Too bad Autotempest sucks, they don't have a single vehicle for sale under $3,500 within 300 miles of Detroit and only have 3 vehicles that are under $5,000. If you like paying dealer prices, just go to a dealer instead of adding Autotempest as an extra step. Or if you're looking for good deals on affordable cars, just use cargurus or fbmarketplace lol.

@@autotempest I'd rather just go straight to facebook marketplace or cargurus. Your search doesn't include them, only way to do so is to click the external link which just takes you to their sites. Also your site doesn't include craigslist like it says it does as a main source, or at least in Detroit. It could actually be a decent platform if it did the things it claims to do.

I’d love to see a battle of the Gallardo’s, could be different versions of the Gallardo but it’d be interesting to see you all pick the same car and see the different problems that come up on each one throughout the series.

Every car guy has a JB weld story that saved the day. They should sponsor a Car trek episode . Mine.. 800 miles from home with a cracked cylinder head , external , made it home and drove it for another year never leaked and sold the truck . Full disclosure to the new owner . He drove it for another 2 years or more then sold it . it might still be running that way today.

I found the low mileage F-450 that I've been looking for the last year on AutoTempest. You were right that it was the best place to compare all the F-450 trucks available, all over the country at the same time. I ended up with a 24k turbo diesel, dually for half of what the local dealers want for them. I'm a happy guy!

1: Do not play Stuntman in a Maserati in the middle of a wooded area

Once the entertainment is done, I'd hope she gets put back together right, to live out a good life of being better taken care of, sounds like she's earned it. Including the hood and roof from being stood on.

CarTrek has been amazing, and watching the ridiculous obstacles and challenges you do with these cars that obviously don’t have a happily ever after in their futures (except Mona the Maserati - she is a legend!) is one of the most enjoyable parts of this Christmas season.
Car trek is way more interesting than top gear it's the cast that makes it a good watch and these little back story behind the episode is awsome thanks for all the hard work and fun

One of the gold plated Delorean got by a oil company owner in my hometown. The car is on jack stands with 12000 miles on it. The owner is 94 and says he will be buried in it. Hopefully it doesn't meet that fate. I've tried to buy it several times.

Car Trek keeps getting better and better
We did this in Australia five years ago now, and all bought Ford Falcon sedans. $700 was the budget, and we drove them to remote NSW where we stayed in a little town for four days, doing day trips in these hooptie Falcons, with challenges along the way.
2020 sure has been a strange year. Also the year my daughter was born! Thanks for the entertainment! :-)
