I’m a tradesman myself (carpenter), and following a load of tools stolen from site, I brought this drill as a temporary measure while waiting for insurance to pay out…….its bloody fantastic. I’ve put it through the wars drilling into concrete, masonry and wood is possible. I think I paid £159 for the drill, charger and 2AH batteries, cannot argue with the value for money. Even though I’ve got a bunch more Bosch Professional replacements now, I’ve kept this as a back up tool and for use at home. I have no complaints!

That's a Ryobi brushless hammer drill. I found one at a local pawnshop with a 2 hour battery and fast charger for 70 dollars USD. Worth every penny and more.

Doing well on your own mate,I worked for local council used to rip out kitchen and bathroom 1st day,then fit new to both, kitchen units work tops,floor + wall tiles, straight swap bath,basin WC done by 1pm on 2nd day, finished job by wednesday 4pm in void properties.

Interesting to see how a handyman goes about this when compared to a of team of tradesmen on full Council house/flat referbs in a 1 a day Kitchens and Bathroom's team , we had 1 supervisor, 2 Plasterers 2 Sparks, 2 Joiners, 2/3 plumbers, 2 tilers, 1 floorlayer/floor protector, and 1 van driver come/labourer/patch bricklayer, our job was to complete a full Kitchen/Bathroom rewire/ walls mostly fully plastered , 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom per day , so over 50 working days we would complete 50 kitchens and 50 bathrooms to hand over., it was an enjoyable job with a good team, obviously repetitive work is completly differnet to private work, but I would imagine still enjoyable.

Can't you just break the nuts before using the center stand and not have to touch the brake?

That drill was never designed to cut holes that size if you need to do holes that size regularly i would get yourself a DeWalt or Makita or something with a lot more power 😄

Wow, I can't believe the MAF sensor is down, under the battery on whatever model this is. On my Alfa Romeo 159 2.0 JTDM, it's right up the top on the left and takes around 5 mins to change/remove; unplug the connector, unfasten 2x jubilee clips and pull it out!
