This is the most valuable video series this year. Thanks sonny for doing this. Innovation, risk management, identify new opportunities. Great. Keep doing this ❤🇱🇰
I’ve watched shows about how food is made and they are usually boring and dull. This is a fantastic episode!!! I love watching Sonny! So passionate about food, culture and having fun ❤️
Whoever does the spins engineering, you’re brilliant. When you showed the manufacturing process you actually used the original music from 80s and 90s television specials (or something similar). I loved it. Thank you. 😍❤️
Ah, seeing footage from the Cuba series in the intro warmed my heart. That Cuba series is still my favorite series on this channel. But I learned so much about the processes of how food is made and packaged from this series. Thank you Sonny, this was a brilliant idea
Very educational and very interesting! I am so amazed, with the advanced technology, how foods are manufactured and packaged. Thanks Sonny and the team for including so much in this two hour series!
Sonny. It's really good and refreshing how he talks about his past disordered eating in a humours but honest way. Too many people go the other way and get clean eating obsessed. I love how he transformed it!
And let me tell you, it is also appreciated by a lot of us that have also walked that path. I realized that I have binge eating disorder a few years ago. I brought the subject up to my doctor and she was extremely proud of me for noticing the signs and symptoms. (It only took me until I was 45 years old to see the patterns!) The doctor hooked me up with a nutritionist and dietician..she answered all the questions she could and she helped me through every step of the process. I’ve gone from 289lbs to 170lbs just through recognizing the ED and changing the way I think and react to life. I didn’t have to “diet” or even add any extra exercise routines to my life...I just had to change my way of thinking and my reaction to everyday stressors. Sonny makes me feel like I’m not alone and that I don’t have to preach about it or force my issues and findings on other ppl. So many ppl who get through an ED feel the need to be a “victim” or push the narrative that they are a survivor and they forget not everyone needs or wants that type of “encouragement”. We all react differently to different types of therapeutic measures or encouragement...and we all have things that drive us either toward good decisions or bad ones. So, thanks for your comment....it’s nice to know I’m not the only one that appreciates Sonny’s approach to his lifestyle changes and healthier way of thinking. ✌🏻💕😊
