What a pleasure to see two people at the top of their game -- Oprah as an interviewer and Tom as an athlete. One of the best interviews conducted by any interviewer with any interviewee, and particularly, Tom Brady. No posturing or aiming for "gotchas" or one-upmanship to try to embarrass him from Oprah -- just well thought-out, respectful questions that allowed him to open-up without a sense of being on guard, because the "gotcha" was going to be in there somewhere.

He always gives full credit to his players for every win. And he doesn’t get too close to them because he knows it’s a business and he will cut them one day. I think it’s a tough task and I don’t think it makes him toxic or narcissistic. He helped mold Brady into Brady, can’t have the current Tom without those early years. It affected the Raiders on all levels for the years after 2001. However, I always remind people that Brady was a 199th pick in the final round of the draft. What he has accomplished is phenomenal, despite deflategate or whatever. (Rodgers overinflates his balls and NOBODY talks about that!!) Now that he’s a Buccaneer everyone loves him! Well I’m a Pats fan and he’s always been the GOAT nothing has changed! Belichick is a great coach who chose Brady and believed in him. Stop hating on greatness. I think both of them wanted to prove themselves without the other. I also think Tom Brady wanted a longer contact and wasn’t able to win with the team we had. I have a feeling just maybe next year the Buccaneers situation will go sour and he will come back the next to retire with the Pats.

    • @acutiepieb2011

He will 100% retire a Patriot. Someone doesn't spend 2 decades on a team, win 6 championships with them only to NOT retire with them.

We are energy! At the end of this video the words about energy are very true... And a quick thought 💭... Every cell in our body has an organelle called the Mitochondria... It is where ATP (Adenosine triphosphate) is produced... ATP is the energy currency of the cell... Without it you can't think a thought or move a finger... In order to create ATP you must have fuel ⛽ Either glucose or ketones... Glucose causes oxidative stress and it's aligned with inflammatory pathways... Signaling the pancreas to release insulin which is an inflammatory hormone... Tom Brady uses ketones for energy production! He is in ketosis... While glucose metabolism is more reactive, ketone bodies are more calming... It's all about the diet if you want to have that quiet confidence!
