It's been a little over a year since I graduated from medical school. Reflecting on the last 2 decades of my life, there are many things I wish I knew and would have done differently. From studying for exams, focusing on the right things, and understanding how to enjoy life, these are the 5 rules and lessons I wish I'd known long ago.

Hey ! A really good way to avoid Procrastination is to think what will be the consequences if you do not do this in the future and how your future will repent itself
It may work for u but me I don't think so I hv 0 self control
@@naomidesta8729just the thing that the negative motivation(what will be with me if I’ll not do this) works better than a positive, optimistic approach, if the goal is to get think done
I disagree.
I actually found myself thinking about the negative consequences while procrastinating, and it didn’t change much cuz I thought I could compensate later.
But as soon as I thought what if I get my work done instead of procrastination, everything turned around I just got up and went to work.

1. Education System will fail you, learn how to learn
2. Real learning happens at the job, not in the classroom
3. Play hard mode by default
4. Your projects define you, not your grades
5. Prioritize people, not prizes

Great video ! Figuring out how you should study is a real struggle and asking other people how they do it never really helps unless you find that it's compatible. (I'm scared to solve problems if i didn't ever solve something like it unlike some of my class's top students)

Being that I had just entered college recently, I feel like constant pressure to be focused on classes and that I shouldn’t maintain anything but just classes. After watching this, I truly appreciate this video’s advice bc I feel more delighted that it shouldn’t be just college grades (but I mean try to maintain a gpa of course). But rather what you make of your time that will defy whoever you want to do and be. Thx for the advice 🙏

I‘m totally agree with u, and I just have the problem that I realise all that, but in high school I’m just forced to attend all these lessons that are ineffective, too easy and thus boring.
I know what I can do and how can I self study well and how I used to do it during summer holidays, but now it’ll be pretty harder to keep my self-study at least on the same level regarding that I have to handle school and don’t burn out…
In university how have I seen u’re not forced to attend to lectures, the importance is that u know that information and pass an exam, which is also not the perfect creative situation, but at least it gives me an opportunity to learn how I want for myself, I get some minor liberty. Now I’m in high school and will be here 2 years, and I really wonder how school will fail me, and also dreaming for a skip of the last year, just to get to university just in order to do sth with a little bit of liberty(really little, I don’t make any illusions, but it’s nevertheless better than at high school)

I love what you said, I´m studying my 3rd year of carreer and I just realize that I wasn´t learning, I was just memorizing and reaching grades, so I´m changing how I study rn
Im in my 1st year of my senior high school, I will do every single thing in this video seriously, I watched too many studying videos and gets pretty much nothing, I realized that it's because I'm trying to get and apply every single information from those videos and no it doesn't really stick, I will focus on one thing seriously, let's see how much can I get to in this year, if you see this... months, a year, or years after I posted this comment remind me and i'll give update!

Right now I prepare for my english language exam and yesterday I wanted to give up because I felt(and still do) that I will fail but I didn't even take the exam yet so at the moment I focus on my study and see how i grow because I know I won't fail if I practice and study enough
This is humbling. Scary because of the hard work, overcoming fears, and loneliness in your decisions and future, but humbling in that I will feel this regardless, I just don’t want to take responsibility so death and video games seem much more pleasing.

You do with what you have so for now,do as much as you can with the resources that you have but try to build your skills so that you can one day become the person you want to be. There are plenty of free/cheaper resources available on the internet to help you build the skills you need to grow.
