With todays video, Ib helped out with filming because the work that went into getting the Carbon Fiber Subframe onto our Ducati Panigale V4 SP2 was huge.
About a total of 9 hours went into getting everything installed and fabricated. Why? To maintain our beautiful Akrapovic High Mount Racing Exhaust.
The issue we faced is that the carbon fiber subframe does not include the passenger footpeg mounts, which is where the Akrapovic Exhaust mounts to. So we had to fabricate custom brackets, and get measurements to have everything lined up perfectly
Also, we needed to create custom holes for the NRC Fender Eliminator Kit which the carbon fiber subframe doesn't include
Remember, this carbon subframe is a race part primarily!

9 hours to get the Akrapovic exhaust properly mounted with carbon fiber subframe! Was it worth it?
What do you think? Our answer is YES
I love the time and attention you put into these things! Awesome job!
Thank you! Cheers!
Top work Mani, you have always got to be prepared with carbon parts for a bit of fettling( re-working), and not be too frightened to have a go!, the end results are awesome, great job!.
Thank you! These carbon fiber parts sometimes require that special touch
650 Does a great Camera work... and great rider !
Wow! That looks so amazing! Great work and content as always. Michael “knight rider” did great work.🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Definitely! The Slovakian forger!
Damn that looks incredible Manny!!!
Thank you!
Absolutely love the SP2, Mannys might soon become the best looking one in the world.
I think so too! Thank you!
I like the way you show how you do the mods required to make some after market parts fit its very helpfull
Thank you!
Very Nice work Mani, I may need one of these for my Streetfighter.
Beautiful job Manny..

I couldn’t wait to see this subframe on this beautiful bike
Great job 😊
You and me both!

excellent work, cant wait to see the R1M again, we missed it so much Mani :(
We're working on some updates & news about the R1M!
I wish i can see this v4sp using silver oz racing for the wheels
That would be a beautiful sight!
Amazing my guy
Thanks!
😅 the front sprocket cover is indeed a very classy one, kudos 😅 . 👍 up !!
Thank you!
Great work.
I wish i was in the US, I would come and help out.
Thanks! Maybe one day!
Do you sell the Fullsix Leo lever guard? Can’t find it on your website. Thanks!
So, since this video was made a year ago, has a solution been made for the consumer so we don't run into the same issues? I'm looking to do the exact same mod to a 2025 V4S and I think it would be cool if the appropriate bracket were included (or offered). What say you, Manny?
2025 Subframe is different. Would be irrelevant.
@@Motomillion I kinda figured as much. But I'm certain the carbon subframe and gas tank will be an aftermarket item in no time. At least that's what I'm hoping for.
🙂👍
If I’m not mistaken mani is a ducati guy huh?
I like all bikes. Not stuck to one particular brand. But my favorite bike in that shop right now is the SP2
Am from India yo like India 😊
Make a video about maintainance in a bike
Send a suter clutch to jaret's v4s.
He needs a dry clutch on that thing!
@@Motomillion They voted on jaret's vlog and went to wet clutch instead. Suter clutch is a massive mod if not dry.
Hello sir how are you nice vlog sir 😊
If you'd like the exhaust brackets custom CNC machined out of billet aluminum, send me a drawing and I can make them for you. I own a CNC shop.
If I could draw it, already would have had our own cnc machine (:
Do you even still have the R1M 😡😡😡
Yes! It is here! We plan on filming a full walkaround on it very soon, and a ride video! Stay tuned
I know that’s not gonna work out long term. That’s gonna vibrate, loosen and possibly strip. I’d pass on the subframe.
These subframes have been around for a long time, none of those issues you mentioned has ever happened to a single one.
@@Motomillion That is true but I haven’t seen one of these exhausts mounted on a carbon subframe besides this one. Ducati didn’t put it on the Superlegg. I just don’t like jimmy rigging components on such a high dollar product. At these price points I would expect components to be made to fit. Just my preference.
