My friends do them to impress the ladies, so I've gotten suckered in to other fitness approaches (and regretted it.) In the end, it's always a crash and burn and a binge and purge for them, as much as I love my crazy, always high-intensity beach buddies. There is nothing wrong with training hard, but it must be right for an individual and done in balance. Videos like this are fun and that makes me want to workout. When you want to workout and move your body consistently, then there are greater long-term gains, less tissue damage, fewer injuries, etc. There is also room to grow as an individual here (as David Jack pointed out, we can add in our own moves). I'm watching this from the tub right now, but it makes me want to get out and dance.
Balance-challenged so glad to have chair nearby for a couple of these. Not as difficult as feared. (DJ always very encouraging while making his workouts look easy.) Would've like cueing on which arm goes where on some moves, especially in skater's move. (Actually did some speed skating decades ago. Form long forgotten.) Trying to mirror got confusing first time through.
I was able to do my own revised version of all but the step back exercise in my bed. Got me moving and got my heart rate up. I cannot do weight bearing exercises on my ankle knees and hips. Just causes too much pain. Enjoyed this.
You are like most demonstrating cardio for seniors on RUclips who are not moving to the music. Many say who cares but the really popular motivating ones have movement in time to the music. Otherwise the music is just ambient and not part of the exercising.

That was good. Challenges my brain.
This looks like a good one. I do the 20 minutes one with your comparies.
could a person do these every day or better every other day or does it matter ?
Our workouts can vary per person. We recommend you check with your doctor before starting!
Can this be suitable to lower or control high blood pressure like nitric oxide release exercises. Manjunath h n
