Craig was the perfect Bond in my opinion. He brought something very grounded and real to the role, with an edge missing in the others. He will be missed as 007, you won't see the likes of him again, but sans the injuries; of which he and his family are probably grateful for. Would love to see remainder of the Knives Out series. First one was a hoot. Loved that character, and the T. Williams accent. Cheers.

Liked the video, however there are a couple of actual errors in there: the 'Do I look like I give a damn?' line was not improvised. It was in the script. However it was originally 'Do I look like I give a fuck?'. Craig has stated that this exact line made him realize he wanted to play the part, as it demonstrated how much of a different Bond this would be in comparison with his predecesors. Also 'Quantum of Solace' is not the first movie where the 'Bond, James Bond' line is uttered. As a matter of fact the second movie in the franchise 'From Russia With Love' doesn't feature this line at all. While the line is featured in 'Thunderball', it is not uttered by Bond. And then again in 'You Only Live Twice' it isn't uttered at all.
I think Taron Egerton could be the next bond. Considering that he already did 2 British spy movies The Kingsman played awesome role, hes 33 so I think it's a decent age for him to start
Strange quote seeing as all the other Bonds left with Bond still living, surely being alive is better than being killed at the end of the movie. I think Daniel Craig got more from the Bond franchise than he put in.

I’d love Tom Hardy to get the role but not sure he’s interested. But I’d be fascinated to see his take on the role. So perhaps someone like Dan Stevens might be the right look and age at 40 for the role and Hoult after that in a few years. There’s no lack of options. Heard Aaron Taylor Johnson has already screen tested and it was positive but that may be just speculation.

Personally I think Aaron Taylor Johnson comes across as too 'soft'. Even if he bulks up, I don't think he has the character's hardness for what is - essentially- a hired killer. When he does play a hard man - as in Bullet Train- it comes across as comic. Tom Hardy certainly has the 'hardness' for the role, but he is already mid 40s and would be unlikely to commit to one role for the next decade and a half, I'd guess. Dan Stevens is 40 but looks younger and is likely a good bet.
