- The company Banggood sent me this, and I'm really honestly impressed with the quality. Time to retire the Anet A8 I think. This link takes you to the printer, give it a click: ban.ggood.vip/70s5

This should speed some things up. Seems like a lot more solid platform than the Anet A8, and I think its a way better value. Go check it out, this link lets them know I sent you: ban.ggood.vip/70s5
If anyone has any suggestions for mods for this printer. Let me know!
Yo Sean. my local school has a few printers. and I think its time for me to get one for home. we have 2 robo 3d r 1 plus and a 2 up and a hic tech. I was going back and forth on what to get. what do you think about the differences between the ender 3d and the pro?
some are saying make a cover for the fan exhaust so nothing can fall in. seems prudent.
grill cover for the fan in the control box on the left. a knob for the extruder is nice. strain relief/guides for the filament are really popular. Get a Microsd adapter, either to maintain microsd usage or to change form factor to full size, that lil slot is a pain to get to all the time, and I worry about mine wearing out.
I've clicked the URL , even i've already ordered one , because I like your videos
I’ve had mine for about a month now and I love it. My old prusa clone kit was such a headache. I would definitely suggest making sure the PTFE tube is butted up right against the nozzle. There’s a ton of RUclips videos showing how but it caused jams and poorly printed parts at the beginning. The first two prints came off perfectly but after that I was getting a lot of oozing out of the side of the nozzle. Once I got that figured out printing has been a treat.
Is it the latest version with the Silicone Sock on the hotend?
I'am waiting for your new project!
How much time you spend on your projects, like 5-6 in a day or more ?
what slicer are you using and which setting do it have?
Fiiiinally updating that old Anet A8, it's been a work horse for you though!
It did serve me well!
Nice !
Do a a8 raffel!! I'll buy one but til march.
I have a cune 3rd gen time to.upgrade
I'm thinking if I get another 3d printer it will likely be the Ender 3. I've had my Anet A8 since March of this year and it's working great, mind you I've had to do a lot of upgrades and mods to get it where it is. If I end up getting the Creality I'll come back and use your link.
Kortt Wulfe yeah the Anet was working well enough for me, but does need a lot of extra stuff to get it safe/consistent. It allowed me to do projects for over a year and I’m happy I started with it. The ender-3 just simplifies everything for the same price. I might actually get another ender3 if I start requiring faster print jobs.
Im getting mine today!
I hope you're as surprised as I am about the build quality!
I can tell from the threaded aluminum extrusion, proper v rollers, and 24v psu. Mainly the threaded aluminum extrusions is what I love about it the most, easy and accurate to build. I hate corner brackets
Wow that's actually a good price too, crazy how cheap 3D printers are getting. I kinda want to get into 3D printing but I really don't want to be stuck having to use Windows, are they generally Linux friendly without jumping through too many hoops?
The printer is independent from the slicing software. I use Cura and I’m fairly certain it has a Linux version. So any OS is going to be fine. They are a great value, just do a lot of reading up on 3D printing so you have a good understanding from the get go. Will make things easier when you will inevitably will have to fix something haha
Your 'ESD Safe Tweezers' link is broken.
th3d EZabl with firmware makes this printer really nice.
I think I may need to get one!
My antique Makerbot Replicator still works fine. It's made of wood.
Nice!
Clicked it!
