  • How do you work your core with bodyweight exercises? It’s simple - and there are exercises for all levels. Bring out that six pack even if you’re a beginner. Remember that you also need to lose bodyfat if you are overweight if you want to SEE those abs.
    Remember to focus on these key points:
    ✅Stretch of the Core
    ✅Contraction of the Core
    And the core is more than your abs, you can build a strong lower back with a lot of these too!

    after watching this video I am (for apparently NO REASON WHATSOEVER) suddenly able to hold an L-sit. Out of the blue. For like GOOD 10 SECONDS. What happened????

    I have a minor umbilical hernia but I'm definitely going to try the low end exercises

      I have it to i would advised that you ate wearing a sport or supportive waist training support before doing any of this.
      I 2 have a umbilical hernia also

      @@expecto_petroleum i've been hearing the opposite. i've been hearing that static isn't that effective, and the 'motion' ones are more engaging and give a better workout.

      Caloric defeat will make U loose belly fat. Core excercise makes yours core stronger. If you aren't in a caloric deficit. You won't loose bodyfat.

      Might be gynecomastia either you should change your diet or start doing chest exercises it should go away after puberty
