I feel like Broly wouldn't be more likely to kill someone. He's been shown, in Super anyway, to actually be VERY pure of heart, to the point that Stardust Breaker didn't really affect him, outside of some damage from the actually explosion, since there wasn't any evil to be expunged.
She’s been made ridiculously OP! She kills Nappa and fights head to toe with final form Frieza…meaning she’s way stronger than both Canon Goku & Vegeta in the Namekian Saga…hell she might single handedly claim the title for mightiest warrior in the universe

The humans have shown great potential, plus like is said in most videos group training and having a goal to reach with motivated characters leads to growth. Chi-chi was a fighter, she’d have that drive and tenacity to stay reasonably on pace

The only selling point is that Broly would be stronger, thus anyone training with him somehow would automatically become stronger regardless of their inherent potential

There's a lot of weird leaps of logic in this what-if. Why would Krillin not leave for Roshi's? Butterfly effect can only explain away so much. Vegeta HAS to be Bulma's true love when that isn't even the wish she wanted to make. Broly randomly gaining the ability to sense ki, though Vegeta did it too so whatever but it was only after realizing it was possible. Chichi trashing Raditz when she was killed by Tambourine in place of Krillin feels like an unreasonable power jump. Time chamber being abused when the whole reason they didn't use it before to prep for Piccolo Junior or the Saiyans was because it probably would have killed them. It isn't just time dilation, it makes gravity training with capsule corp almost redundant. Communicating with King Kai before meeting him, why didn't Kami do that if it was possible? Sparing Vegeta makes a little sense with the way he built up Broly regretting murdering so many people but it still feels shoehorned. Freeza bringing the Ginyus over a premonition when it should have been concern over Oozaru, Oozaru Vegeta is stronger than Captain Ginyu, but then not having Ginyu swap bodies when he is literally watching these two plow through everyone. Vegeta would probably assume the ikari was super saiyan. Using Piccolo's power boost to justify Chichi and Tien getting that strong, when we don't see Tien do similar in the series after spending over a year there. Speaking of, Tenshinhan SHOULD have learned kaioken in the series. But he didn't. Having him and Chichi getting it is a huge stretch. Like what if they waited another year to resurrect him he would have been able to kick 19 off Goku before Vegeta got there? Then I bowed out of the video when Trunks showed up.
Doesn't have to. Remember that Goku called him Gohan because he was hungry and he said he wanted food (Gohan) and the baby calmed down. The calling Gohan that because of the Grandpa is only a dub change.
SPOILERS INBOUND I absolutely love this story, and I really liked the subversions you did with Broly not turning Super Saiyan against Frieza which really surprised me and threw me for a loop. And while Frieza looked untouchable seeing Trunks come in and one shot him made me happy as a trunks fan and also glad to see everything be alright. Removing Earth's Dragon Balls from the story along with Future Trunks staying in the present for a justified reason is also pretty unique. This is a supreme improvement of the original in every way.
It's been a great What If! Great story telling, narration and some clever ideas in the mix, especially with the characters, changing the cast and give some characters more time to shine, being my favourite part for me. Keep up the good work man!
The problem w this Story line is that Roshi said that Goku was basically an evil, rebellious toddler until he hit his head one day. After he recovered ; he turned into the nice lighthearted Goku we know today. If Broly never hits his head or if he doesnt react the same from the hit then its over for Earth & the rest of this story line doesnt get to exist
I feel like Broly would be pretty OP no matter what, despite the nerfs. His power level would honestly be really cracked either way, because he has an adaptive power level. He sort of negates power scaling in a way, and multipliers with his rage boosts. Its how his Ikari Form could match Super Saiyan God. Its how he was so strong in his base form. Any time he got angry, it'd honestly be game over. But still.. Either way, this works well for story telling! You probably should've used another large nerf though. Something that'd make more sense. Let's be real, DBS power scaling is on some meth.
The chemistry of Broly and Chi Chi is far superior to Goku and Chi Chi’s as Chi Chi starts off as the main rival for Broly while training with Roshi, then became friends at the end of the first Strongest Under the Heavens Tournament, then became partners at the beginning of Z, and then they got married at the end of Cell Saga. Talk about natural progression and unbreakable partnership.
Also if Broly Black did happen, he would automatically kill everyone. Since it's the soul of a god giving him his God Ki, the Ki that would be bursting out would bloom from within. If he could access super saiyan of any form its over for them.
yeah but if Elder Kai unlocked Brolly's potential like Gohan wouldn't that be cool? he could almost always stay in base, unless needed to go higher for short bursts in time

If Super Broly is anything like his movie counterpart then he has a solution for space travel, and could freely do it.

