I knew when I first saw her, she was a very lovely woman! As a woman who has spent several years homeless , living in my old car, due to a new onset genetic nerve disease, I relate to her emotions and tears. You SAW her! You didn't look away with disgust. She is a real human person, and her puppy dog provides so much to her mental and emotional needs. She is gorgeous, and I am so grateful to you and your staff for treating her like Sophia Loren! I cried watching this! You can see the emotional pain this lady is in, this is probably the first time she has had the comfort of another person's physical touch in a long time! This is so much More than the haircut . This is a person being cared for with respect, dignity and compassion that she probably hasn't felt in a very long time! That is a fantastic and thoughtful suggestion. However thunk about it. A woman over 50 will need a stable housing to maintain a job. And the job has to give her enough money for 1st last and security which in Massachusetts where I am from would be about 5,000. At Minimim wage of $13.50 an hour, thus woman would have to work over 6 mo ths still living in the streets before she could even consider a place to live.... I am a single woman, going thru a divorce from someone who gave me NOTHING to stand on while they had their own life comfortable. I slept on couches and in tents for 3 years and now rent a room for 800 a month... a ROOM.... What is this world coming to? This woman deserves good Prayer and financial support to get her on her feet again. Poor Mama

He could track her down and give her half that money and still have made a huge payday. She could get a very modest cottage in a town, white goods and a safe permanent home for her and dog.

He could do that and easily STILL have half, and if he filmed that handover, he could probably earn half, to AS much again. Set her up with years of rates, food allowance, electricity costs. OMG. I sure hope this man knows what a beautiful thing he has done. "What you do to the least of My children, you do it, to Me". He's got to know, because he has that heart, to reach out to the hurt, and helpless. This poor woman looked at the point where she had no family, or friend, just her loyal friend the dog. Just to have someone work on your hair, is the most comforting, and soothing feeling, to have. Many times I have fell asleep, in the beauticians chair, with them doing my hair, and they have to nudge me awoke. Lord, help me to get a heart like this, to not just watch the helpless, but to reach out, to help, in some way, and let them feel love and care, from me. This is just how God want us to be, to help others, and not just us, and our family. If the whole world could be just a little like this, there would be a whole lot more unity, in the world, from what it has been.

It must feel like a miracle to this lady. To have a stranger care about her and express it in such a personal way is magic and it clearly touched her heart deeply. Women seem to be more emotional about their appearance, especially when they aren’t able to do anything about it because they are destitute and living on the street. The first thing you notice about a homeless person is how filthy their hands are.... too bad this wasn’t a real story.. it would’ve really made a difference.
I cried my eyes out for this lady. You took her into your arms and loving care. The look in her eyes said a thousand words for how broken she had become. The kindness and generosity of yourself and your team revealed the true beauty of the person underneath. Her amazing beautiful smile and the light that shone from her eyes after you had finished just made me cry with sadness for how she was and in joy for the beauty you had released. When the whole world is turning against itself it is small acts of kindness, like this, that helps restore our faith in our fellow man.

I was very impressed with this video from start to finish. One thing that stood out beyond the good deeds done for this woman is that despite her homelessness despair, she displayed being appreciative of her makeover, which you don't see with many homeless people who just don't care anymore. What was interesting is that it appears she's taken better care of her dog than herself. Kudos to everyone involved in this makeover and caring for her dog during this long process.

@Z I am sorry but I disagree, no one chooses to be homeless, they may make some seriously bad choices in life that put them out on the street but I don't think anyone wants to be sleeping out on the streets.

There's also nothing like giving pride back to someone which gives a reason to go on and have purpose to not want to give up on life and survive. What he did was a godsend for her. To see the hopelessness from before to the pride that shows in her face now is beautiful and so is she.💞💞💞
Bless you and your staff for doing that for her and doing it with respect. I am a nurse and have had to give bed baths to multiple homeless patients as other nurses would refuse. To both do it and to also be professional and friendly and not gasp, etc is SOOO important. You and your staff got it!!!

