I think Cell's regeneration is only from a cellular level rather than a molecular level. If I remember right, Buu is the only one who can regenerate on a molecular level. It's really not a huge difference though, it just means Cell can be wiped out by any overwhelming ki attack while Buu takes something like a Hakai or Spirit Bomb to be killed.

I like the idea of Trunks becoming a GoD. Infact I like Trunks all together, the no nonsense half-saiyan down-to-earth hero type who will wreck your shit and come pulling bullshit in his neighborhood. I feel this is more how the Goku Black arc should've went in a way.

Ultra instinct is a bodies most natural defense. So it's pretty pointless to defend against a nanite far too small to do anything threatening. Also it's a robot as small or smaller than a mite.

That makes every what if involving the Androids BORING. Every single time it’s “the Androids are just stronger than the heroes” and then Cell becomes the ultimate threat because why not. Don’t get me wrong, I love Cell, and even more so love justice being served for his character. But it’s getting predictable.

The androids wouldn't have gotten stronger, Dr. Gero stopped collecting their power because he "caculated" Goku's progression. he didn't even get super saiyan cells. So he wouldn't have gotten super saiyan god cells.
Seeing as Goku definitely used super sayain more than just when freeza showed up, gero would’ve known if he couldve

Here's the thing. In canon, 17 and 18 were stronger in the main timeline than in Trunks' timeline, scaled to match the group's new strength after their years of training (albeit unaware of Goku being a Super Saiyan), so while Gero wasn't watching them 24/7, he was doing some surveillance from time to time at the very least. I mean, he was working on 17 and 18 personally, instead of the computer that's handled the Cell project. He didn't notice Super Saiyan in canon because it was only ever shown off against Trunks, but in this what-if, he clearly noticed Super Saiyan God, and thus would have adjusted not only himself, but also Androids 17~19. Also, who's to say canon Cell didn't have Super Saiyan cells? It wasn't Gero himself grabbing DNA from everyone, it was a computer he programmed specifically to develop Cell.
@@BurstFlare The thing is, god ki is literally 'undetectable' to anyone without god ki. So Gero wouldn't be able to tell at all how strong characters like Beerus and Whis are, and he would be wholly unable to tell how strong Goku/Vegeta is after they get it.
@@mrbuttocks6772 You're forgetting that in this what-if, Beerus first appeared a few years before the Ritual was done and had displayed a bit of his power. Even though he wasn't paying much attention to the Cell project, I'm pretty sure he'd be suspicious of his drones collecting DNA from someone with undetectable ki and eventually find out that it's god ki. Gero's pretty much a super genius, after all.

These what if videos really are enjoyable to watch/listen to. There's something satisfying about thinking about how a small change in the story ends up massively affecting the storyline.
The change in power of the main protagonists, along with different main protagonists altogether really gets me thinking...
Yeah lol. When I'm playing Xenoverse 2 I put some earbuds on and listen to these stories. Or sometimes I listen to it when I'm cooking or something. Its like a podcast for me haha.

I really love the relationship of Champa & Beerus they're really adorable. I would also love to see a What If Champa & Beerus' role as G.O.D were switched, would it changed much? Would the change begin at super or would it begin way sooner.
Champa is weaker worse and is t tht intrested in fights so just forget abt the BOG arc
I think what would start the series is like this if Champa is G.O.D of U7.
Champa fights Beerus in terms of who has better food right? Since Champa knows earlier than Beerus abt the SDB and he doesn't sleep as long as him, he would get the super dragon balls, ask to find the planet with the best food there is, go to earth, turns out numerous bad scenario happens on earth that endanger the planet that makes good food, he wants to help out but just to lazy, he meets goku when he exhibit high energy, lastly he uses goku to make sure earth is ok.
Honestly i just want to see more Champa, he's my favorite character in DB
When Beerus wakes up maybe he will still get the prophecy about SSG and since U6 don't even have SS Beerus would be disappointed go to Champa to see who has better food, loses the food fight, gets very angry but then meets Goku and Vegeta there, excited to fight SSG and to blow some steam. U. Tourny would be interesting because Beerus will train the U6 roster to achieve SSG. Since Champa doesn't have the drive to train U7 (probably the one who asked to be train is Goku), U7 will be in a tight spot fighting U6
And since BOG didn't actually happen, i imagine Goku and Vegeta will eventually achieve at least SSG by the time of Rez F, they have SSG because they did got into contact with Champa at very early in the DB series, even though Champa probably won't train them as harsh as Beerus and maybe not as skillful as Whis.
In short, arcs in Super would be insanely hard but interesting.
Cell would probably be jacked AF because he has god ki.
When Buu saga arrives, the team would probably be warned abt the arrival of Buu way earlier because the Kai and the team would've probably met earlier at some point

This was a pretty interesting scenario but you forgot to account for the fact that the top was being used as a way to measure the worth of universes that had a low mortal level meaning without the top U7 might have just been erased along with the other universes

Nope. Without the Tournament of Power Zeno would never have erased the low mortal level Universes because Trunks' timeline should take place years after the ToP

Meaning it could've been in a few years and trunks timeline wasn't too far ahead of the main timeline at that point (in terms of universal scale) so trunks timeline existing during the Goku Black arc doesn't disprove that zeno would've destroyed all the low level universes (he did directly say he was going to anyways)

Umm... no, no he wouldn't. This is a complete fallacy. Gero's spy efforts were no longer functional by the time Trunks returned to Earth. How do we know this? He had no clue about SSJ1. So the entire Android Saga would have gone "We are Androids 19 and 20" Splorch "We are the road smears formerly known as Androids 19 and 20." Then the Z Fighters would have tracked down the lab, released the androids, and when they proved they were hostile and couldn't be reasoned with, splorch, more new road pizza.

Also, the powerscaling of the Android Saga is ridiculous. 16 would be millions to billions of times weaker than SSG-tier characters. What that does translate to? Relative to Goku, Vegeta and Trunks, 16 + 18 = 18, because 16 is, relatively, a near-zero compared to the others. Thus, the Saiyans should've won instantly. Also, 16's bomb should've been nothing to the Saiyan Gods.

Much like zamasu beerus cannot be killed by a hakai from cell as he himself stated it does not work on immortal people and since beerus has his life tied to the Supreme Kai he can't die from anything of that sort

I don't believe that gero would be able to replicate God ki or anything relative to that power, you can't even sense it unless you have been exposed yourself. Or that beerus would let a time traveler live, he is still a threat to the timeline and needs to be either corrected or eliminated before bathe Omni king notices

With all these time lines and time travels and all the fucking around with the universe in the futures past, this scenario is just 1, of many more possible realities. These Videos always remind me on the Theory of Parallel Universes: "What if this and this happaned?" It's really interesting to think about it. :D

The part I feel keeps getting breezed over is that as a GOd of destruction they have to destroy planets from time to time to make sure their universe keeps improving. It was hinted to when a few universes were excluded since their universe rating was higher so seeing trunks as the beacon of hope for the weak conflicts with his necessary role as a GOd of destruction.
