    I have found that I am spending less at the grocery store each month. No chips, no soda, no cookies, no ice cream, no etc. All of these foods cost more than the extra meat I am now buying. The added bonus is I am losing weight and feeling better than I have in years which is priceless!!!

    The evidence is how well i feel after 2 years of carnivore if i die of a heart attack i will blame the 58 years of crap diet from before.

    In fairness to Dr. Berry, he changed from eating the Standard American Diet to eating low-carb Paleo and then went onto the keto diet. Dr. Barry found that he still had a number of medical problems that were reduced but not eliminated on the keto diet. He found by eating carnivore almost 100% of the time, his health problems were almost eliminated.

    Also sometimes I share this, the Bible says that GOD loves us so much that he sent his son JESUS CHRIST to this earth and HE lived a perfect sinless life.And JESUS went to a cross and gave HIS life for us.And rose again in 3 days and who ever will receive JESUS AS THEIR SAVIOR AND ASK HIM TO COME INTO THEIR HEART AND FORGIVE THEIR SINS,HE WILL TAKE YOU TO HEAVEN.

    I used to experience constipation on a diet that was mostly meat. Eating more fat (in my case butter) fixed that.

    Knowing about keto and carnivore way of eating was the best thing to ever happen to my family. The only thing I regret is not knowing about this way sooner.

    Yes, they are right saying the carnivore diet is too restrictive. But ONLY for those who are not fat adapted yet, those who are insulin resistant, those from before starting carnivore. Once you become carnivore, you will be grateful for being restricted from diabetes, glaucoma, arthritis, even bad breath and the whole slew of chronic diseases.

    It has been five years this month since I started eating the carnivore diet, I never would have imagined feeling this good just by changing what I eat. Many thanks to Kelly Hogan, Dr. Baker, and Dr Berry for being ongoing role models for this way of eating. Great Video.

    Today is my 128th day on carnivore. My life has dramatically changed for the better, and I came from being on Keto. Lost 26lbs and don't need to lose a pound more. Got my 4 pack abs back and hunting for the last 2. More energy, better sleep, better skin, no more gas - like fckin NONE, no more sudden urges to go, no more large smelly dumps, its not a lie. I have no more joint pain!! Any idea what thats like after suffering for the last 20 years?? I don't GAF what the haters say or what their studies say, I actually enjoy how triggered they get.

    One of the benefits of carnivore is that I only eat for sustenance. It is no big deal at all to delay or skip a meal.

    The problem with the "science" and the "research" is sometimes the researchers are biased, sometimes the studies are poorly designed (retroactive food questionnaires comes to mind), sometimes the definition of red meat includes processed meat, or red meat eaten in buns with ketchup, served with fries and sodas.

    I can only go by how my body feels now vs how I felt like before carnivore. Before carnivore I felt my age (70's). Now I feel like I did when I was in my 30's. I have energy, mental clarity, and my weight is 165, the same as it was when was 24. The only animal based food I have to avoid is dairy, it causes inflammation in my joints.

    This have shocked me when a yt video mentioned that a high rank W E F member at a restaurant was removing bread and stuff of his meat sandwich to just eat the meat alone. I believe this was one year ago during the yearly meeting.... and they are the ones that says that livestocks are dangerous for the planet and must be removed from farm fields. Go figure why.
