    I had it about a week ago, stretching my calf muscle for 2 mins a few times a day cured it

    this is very helpful. potentially a grade 1 but only able to move my toes after day 4. working towards range of motion really helps!

      How is it doing now
      My toe felt fine at day 9 and then I accidentally jammed it into the ground and now it's getting sore again

      @@robertlangdon494 working fine but time to time I do need some more time to warm it up. otherwise the soreness can get a bit distracting even after few months now.
      what worked for me was not to think so much about it and carry on with regular movements. took me more than 2 months

    I have an injury where my big toe on my left is pointing upwards and a little to the left. A wound has occurred on the ball of foot underneath the toe. I'm seeing a podiatrist who is treating the wound. Last month thought surgery he removed my sesamoid as it was apparently pressing against the bottom of the foot., However the toe still points upwards and the wound has opened again. Am I being getting the correct treatment? Thanks.

    I had a turf toe injure in both toe ....in side it's little bit swellon ans get red colour

    Hey bro. I’m a soccer player who overplayed. I got an MTP around 1 1/2 years ago. I kept playing with it, the big toe knuckle swollen all the time. Then the pain got so bad I could barely walk so I had to stop playing. I never did anything to help it except stop playing soccer. Since then I’ve ran on it occasionally and it hurts like hell. Or take a long hike and same result.
    Ive starting doing all these exercises finally and bought hoka shoes. Have I gone too long without taking care of it? The pain is in the middle of the joint and slightly on the outside.

    Doctor may i ask what kind of insert or othodotic do you recommend for this condition..hard insert or soft one

    In soccer got kicked hard straight into my 2 toes and 3 weeks later still have pain in my got an x ray which showed not broken so I’m guessing it’s a grade 2 or 3 sprain as I am still swollen 3 weeks later but not as bad as the first 3 days. Was starting to feel better after a full weeks rest doing little to nothing then decided to go and play footy today and now I’m in so much pain