Finally the story got remastered and it actually has a good ending. So much better than the one with them and all universes getting erased from the original
Broly is just going to clap everybody during the years of Kid Goku in dragon ball, because everybody is the power level of 100 - 1,000 probably, and Broly was born with a whopping 10,000 power level. So, it's pretty obvious Broly just destroys all the "Kid Goku" villains until Saiyan and Frieza saga where it might make things more difficult. *BY THE WAY THIS IS BEFORE THE VIDEO*

Man seen this story again was neat, and with the ending changed too. Because yeah if the Future Timeline is still their then the Present Timeline would be the same. Although I thought Broly and Chi-Chi's son would be named Gohan instead Goten since I could see Broly wanting to honor his Granda Gohan like Goku did. My take would be that before buu turns dabura into a cookie he turns him into stone to everyone’s surprise. Then he agrees to help the Z-fighters by wishing for krillin and piccolo to be freed from their stone imprisonment
Broly went from star level to complex Multiversal in MINUTES. No one would be able to stop him in Z, except maybe the Androids and Cell since Gero would have Broly’s research and DNA.
I really like the detail of the Vegeta not only having a genuine friendship with broly born out of respect, but that friendship softening him up to the point where he completely acknowledged future trunks as his son and told trunks it wasn't even a question that trunks would be staying at capsule Corp with his family

Honesty, you could probably just say it’s basic butterfly effect in play. That one change of Broly being sent to earth instead of Goku could legitimately cause a lot of plot differences since butterfly effect has been proven to be a thing that can occur in Dragon Ball. Krillin just so happened to not want to train with Roshi this time around 🤷🏾
This definitely would be a great alternate story arc it's far shorter and ends pretty neatly all things considered, even without the dragon balls our alternate heroes still managed to overcome the odds and pull through together. And Chi chi gets a better love story than if the actual goku had been alive. Akira would be jealous of this story for sure.
This feels like more of a fanfiction than an actual what if. Reason being that things like Goku staying on Vegeta and Krillin staying at his temple have nothing to do with a Goku going to Earth. Those are basically what ifs of their own.
Chi-chi becoming the replacement krillin and simultaneously pwning Raditz as well as Nappa is the single most hilarious and awesome thing ive heard. It would be even better if you somehow got her to learn the destructo disc. Also, would love to see a "What if Vegeta turned Super Saiyan during the frieza arc instead of Goku?" And "What if Krillin was a Saiyan? (How powerful would he be with all those near death zenkai boosts?) ❤
Very good what if, but idk if I speak for others when I say that certain factors like goku not being sent to earth and krillin not going to master roshis should have a more explanation to the story. As an example, you could have altered it so bardock instead sends Goku to raditzs location, giving rise to a potential broly vs raditz and chi chi vs goku. Idk if anyone also has these minor issues, but I felt that they should be addressed Nonetheless, amazing what if

I'd like to point out that one detailed you overlooked. In order to be Kami/The Guardian of Earth you need to be Pure of Heart this is why The Nameless Nemikean split himself into two beings (one good to embody his good and one to embody is evil) because he wasn't Pure of Heart. In cannon Goku refusing to Kill Pico even when Kami told him to is what showed Kami that he was Pure of Heart. It's debatable if Broly killing Pico in a fight of rage (as well has having anger issues in general) would mean he's not Pure of Heart. However in Cannon Master Roshi is not Pure of Heart because he's a lech (he is unable to ride on the Flying Nimbus Cloud for example.) So he is not eligible for the position of Kami.
I really like what you did with this story because it's like all your other what-if stories broly is ridiculously strong so everyone who trains with him is ridiculously strong. The fact that chichi has the spotlight in the beginning of these fights is so amazing to me. I don't like the Chichi we have in dragon Ball z. Obviously there are still a little things here and there that just seem odd but I really like this what if. I do wish however though in one of your what-if stories you also have Vegeta so confident and cocky that he sends both radditz and Nappa to do a scouting mission of Earth.
most mainstream japanese mangaka including Toriyama usually dont depict female warriors on par with the male warriors bar the occasional smurfette - that sometimes is as strong or even stronger than most guys (DBZ with android 18 for an example), just like in real life where the average female fighter cant compare to the male fighter
Carthu can I may make a suggestion? Take a look at the Z series Broly and all the Super Saiyan Transformations he had that do not involve Broly turning evil. That would be awesome! That includes the ones in the games Z Era Broly had. But scale it to fit Super Era Broly. Make an arch about Broly having to face the beast within. That would be awesome!

