Holset VGT Turbos are interchangeable, Deep look at Mack/Volvo HE400VG Turbos

Does that mean my epa21 x15’s he400 (5551141) can be replaced with your performance series’ he400 (5459711)?

You'd have to swap to a CM871 manifold to use the HE561VE turbo, you'd have some plumbing to re-do as well.
