The Russian Project(Pak-Fa or T-50 ) is suposed to have plasma stealth technology,thats why they are develloping stealth aircraft.

Well that plasma problems already dealt
as for radar it still can be used as i know - im not developer of pl stealth
and also if you say about F-22 using radar it is also making it visible as emiting object
so in full stealth mode radar is turned of and other targeting systems are used upon decloaking

it is completely different stealth compared to american it is plasma stealth and it employed also in SU-27-35 and MiG-29

This is also known as the "Su-37 Terminator". No, the Raptor doesn't need stealth to defeat the Su-37. Raptor's radar are far more advanced and can pick off an Su-37 before it even knows it. Though, Raptor has an excellence performance, I would have to give the win to the Su-37. It's performance superb and in close air-to-air combat, I think the Raptor will have a disadvantage. But in the end, it really all comes down to the pilots.

I will say as you did.Plasma shield info are classified but the Russian army departement explain a little about it.With Plasma,Plane that capted a ennemy radar signal know it.Dont ask me how,I wont be able to explain it here.I already know about the F-22 Paint but some radar act with to many frequency that nothing i know would be able to sneak in unknown.(i wont say anything i dont know aobut plasma on that)

and plasma can have very different parameters
one them is capability of ionised plasma particles to absorb EM emmitions
go by a book about in or sort of i can`t lecture you about physics here all day
