The 75th Anniversary Limited with 6024 King Edward I - 2nd July 2005

This railtour started in London and ran to Kingswear and return. 6024 King Edward I hauled the train between London and Plymouth and the return as far as Taunton. This tour was celebrating the engine’s 75th birthday.

This was a really cracking day out with 6024. One of my favourite Rail tours ever. A real shame that 6024 is now sitting out of use at Crewe.