Broly as an adult in Ikari from could slap SSJB Goku so he undermines everyone's power until he meets Beerus, who would be the only non-angel character stronger than Broly throughout the story at any point, as with a SSJG boost+ absorbing it to his base later on he'd clap even Jiren and might unlock SSJB which would make him even more OP

It's just Carthu trying to mimic the plot exactly except with name swapping Goku for Brolly which is completely unrealistic. Different people have different personalities baked into their DNA
Also at the point of normal dragon Ball the dragon balls had a normal limitation of having to be killed before 1 year has passed
Plus he can’t revive gohan anyways if I remember right the dragon balls can only revive someone if they’ve been dead for only 1 years as well as needing the body in a decent condition so the dragon can fetch the soul

Man seen this story again was neat, and with the ending changed too. Because yeah if the Future Timeline is still their then the Present Timeline would be the same. Although I thought Broly and Chi-Chi's son would be named Gohan instead Goten since I could see Broly wanting to honor his Granda Gohan like Goku did. Finally looking forward to whenever: What if Gohan was like Goku? Fully Story comes out. Anyways another really good Full Story, and looking forward to your next video soon.

The takeaway here is that Tien's this alternate DragonBall universe's Yamcha. He cannot catch a break.
I like it but you know broly would get to friezas power level extremely fast while fighting him. He got to god level in his base form pretty quick.

My take would be that before buu turns dabura into a cookie he turns him into stone to everyone’s surprise. Then he agrees to help the Z-fighters by wishing for krillin and piccolo to be freed from their stone imprisonment

Honesty, you could probably just say it’s basic butterfly effect in play. That one change of Broly being sent to earth instead of Goku could legitimately cause a lot of plot differences since butterfly effect has been proven to be a thing that can occur in Dragon Ball. Krillin just so happened to not want to train with Roshi this time around 🤷🏾

This definitely would be a great alternate story arc it's far shorter and ends pretty neatly all things considered, even without the dragon balls our alternate heroes still managed to overcome the odds and pull through together. And Chi chi gets a better love story than if the actual goku had been alive. Akira would be jealous of this story for sure.

This feels like more of a fanfiction than an actual what if. Reason being that things like Goku staying on Vegeta and Krillin staying at his temple have nothing to do with a Goku going to Earth. Those are basically what ifs of their own.

It would be even better if you somehow got her to learn the destructo disc. Also, would love to see a "What if Vegeta turned Super Saiyan during the frieza arc instead of Goku?" And "What if Krillin was a Saiyan? (How powerful would he be with all those near death zenkai boosts?) ❤

Very good what if, but idk if I speak for others when I say that certain factors like goku not being sent to earth and krillin not going to master roshis should have a more explanation to the story.
As an example, you could have altered it so bardock instead sends Goku to raditzs location, giving rise to a potential broly vs raditz and chi chi vs goku. Idk if anyone also has these minor issues, but I felt that they should be addressed

I'd like to point out that one detailed you overlooked. In order to be Kami/The Guardian of Earth you need to be Pure of Heart this is why The Nameless Nemikean split himself into two beings (one good to embody his good and one to embody is evil) because he wasn't Pure of Heart. In cannon Goku refusing to Kill Pico even when Kami told him to is what showed Kami that he was Pure of Heart.
It's debatable if Broly killing Pico in a fight of rage (as well has having anger issues in general) would mean he's not Pure of Heart. However in Cannon Master Roshi is not Pure of Heart because he's a lech (he is unable to ride on the Flying Nimbus Cloud for example.) So he is not eligible for the position of Kami.

I really like what you did with this story because it's like all your other what-if stories broly is ridiculously strong so everyone who trains with him is ridiculously strong. The fact that chichi has the spotlight in the beginning of these fights is so amazing to me. I don't like the Chichi we have in dragon Ball z. Obviously there are still a little things here and there that just seem odd but I really like this what if. I do wish however though in one of your what-if stories you also have Vegeta so confident and cocky that he sends both radditz and Nappa to do a scouting mission of Earth.
most mainstream japanese mangaka including Toriyama usually dont depict female warriors on par with the male warriors bar the occasional smurfette - that sometimes is as strong or even stronger than most guys (DBZ with android 18 for an example), just like in real life where the average female fighter cant compare to the male fighter

That includes the ones in the games Z Era Broly had. But scale it to fit Super Era Broly. Make an arch about Broly having to face the beast within. That would be awesome!
