    Interesting. My Pullup & Dip rings also came with a door anchor. I had no idea what I would ever use it for before this video, but I'll have to try this now.

    Hi, which colors would you recommend me to buy? Im a beginner and have just started to learn calisthenics moves, im a very experienced sportsman but not in calisthenics yet.

      Hey I’d recommend getting the bundles with red yellow and green. You don’t want too much assistance which is why yellow is great and then red for transitioning between progressions. Green will be good for much harder movements and in certain situations but if you can get all bands especially when you just start you will get full use

    I kinda dont like it when the band is on my feet cuz it doesn't help much like on stomach

      I also prefer around the waist, but it's great when I'm already tired because its quick to set up and for anyone without a pullup bar but if I did have to choose i'd pick band on waist every time

    Try a yoga Matt under the parallets so they don’t slide
