I truly think you ARE and HAVE BEEN doing AWESOME. 🙌 When it comes to coming up off the bike seat, I'd say take your time and don't even worry about that until you KNOW the time is right. I say this only because coming off the seat (especially for us heavier folks) REALLY puts a hurting on our knees and hips. With the extra weight comes extra risk of injury. One pop or twist of a knee can set anyone back for only God knows how long. As for the hips, once that sciatic nerve gets triggered, that's usually something you find yourself dealing with for the rest of your life and depending on how your body reacts, may keep you from ever getting back on a bike. I say all this, but I KNOW you are one smart cookie, I'm only saying it with the very friendliest intentions. You hit the nail on the head when you said "I'm doing it" and you are exactly right. You, getting on that bike and giving each ride what you are currently capable of is a winning recipe...no matter what the instructor (who are all in tip top shape) is doing - you are doing enough just by keeping those petals spinning. I love your progress updates and I know you've been a tremendous inspiration to many here on RUclips. Stop and think about this....think how heavy a 5 lb bag of sugar weighs, now think of how many of those 5 lb bags of weight YOU'VE removed from your body. What you've ALREADY done is absolutely incredible. 🏆🎉 Keep on rockin'! 😎👍

Denis morton has this phrase - I make suggestions, you make decisions -- and it fits. If you are doing 75 and they call for 80 dont knock yourself. Its challenging!
@@JustSheilz I love that quote. You’re right luv. I’m just going to do what I can without quitting. I know as the weight drop I will get better. I appreciate you and the tips that you’ve given me regarding Peloton. I think I’m going to do a low impact class this morning for the first time. I don’t want to injure myself with standing. I’ll get back to it once I lose more weight.

Sometimes I dont get out of the saddle during regular classes. I dont let it get me down because Im moving my body!!!
