how does a stock PD115 hold up to 200hp? How about the clutch and gearbox? i have a pd115 1.9tdi bora and would like to do some upgrades.. i have a turbo from a volvo D5 diesel which is significantly bigger than the current stock turbo, i would like to swap them out and install bigger injectors to get more HP but i'm told the PD115 can only reliable hold about 150hp stock.

Did you modify the exhaust manifold to accept the turbo?2.7 is a v6 right?Bora is a 4pot..

Race 520 injectors, Turbo 2.7tdi ( gtb1756vk), intelcooler 2.5 TDI V6, EGR off, straightpipe 63mm, firad 80%, bar map - 1.7bar ( 200hp cca +/-) clutch - sachs , gearbox Stock 6q 😁
