Babel Event Mechanics/Enemies Guide (Arknights)

This is the first video in a series I will dub "Cyr Military College" based on the college of the same name Toddifons attended. This series aims to inform people about event mechanics and enemies. I will avoid event reruns and try to stop to new upcoming events/chapters. Since I didn't plan this out very well some of these early videos for the first year will use footage from other youtubers (I will try to gain permission of course!). By the time we reach Dungeon Meshi on EN I will be keeping up with events concurrently on CN to obtain footage.
Babel is quite a tough event, and it's also very long. Do your best, fellow Doctors!
