When people ask me what I want to be when I grow up, I say I want to be whatever Iyanla is. That is why the path is so different, because part of getting this wise is getting schooled by life. I will be be that, because I already am and have been since young. Thank Iyanla for living your life.

When Iyanla mentioned she saw god and shared her story this reminds me of a dream I had as a young girl when a black woman took my hand and lifted me up in the air to fly over the world. I still see this black womans image in my mind til this day. ✨

The power felt listening to these two beautiful souls has eased my anxiety, my mind and my heart. At times I feel alone. WHEN YOU TALKED ABOUT BEING BEATEN WITH A CORD BY YOUR GRAND MOTHER, I SAW YOU HOLD THOSE TEARS BACK. I WEPT WITH YOU BECAUSE, I WENT THROUGH THE SAME CRUELTY FROM MY GRAND MOTHER.
