I do agree with reading the Bible for at least 15 minutes a day is beneficial, but overtime wouldn’t you think that you would want to read more? a year ago I didn’t even want to read my Bible for more than 5 mins, but after finding my spiritual gift and wanting a deeper relationship with God, I can get immersed in the Word for an hour/hour and a half if I make the time! and it really gets me in the best mindset, it’s a beautiful sacred experience and I honestly wish I had all day

I don't get up very early but it is causing me to not be or feel productive and also not grow closer to God. I am not going to bed at a very good time either. What a beautiful morning, I'm working on having peaceful mornings like yours; I definitely recommend water also for your nights before you go to bed and try transiting to drinking more tea. I have discovered coffee is more a treat then a beverage supplement meal. Try powder smoothie drinks to replace your more then two cups a day of coffee. I am loving the fall weather! I’ve been getting off track bc I’ve been burnt out lately but I’ve been able to get some good rest this weekend and just spend time in Christian community and now I feel inspired and ready for this next week 🤎🍁
This was such a good routine Ashley! I start my new job tomorrow super excited and I have to start waking up around 5:30-6:00 am which is personally really hard for me, after working graveyard shifts for the last 3 years! I pray to God just to give me the strength to wake up in the morning !

Agreed. Same with prayer. I was not able to pray for more than maybe 5 minutes. Now I can pray for 30 minutes straight. One time I did for an hour