This woman is someone’s mother, sister, daughter, aunt or niece . Whatever circumstances led her to become homeless , could happen to anyone at any giving time or moment. We need more compassionate and caring individuals who are willing to help without judgement .I applaud this gentleman for giving her back the joy and beauty she once lost . I couldn’t help but cry. I knew when I first saw her, she was a very lovely woman! As a woman who has spent several years homeless , living in my old car, due to a new onset genetic nerve disease, I relate to her emotions and tears. You SAW her! You didn't look away with disgust. She is a real human person, and her puppy dog provides so much to her mental and emotional needs. She is gorgeous, and I am so grateful to you and your staff for treating her like Sophia Loren! No, he didn't. He gave her a haircut, a pair of pants and a shirt. He taped the "transformation" so people could see how amazing he is and he made sure to show the outside of his shop so people could know where he is. Then he sent her on her way. What did she have to eat for her next meal? Where did she sleep that night?

I cried watching this! You can see the emotional pain this lady is in, this is probably the first time she has had the comfort of another person's physical touch in a long time! This is so much More than the haircut . This is a person being cared for with respect, dignity and compassion that she probably hasn't felt in a very long time! That is a fantastic and thoughtful suggestion. However thunk about it. A woman over 50 will need a stable housing to maintain a job. And the job has to give her enough money for 1st last and security which in Massachusetts where I am from would be about 5,000. At Minimim wage of $13.50 an hour, thus woman would have to work over 6 mo ths still living in the streets before she could even consider a place to live....
I am a single woman, going thru a divorce from someone who gave me NOTHING to stand on while they had their own life comfortable. I slept on couches and in tents for 3 years and now rent a room for 800 a month... a ROOM....

He could do that and easily STILL have half, and if he filmed that handover, he could probably earn half, to AS much again. Set her up with years of rates, food allowance, electricity costs. Even an emergency vet fund for the dog. Now THAT would be accomplishing amazing stuff, using yt. Tho' they are far from generous. All these viewings do a lot more for them.

OMG. I sure hope this man knows what a beautiful thing he has done. "What you do to the least of My children, you do it, to Me". He's got to know, because he has that heart, to reach out to the hurt, and helpless. This poor woman looked at the point where she had no family, or friend, just her loyal friend the dog. Just to have someone work on your hair, is the most comforting, and soothing feeling, to have. Many times I have fell asleep, in the beauticians chair, with them doing my hair, and they have to nudge me awoke.
Lord, help me to get a heart like this, to not just watch the helpless, but to reach out, to help, in some way, and let them feel love and care, from me.
This is just how God want us to be, to help others, and not just us, and our family. If the whole world could be just a little like this, there would be a whole lot more unity, in the world, from what it has been.

It must feel like a miracle to this lady. To have a stranger care about her and express it in such a personal way is magic and it clearly touched her heart deeply. Women seem to be more emotional about their appearance, especially when they aren’t able to do anything about it because they are destitute and living on the street. You gave her a gift that no one and nothing can take away from her.

The care given to her dog also says a lot about them. A good, kind and generous man and colleagues. Wonderful to watch.
But why didn’t anyone notice from the moment he walked over to her and she was moving her hands, her nails were perfectly manicured and painted a light pink!? This stuff is very misleading and not nice to pull on everyone’s heart strings!!! The first thing you notice about a homeless person is how filthy their hands are.... too bad this wasn’t a real story.. it would’ve really made a difference.

I was very impressed with this video from start to finish. One thing that stood out beyond the good deeds done for this woman is that despite her homelessness despair, she displayed being appreciative of her makeover, which you don't see with many homeless people who just don't care anymore. What was interesting is that it appears she's taken better care of her dog than herself. Kudos to everyone involved in this makeover and caring for her dog during this long process.

@Z I am sorry but I disagree, no one chooses to be homeless, they may make some seriously bad choices in life that put them out on the street but I don't think anyone wants to be sleeping out on the streets.
Sometimes we all need a little TLC from a good samaritain and it could be a smile,a simple greeting and anything to make someone day; and keep spreading the love 💗 🥰🙏🤲
There's also nothing like giving pride back to someone which gives a reason to go on and have purpose to not want to give up on life and survive. What he did was a godsend for her. To see the hopelessness from before to the pride that shows in her face now is beautiful and so is she.💞💞💞

Bless you and your staff for doing that for her and doing it with respect. I am a nurse and have had to give bed baths to multiple homeless patients as other nurses would refuse. To both do it and to also be professional and friendly and not gasp, etc is SOOO important. You and your staff got it!!!
