They would both drop 30 pounds in about 8 weeks if they dropped soda (regular or diet). Ditto for CB. It worked for me plus they'll feel better.
I dropped soda (pop) about 13 yrs ago. Did not lose but gained 75 lbs.Soda put sugar into me which kept me active. Take it awake and I became sluggish

@@Mustang5458 I was being cheeky. However, there are quite a few of "Carb Only" diets, (not just sodium restrictive "High Carb Diets," some "Carb only Diets".) That allow higher amounts of sodium according to the Common Wealth daily dose recommended sodium. Also, allow higher amounts of daily doses of USA recommended daily doses of sodium.

Someone please tell me if they know of anyone else’s wife who has to ask if it is ok to buy themself something to drink. To the few of you who come in here to defend this guy; why?? And those defenders who are women please understand, she doesn’t have a purse or pocketbook because she has nothing to put in it!! Ask him if her name is even listed as part owner of the house they live in?? Any of you defenders have the guts to ask him?? That is called total control & extreme codependence!! I never have to ask for things at the grocery store since I'm the one paying. I eat a salad every day at work for lunch with tuna and egg. Drink about 300 ozs of water a day. I try not to eat too much red meat, just chicken and salmon. No bread, pop and only 1 cup of coffee a day. Never eat deserts when out dining. I carry my wallet or purse. Leave them locked in trunk of car while at work. I also pick & pay for where we go on vacations.
@@Mustang5458yes, of course; you demand respect for what you are & the dignity of what you deserve! Sounds like you have also acquired Wisdom along the way & no one will be able to exploit you because you would never settle for it; never allow it!! Some, especially some women, do not like that I soft pedal when it comes to Dawn. While she is certainly responsible, to some measure, I just cannot come down hard on her because I find her to be “limited” in capability & of broken self esteem😔. I do not feel sorry for her but I do pity her & that requires some compassion😕. 🫎

@@Moose-man Thank You. I earned that wisdom the hard way. I expect respect and dignity from everyone, even my children and husband. I had a drunken bum as a first hubby. Not that way when first married. We had 4 children, home cars ,truck, in ground pool and he went downhill when his father passed. Telling me what to wear, eat, work at, I was Julia Roberts in Sleeping with the Enemy. I had friends who helped, and I got out. He finally spent 3 yrs in a federal prison l for his actions. They do get worse. I expect that of Will also. She can get out but she has to want to..
