Wow, I can't believe the MAF sensor is down, under the battery on whatever model this is. On my Alfa Romeo 159 2.0 JTDM, it's right up the top on the left and takes around 5 mins to change/remove; unplug the connector, unfasten 2x jubilee clips and pull it out!
Lost me even at .25 speed. Needs a commentary not music. After the first few steps it's just looks like delving into parts of the engine you can't see.
Derek. The mecanic of Alfa cars is very complex and same time a big challenge. In my Saab I did a lot of things by myself because it's a simple mecanic but even today I don't understand why Italians continue whit the same style.
@@iancroasdell No such thing as an 159 GT. The 159 and the GT are two different Alfa Romeo models. It’s definitely not a 159 either as the MAF sensor is on the air intake pipe on the upper driver’s side (UK) of the engine bay On your left between the engine and inner wing when facing the front of the car as the 159’s air filter lives inside the lower offside wing.

Well. That looks simple enough, then.
Wtf is going on here? The MAF is down the back of the gearbox?
