- On May 24th and 25th, 2024, I went to Indiana Beach in Monticello, IN for my first time! This lakeside park is home to rides such as Hoosier Hurricane, Cornball Express, and the recently-opened All American Triple Loop! The weather was not very good the first day, so I decided to upgrade my ticket so I could go a second day! Enjoy!

I lived in Monticello Indiana back in the 70s and Indiana Beach has changed a lot. I've been back a few times and noticed the changes.
This park is small and has charm. It's a great place to go if you have small children. Or on an evening date! Plenty of time to reride the rides and enjoy the lake, lights, and music
If you haven't been here, I HIGHLY recommend it!
Have been to almost all parks in the US and have been hitting the smaller parks over the last few years and this park was a big surprise. It is WAY bigger than I thought it was. There are seven coasters at this park now and quite a few other rides. The coasters are mostly unique and very good too. Lost Coaster was my favorite. So unique and quirky. Second was Hurricane or Cornball Express. Cornball Express had much better standing airtime but Hurrcane had a beautiful run out and back over the water. Tig'rr and Wild Hogg were both really fun as well. The Pinfari Wild Mouse was smooth and pretty fun. The only coaster that was bad IMO was the Triple Loop Coaster. It has the dreaded neck restraints similar to the Big Apple Coaster used to have and they are not good. The chair swing was unexpectedly good. I was literally banging into the chair in front and behind me lol.
Nice, I saw you there at the park on the 25th
This place looks so cool
Awesome vlog bro! The Taco spot looks straight out of Knoebels 😂 especially from the way the menu is laid out too
A lot of this park reminded me of Knoebels 😂 the parts that didn’t remind me of a boardwalk park reminded me of Knoebels
There tacos are great
Lost coaster rocks !!!!
Yeah, that one was so unique and awesome.
Was fallen star open? The magic carpet ride next to the Bob sleds?
Yes it was
I work as a ride operator at the park, sometimes for Tigrr, and you can ride it alone.
The ride op the day I was there told me I couldn't ride alone, so someone else had to get in the car with me.
@@coastersnthingswhy you have to ride with someone? Can you explain to us please. Thank you 😊
Why don’t you video while you were on the ride? Like the other did.
@@tiggerlady2352 Because the coaster car has bobsled-style seating, where there has to be weight in the front and the back I assume
@@tiggerlady2352 I don't ever wanna risk potentially losing my phone. I do have a GoPro, but not all parks allow on-ride filming even with a GoPro
Is triple loop worth a ride or will it ruin the rest of my day
It's worth it if its a walk-on. Not if it's more than a 10 minute wait
Triple Loop would be a fun ride if they didn't have those neck restraints. The coaster has a side to side shimmy which may cause you discomfort with those neck bars on both sides.
@@gametime2473 Yeah, that's why I say ride it if it's a walk-on, if it has a wait don't bother
This park isn’t what it was in the 80’s
