@@expecto_petroleum i've been hearing the opposite. i've been hearing that static isn't that effective, and the 'motion' ones are more engaging and give a better workout.

Caloric defeat will make U loose belly fat. Core excercise makes yours core stronger. If you aren't in a caloric deficit. You won't loose bodyfat.
