How can remove or fix paper jam error in Hp padgeWide pro 577dw/576 MFP printer

HP PageWide Pro 577dw and hp page wide 576 MFP printers and also 750, MFP 772, 777 - Clear jams in Tray 2 or Tray 1 (tandem) Open the tray. Gently remove any jammed paper from the tray. Open the right door, by pulling up on the right latch. Grasp the handle of the duplexer, and pull the duplexer out as far as possible. Gently remove any visible paper above the duplexer.
