Yes, he speaks properly and is evidently well-educated, which makes a massive difference compared to the overly affected guys with resentful-based often unintelligible dialects. This guy's great at communicating.
Very helpful. My son started gymnastics and I was looking for something that will help him practice at home. There are so many options out there. Great video!
This video is so insanely thorough and wonderfully presented. Thank you so much, Jake! Appreciate you and subscribed. Looking forward to checking out the rest of your videos. 🙏
Fantastic Info. Thanks for laying it out so clearly. Tall dip bars for me as I don’t need portability and I want to use them for pulling training. Appreciate you!
I was happy with my low parallettes but man after watching this, imma also get the tall ones. Feels like having both the short and tall ones are perfect if you want all sorts of exercises based on the vid.
Great movie but I miss one thing. As I'm picking the lowest parallettes I don't know if parallettes should be longer than shorter? Imho longer (around 50cm) will only take more space than around 30 cm but maybe there is a reason for using longer ones? More stable or something else?
Thx for the great and informative video! Can you also do a video how to place hands on parallettes or right hand position on parallettes? (I did my first planche training on parallettes yesterday and now my thumb is a little bit in pain also got redness in the webbing between my thumb and pointer finger after the training)
I just ordered some low mini paralletes because I’m trying to learn the press handstand(along with other inversions) but when I get more adept with my handstands I’ll upgrade to mids.
Great review, have you tried the Baseblocks The Mini Bars, adjustable two height levels and a tilted level as well. I would like to hear your opinion on them.
Very great video and I definitely became a subscriber! 🔥🔥🔥💯😎.! What kind of tape would be good to put on parallette bar for better hand gripping to reduce slipping?
Basically im moving in a month, and can therefore no longer use my pull-up/dip bar since im moving in an apartment, so I've been thinking of getting some medium parallettes and gymnastic rings to use as my workout equipment. Is there anything i might be missing, when it comes to exercises i can or cannot do with this setup? Or is there other equipment you would recommend over this combination?
I’d say this combination of rings and medium high parallettes will work really well, you’ll be able to do the majority of exercises on them especially with the rings
I don’t do weight training anymore (only for legs), just calisthenics but I don’t only use parallettes because it’s hard to do pulling exercises using only parallettes
@@TheJackedVegan Yes, makes sense. Personally I am shifting away from weights more towards resistance bands and gonna try introducing kettle bell workouts. Any experience with those?
Those are really expensive and definitely only really worth it if you’re in a semi permanent place, but I think a door pull up bar and parallettes work the same !
Thanks! very clear I bought myself a pair you recommended cant wait to use em, nice to see more vegans doing great things too. Hilarious looks to the camera as well.
Uhm, weight increases friction, I don't think you should say floors are inconsistent, pressure increases friction, I'm looking into these for climbing, I don't think the floor or carpet would be difficult to grab, Also, if you are slipping, it increases intensity, This is why in gymnastics rings are so great, and difficult. I just wanted to say this, I think that one reason was loaded, the floor is too slippery, cmon man lol
As a non-native English speaker, I loved how clear you speak and the quality of informations you give in that video. Thanks for the good content !

Great advice. Got my first parallettes a few months ago. Love 'em. Gonna try them with handstands soon. 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
Thanks for watching 👊🏾 I love handstands on parallettes compared to the floor, it’ll feel great once you get them

I know a lot about fitness and calisthenics and still found this video extremely informative

this guy it’s amazing, I didn’t know all those things of the parallels, and maybe no one is going to explain me things like that jajaja 🤝🏻
Glad it helped!

Thanks glad you enjoyed and got value out of it 👊🏾

Gonna just weld some scrap metal together
Those plants in the background must feel super scared knowing that they live in a house with a vegan 😥
Great video
Most informatic dude. You upsold me
Haha don’t feel obligated to buy! You can make progress without expensive equipment also but these definitely help

Glad it was useful to you! I wish I knew these details when I was buying my first set

You're welcome!
Don't worry I will build one out of bamboo

Do you still get this issue?
@@TheJackedVegan I dont really use the bars that much anymore only using ground. For me being on parallettes is more weird than on grounds.

Hows it going bro
Ya bro did you do it ehh ehh??
It's the tall one for 99% of us, you knew that
I've never seen anyone carry parallettes anywhere i don't think they'd struggle to
One arm pullup tutorial plz bro . Your tutorials are best .❤️🙏
Soon bro soon! 🙌🏾 is the your number one skill you want to get?
Great review, have you tried the Baseblocks The Mini Bars, adjustable two height levels and a tilted level as well. I would like to hear your opinion on them.

Super bro
Good to see you in the comments again bro thanks!
Great vid , on question Where did you get the high dip bars ?
They’re from a company called DECATHLON. Not sure if they still sell this exact model, think they have a newer version now !
Thanks a lot🙏
You're welcome!
Where did you get the black grip tape from?
gonation website
What would be best for a complete beginner with no experience
medium paralletes
I'd say make diy with sch80 pvc and wrap with tape, boom.
Definitely an option! But I've tried one of those and it just wasn't very sturdy for me
Never thought of posting vegan recipes? Im looking for some that can sustain a fit guy.
greetings from Brazil desert.
I’ve made a few already! Check them out
Thank's
you're welcome!
Just got sone mids. No strap included though...
Can you recommend some medium height parallets to buy? Under a low budget.

Learning it as we speak!
Great advice man
Thanks 🙌🏾
What would the weight limit for those wooden ones be, please?
Are 25 cm length low parallettes long or short?
Hi, I have elastics and the big ball, do I need parallels or can I do everything with ball and elastics?

Hi, so low and medium paralletes both good for L-sit and planche? If i want to focus on these two movement, what do you recommend? Low or medium one?
Get both the small and medium sized ones
For L-sit, it does not really matter; but for planche I would recommend low parallettes
@@SuperboyRW Thank you
Hello for the mid paralettes can you take them apart completely ? Like transport them in a bag or a suitcase
All the parallettes as far as I know, you can take them apart completely but releasing all the screws
what brand is the high parallettes that your using
Hey great video. Do you weight train also or strictly parallettes? And can one gain mass and or definition with just parallet workouts? Thanks

Yes it should be
@@TheJackedVegan thank you for replying. Highly appreciate it

Pricey bars!... Appreciate the vid tho.
I don't Buy, I made 2 of them by my self
