Back in Polish Primary School in early 80's that's what all Polish kids were doing before even started any letters. Notebooks and notebooks of patterns. My generation still learnt calligraphy as a normal part of handwriting.
So relaxing to watch you ride. I hate to write for long time, it makes me nervous and stressful because I don't like my writing. I'm lefty and I think I never learned how to properly handle my pen and write comfortably.
For me personally, I only use this to practice writing kanji. Sarasa is known for it's fast drying ink (but for 1.0 not so much coz it's thicc), so i would recommend for left handers to use this :)

here's a tip: this is kinda cheating but you can skip the first stroke in あ and put it in the end to make it easier and better looking

@@jodolphinlover2282 the first stroke is just the horizontal line. Don't you mean the first 2 strokes? And yeah I can see why doing that helps.

Generally when you write the kanji, do you always draw them taking into account the order of the strokes or do you write them more quickly? Curiosity.
