I don't remember if it was mentioned, but Cell gets Zenkai boosts, and the fact that he can regenerate from basically anything other than a Father-Son Kamehameha means that every person he trains with can go absolutely all out, so not only do the Z-fighters have an immortal punching bag, but that immortal punching bag gets stronger everytime he is obliterated to almost nothing.
Bro the FS kamehameha was strong but not the only thing that can kill cell, for example ssj 3 goku can destroy cell saga cell or base goku last dbz episode (before god transformation)

Cell still had Goku's & the human fighter's cells, which were obtained during the Goku-Vegeta fight, which means that cell had DNA(including some abilities)from fighters who had god ki, according to the story in this what if scenario.

This what it was an absolute blast, I completely forgot it was this good. So many funny ideas and moments. Trunks teaming up to train with imperfect cell is so hilariously good, I can’t help but love it. Vegeta just deciding to screw it and train cabba while nappa stands over them beating up anyone that gets close is such a funny image too, I don’t think I’ve ever needed something so much and not known until I had received it.

There is a lot of reasons for why Goku could have god ki. He could of said yes to Kami's offer to become guardian, drinking from the ultra divine water. Maybe while in underworld King Kai could of infused him with god ki as a booster. Eating from King Yami's fruit could of done it. Nothing wrong with the story but I just think there would be plenty of other more logically reasons as to why he gained it besides randomly finding it.

Based on my theory,ssg should multiply up to about 1m times the base power lever meaning ssj blue should be 50m time base power.Considering how long goku has had god ki,(I'm only 6 minutes in,I'm just giving two cents)He shouldn't be affected by stamina drain nearly as much.

I know that I'm bringing this up AFTER learning about Forced Spirit Fission, but without Kakarot going to Yardrat, he wouldn't have learn IT, and Vegeta wouldn't have learned FSF. Not only that, but Grand Supreme Kai would've never been resurrected because Buu is still inactive. Which means there is no Uub to supply Kakarot with the power to defeat Moro.
